I had already planned to replace my windows a few years ago, some probably were the original windows installed 50 years ago when the house was built and they had become rather drafty and and unfortunately the cold caused one to snap.So after calling and setting up an appointment to see the cost and replacement timing was pleasantly surprised to find they had a zero interest credit card offer which really sealed the deal. John was really good at explaining the various components of the windows for the quote. The measurement person was equally effective and was able to get all the measurements within an hour appointment.The installation process was actually much faster than I expected. Vincent and his crew (George and Pepe) were very nice and did not hesitate to wear a mask when I asked them (since I have young kids that cannot get a vaccine yet). They had to trouble shoot and figure out the best way to make the not perfectly square openings and the windows match both for function and aesthetics.Quite happy and glad I used them.

Jessie from Customer Service did a great job installing the screen door to our new sliding glass door. A part was missing at the original install, which was ordered and took another ten weeks to arrive. The part that came was not the right one. But Jessie, understanding that we had waited 10 weeks for the part, persevered and found the needed part! Thanks to Jessie for taking ownership of the situation and completing our project!

We needed to replace the original windows in our home that were 24 years old. Although Pella wasn’t the cheapest, Texas summers are no joke and vinyl would have had us replacing windows again in 15 years.We chose the fiberglass composite that has a lifetime guarantee. We are very happy with our choice. They look nice and are solid. Hot stays out and cool stays in.Our installer, Juan and his crew did a great job installing. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They covered everything with drop cloths so the furnishings were kept clean. They cleaned each area as they moved from window to window. Each window was cleaned of finger and hand prints before they left.I am glad we chose to go with the Pella windows and extremely happy with the service we received.

He will put you at ease not under pressure. No sales tactics just good listening and answers. In short I feel Rhett cares about us being satisfied as customers. My home was affected by the tornado so I decided to update and remodel. Met with Rhett from Pella and he walked me through the entire process and all options available. He was professional, patient and very knowledgeable. He made the process of replacing all windows and doors which was overwhelming very simple and seamless. At the time of this review 8/1/2021, the windows and patio door havent been installed. I have just met with Michael and he was professional and ontime, he stayed and answered all my questions, went over the install process and explained and provided videos of why Pella windows are superior to others (I asked him why I should select Pella). There was no pressure to buy nor try to get me to buy additional windows. We strictly stay to what I had requested and my different options. Will update my review with pics and how they actually work.

Pella was a great company to work with. Specifically, Juan was our team leader and he made sure everything was not only installed properly but also cleaned well after they left. Moreover. when unpacking a window, he noticed it was lightly scratched, so he alerted me to it, showed it to me, and contacted the main office to request a glass replacement as soon as possible. I felt he was looking out for my best interests. Would go with Pella again.

Pella doors are great, but I have to express how satisfied I was with the service John Martinez and his helper Brady were today. John went above and beyond what the service required. He is a great example of representing Pella. He noticed additional items on the door that didnt meet the appearance of the Pella brand and offered to inquire about it for me. That was so much better than me trying to explain it to the customer service line. His extra step and commitment to Pella has verified why I will continue being a Pella customer.

The experience has been seamless, professional and enjoyable from start to finish. Everyone we interacted with from the sales person to the instillation person have been friendly and helpful. And on top of it all, the final product looks incredible!

Sky was so informative and helpful! I had no idea how this process worked and she walked me through everything thoroughly. She called the installer and discussed the project during our consultation, showed me color samples, and educated me on the quality of the product. She is an amazing sales rep and I’m so excited about my new windows and door system!

Although pella was late on the window builds and not all windows came at the same time, the crew that did the install were super friendly and proficient and did great work!

John repaired a patio door that was initially installed incorrectly and had subsequently stopped locking. He was able to devise a work around that eliminates the need for the door to be removed to fix. We are pleased with the outcome.

I was very appreciative of my Pella appointment today. Rhett was our sales associate and spent 3 hours with us (and prepared three bids) helping us understand the vision we have for our home and how Pella products could that fit into that vision. I was up front at the beginning of the appointment that we likely wouldn’t be buying windows today, but that we needed to get a gist for what our options were and what we needed to save to have the windows in our home replaced. Instead of being presented with a booklet and given a sales pitch, Rhett listened to what I had in mind and then showed me real pictures of Pella installations that he thought fit what we were looking for. It was so nice not to be spammed/pushed, or to be brushed off since we likely wouldn’t be making a decision today. The information shared with me was so helpful in understanding how we could install new, nice windows without breaking the bank. Really appreciated the time, information, and service of today’s appointment with Rhett at Pella.

Pella windows are somewhat expensive, but we believe the quality is worth it. Also, service is excellent! John is very skilled, professional, and punctual. He is also very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

The store was very appealing. The representative, David Rowe, is amazing! He has been with the company for 7 years, is very knowledgeable and so personable. The presentation was mind blowing! He answered all of our questions and was so easy to talk to! I have recommended him already and will do every chance that I can!!

We’ve slowly been replacing our windows over time and have used Pella for all three times thus far. We worked with Andrew Rutherford as our sales rep and Juan Garay as our installer for most of the visits! In fact we requested Juan as our installer this time because he and his team does such a great job and are courteous and perform high quality work! Andrew is also very helpful and suggested a window style that turned out to be the best one we’ve had yet! He suggested a mock bay window setup with a picture window in the middle and two smaller opening windows on either side. Everybody who sees it loves it! We will definitely use Pella for the last couple windows we have left in the near future.

Alain and Richard were very professional in the installation of our new Pella windows. We are thoroughly satisfied with their work. They were on time and cleaned up thoroughly after they were finished. It was a pleasure having them in the house. Highly recommend them and Pella windows.

We had Pella windows come out and install two new shower windows. During the installation there were some minor damage and they were very prompt on ordering the correct pieces and scheduling a repair. The repair man showed up as scheduled performed the repairs and was very satisfied with the results

I thought Jonathan and his team did a wonderful job in coming to diagnose the problem and ultimately fix the issue. He was able to quickly find a solution and stuck around to answer all my questions to make sure I was comfortable with the job they did. I hope that he is our repair person if my door needs repairing again.

Mike was such a joy to talk with and not pushy at! However, there was a miscommunication when I set up the appointment. We needed indoor French doors replaced with something that would bifold and open outward into our add on room. Paella only makes outside doors and the cost was going to be astronomical for what we needed done.

Nothings perfect and it took a while but service staff makes it right in the end.

Our sales rep Skylar was a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to deal with on our window consultation and purchase of 40+ windows! She’s not only knowledgeable about her product and service offering, but was also interested in making sure what our individual needs and wants were so she could craft the right solution. Would highly recommend her for any window project and will be using her for some doors in the future as well.

Weve been waiting a long time to finally replace all of our windows. We made appointments with multiple companies and Alex Adamis from Pella was scheduled first. Alex was excellent and his knowledge of his product was outstanding! He left no questions unanswered. Hes been doing this a long time and put us at ease about the decision. Super impressed with the entire Pella team! Rep Mike OMalley thoroughly explained our options after listening to what we wanted to accomplish with our project and recommended solutions that have turned out great for us. He even followed up during the project to make sure we were happy with the progress. We were a little skeptical that a window company could remove our windows and brick and install a new 16 glass sliding patio door and make it look like it was original to the house, but they pulled it off flawlessly. Ralph Hernandez and his team showed up when they were supposed to, explained the process and timing to us, and then executed the plan. Ralph encountered a couple of unexpected issues, but thoughtfully came up with solutions and explained to me what he was doing and why. The four days they were at my house they treated my house with care, were polite and courteous, and cleaned up when finished. They finished the project on time, and best of all it looks fabulous! Could not be happier.

David Rowe came by our home for a consultation, and we could not have had a better experience. He was on time, professional, courteous, and not at all pushy. He simply gave us his presentation and told us what our options were and then let us make the decision. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. My beautiful Pella door was installed yesterday but the paint around the door itself was literally peeled back on the wall. I called and talked to my rep Sky who referred me to Rpc Sascha Jones who told me that “according to industry standards” it was to be expected and they would not cover it... I would not pay that much for a door from Pella ever again as they do not stand by their work. I called and tried to discuss this before posting my concern but was meet with a very argumentative Mr Jones. This was not paint peeled on the crack or anything like that it is literally peeled back from the door frame on the wall itself. We waited 2 months to have this installed and now due to carelessness we will have to pay more to get this fixed. I would not recommend Pella to anyone. I wish this was a positive review as the door itself is beautiful and very high quality...minimal damage would have been acceptable and understood. At the very least someone should have had the conversation about how much damage to expect this exceeded our expectations and should have been fixed!

John Lewis walked me through all of my options for replacing my 1950s windows with far superior this-century windows. I honestly didnt know much about windows before our consultation, but I feel like I got a thorough education! I thought this process was going to be a dreaded chore, but Im honestly excited about it now. Well definitely be calling John back when its time to replace our other windows.

Kelly came out to provide an estimate. His knowledge and experience in the industry were very apparent. He did a good job of explaining options as well as benefits of each. Haven’t seen the estimate yet, but was impressed by the representative.

We recently bought a house that was built in the 90s that needed 25 windows replaced. We did our research and went with the best. John Dezelan was our sales rep and was professional and available when questions came up and addressed our concerns right away. The installers were professional and explained thoroughly all my questions as well as anything modifications that needed to be done. Immediately we could tell a difference in how much more efficient Pella windows were and our electricity bill showed the difference too. We will definitely use Pella for all our window needs in the future.

Scot from Pella Windows & Doors was incredible. He showed up on time and went over so many options with me. He also explained, in detail, the pros and cons of different features (e.g. the anti-rot frame, fiberglass vs steel, etc). Contrast that with someone from a different company who didn’t show me any physical materials, showed up late, and priced out a door that did not contain all of the features that he was mentioning in order to get the sell. I feel comfortable that Pella makes a superb product and I’ll get what I pay for with Pella.

Came measured my windows and door, approved for their credit card green sky program, they wanted to charge the entire transaction and wait for 14 weeks. I told them no other company in DFW area take the full payment, they agreed to 50% then Toward the end of finalizing the contract, the representative told me the sales person, Brian, designed my entry door way over the size. Some locks were different colors that I requested, he said he will call me, all of them just vanished, no call no show, I will not trust them, thanks god I didn’t activate my credit card with them!

The whole Pella team was great to work with and very efficient. Our salesperson Sky St. James was very pleasant and knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process. Juan and his installation team were very prompt, paid meticulous attention to detail and finished our job beautifully and ahead of schedule. We were so lucky to have these installed before the winter storms hit this year. Energy savings weren’t a huge concern going in, but the insulation of these windows kept our house above 50 degrees after two days without power in single digit weather, with no fireplace.Kyle Terrell took significant time to walk through options and change our order multiple times for us through our indecisiveness and remained courteous and kind throughout the process. He provided tons of pictures of different styles and options on how we could replace our huge bay windows. He helped us find the right fit at the right price and unlike some sales associates we’ve dealt with in other large companies, stayed on hand and checked in throughout the measurement and installation process.Pella didn’t swap around any materials or try to change our pricing at all during the process, despite multiple minor set backs. Their crews were courteous and professional and their time estimates were very accurate. Their work was very high quality and they made adjustments to trim finishes at my request. They cleaned the windows and the areas they worked in thoroughly before leaving.We replaced twenty windows, two being huge eight ft tall bay windows, as well as two patio sliding doors, and it was a scary purchase to make, but I’m super glad we went with Pella.
