I give this place a zero as they have gone out of business. Building empty, phone shut off and no notice of new location on the door. Do not waste time going to this place.

I had high hopes for this place with the reviews, but I wouldn’t recommend. They do not follow through, do not return phone calls and rarely answer the phone. Not very good customer skills or customer friendly. I will go elsewhere. Had I received the courtesy of a call back and was told they were busy and there would be a delay, that would be okay, but a total lack of responding is unacceptable.

Teresa is just an awesome professional. She knows how to get the best quality designs and I couldnt be happier! I will for sure keep coming here!

Dropped off 5 shirts to be embroidered and was given an estimate of 5 days and a pricing quote. The lady that helped me out was very friendly and was professional.After calling several times I wasn’t able to reach anyone. After waiting 3 weeks I went to pick them up, they were in the packages I brought them in, unfinished.I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, I wouldn’t have left a poor review if I was at least offered an apology or an explanation for why my shirts weren’t ready.
