Texas 2 Stitch was extremely helpful. I was needing an order rush for a last minute gift and they were able to accommodate my order with no problems. Embroidery was perfect! Exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be using Texas 2 Stitch in the future!

It was a pleasure doing business with them. They have a full, knowledgeable and courteous staff. They quickly answered all my questions and showed me my options. They told me how long the turnaround would be and were very understanding of the need to have it completed before the holidays. I received a phone call from them several days before I expected it to be ready to come and pick up my item. I am very pleased with the quality of work and the service as well. Definitely would recommend them and return for any future needs I may have.

We have been using Texas 2 Stitch to get our company shirts embroidered for years now, and they have never let us down! We sometimes find ourselves in a bind and they always find a way to get it done. I have also used their services to create some really special personal gifts for family. They welcomed my creative ideas and provided great guidance on how to execute my half formed idea!

I mainly have a question. It seems like the phone number listed isnt actually a business phone. I have called twice and been received a recording both times asking if I have a mailbox on this system. Does anyone know the correct phone number?

This place is amazing!! When our girls went to the Cheerleading Worlds for the past 2 years in a row, Texas 2 Stitch provided us with the cutest practice wear (of GREAT quality) for the weekend. All of the girls loved them are still continue to wear them today! They also provided us with a practice sports bra for the season that was just awesome. The customer service was also wonderful, all of the girls up front treated us so nicely! I would definitely recommend this to anyone :)

The ladies who work here were so awesome and helpful. I was on a mission to get an 11th hour gift embroidered for someone before I had to leave town that same day, and I couldnt find anyone who could provide same day service for me. I dont know if they routinely offer same day turn around, but I think they could sense what a bind I was in, and they accommodated me. They actually had my item ready in under an hour, and the price was reasonable. Like I said- I dont want to advertise this as something that can routinely be expected, but, I was so appreciative. I will definitely be back.

I highly recommend their service, I am pleased to say after visiting 3 other print shops I havent had a better service until now. I was at the 90 yard line with my project. Texas 2 stich carried me home. 10/10 will be back.

Texas to Stitch is under new ownership and management since April, 2013. They have changed many things, internally and externally. Their new retail area has a good combination of unique gifts and spirit wear. The new owner shared,my #1 priority is the customers experience, meeting and exceeding deadlines and putting out a product I would be proud to have my family wear. Customer satisfaction and serving the community are top priorities.Things have changed at Texas 2 Stitch - go see for yourself!

Let me start by saying I LOVE this place!!! Marylee and her staff has it figured out...quality, fast and professional work. I have been a loyal customer for years. Since Texas 2 Stitch has changed ownership the level of service has taken a tremendous turn for the better. I have utilized their services for small, single items to large, 30 + piece orders, ranging from embroidery, heat press, screen printing and tackle twill; all of which were done with outstanding craftsmanship and a completely customizable touch. Many of the local high schools and middle schools entrust them to design and produce their t-shirts, bags and jackets. If you live in and/or around the Dallas area and are looking for a professional to customize your apparel, look no further than Texas 2 Stitch...I have for years and will not change.

I love this place!!!! Had 4 t-shirts made, 8 polos, and a dozen different t cups!! Love the work they do and the employees are awesome!!! Cant wait to get something else!

This was by FAR THE WORST place to go! After dealing with them 4 times, I have to say this place has the worse customer service experience. First of all, I felt rushed and as if my order wasnt important. Second, I requested to have a logo embroidered on polos shirts within a given time. I was assured they would be ready, once I called to check on my order, they couldnt even return my call to confirm. Finally, after getting my shirts, I realized the logo was embroidered incorrectly! After I had approved the proof, they got the entire order WRONG! They offered to reimburse me for the polos and the embroidery which in fact was a waste of my time and money since I had to go back and purchase everything. Knowing that I needed the shirts by a certain date, there was no sense of urgency or concern for the HUGE mistake they had made. After taking the replacement shirts back once again expressing I needed them quickly, I go to pick up the order and one of my polos was ruined in the process!! Once AGAIN another mistake on their part and, the lady just asked that I buy another shirt and bring it back. After this, I refused to go back and demanded a refund for my shirts and the embroidery that they had ruined on the last shirt. After multiple calls the owner Mary Lee never called back to apologize nor has sent the check to me.!! I HATE THIS PLACE and dont recommend it to anyone.

Did not follow directions. Was unprofessional about the mistake they admitted to, and did not admit to another that was found after the fact. Was told another item could be provided and they would embroider for full price. Stiching is terrible quality. Would never recommend.

I stepped into Texas 2 Stitch when I went with another member of a Plano high school cheer booster club to order spirit wear for a fundraiser. Immediately upon walking into the shop we were greeted and offered assistance. We did not go in with specific ideas of what we wanted on our spirit wear and were in need of a little hand holding. I am very happy to report that the staff there were very helpful in not only holding our hand as we went thru the process but in creating a very cute design. Communication thru the process was ongoing, very helpful and friendly.I do not doubt, that in the future, all of our spiritwear items will be brought to Texas 2 Stitch. I have recommended this store to many friends for not only spirit wear but for personalization of individual items as well.

Awesome service they made name brand Nike polo golf shirts with my company logo on them. I ordered them and picked them up within 3 days!!!

Only has Plano school patches on hand, but will make other schools
