Very disappointed with the customer service. Purchased a 2021 Icon I40L on May 15, 2021 (which they had on order for stock, it was NOT a special order, with a delivery date of June 7, 2021. Its now 6/22/2021 with absolutely no sight of a delivery date. Jeff offered to allow me to cancel since we no longer will be in Dallas or even Texas, which I did but now wants to keep 3% credit card fee even though the fees will be refunded by Visa! Disgusting that no one can be trusted nowadays. So much dishonesty! Very dissatisfied, will never recommend this company.

Not sure if they have new owners, new management or going through a lack of staff, but their service and repairs have been very questionable lately. So much so, that after 11 years using them, we have been forced to go elsewhere and leave a review. Recently they picked up our cart to put a new tire on and leave us with an extra tire. After 3 weeks I was emailing and calling to find out where our cart was, only to hear (barely) an apology that they didnt have the size tire. Why would you pick up our cart to hold it hostage if you didnt have the tire? We finally get it back to find a used tire with shredded wear on it. Last year they had one of our golf carts for over 7 months as they continued to give us excuses and different reasons to why didnt have the parts to fix it, the wrong parts were ordered, the wrong parts were shipped, etc. Then they thought they undercharged us for a windshield and as an apology was going to leave it as an undercharge. But when I pulled up the invoice, we were correctly charged $400 for the plastic windshield. They are just all over the place, the left doesnt know what the right is doing. Its just a mess. Very concerning and wont let them work on our carts again.

I haven’t been here yet but I think it’s convenient that there’s a place where you can buy gulf carts. I’m going to apply here soon so I really hope they hire me. To I now how to drive gulf card and that there’s to different types a electric and gas but I hope to learn more.

Ordered parts with no update. Called to get updates, and no returned phone call. I would order on my own next time from amazon.
