He answered all of our questions and offered helpful info. His prices are super reasonable. He took time to explain each piece and part, what it does, and how to keep it working and healthy. During pick up, he went over everything we needed to know. He also implied us to call with ANY questions that might come up. Our cart is beautiful and we love it already! I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting Ken, the owner, as he was out of town yesterday when I bought my custom cart—but he took the time on his own vacation to work out a deal with me over the phone. His staff does amazing work for a reasonable price—and they cut 0 corners on their vehicles. Don’t look anywhere else—this is where you need to buy your custom golf cart!!

Worst show of professionalism I have ever seen. Upon pulling onto lot we were greeted by an older gentleman that automatically said that there was nothing he could do for the carts we had and they were junk with a less polite use of words. This was said and we left before even stating what we were looking to have done.

We are so happy with our purchase from Plano Golf Carts. Ken took the time to listen to what we were looking for, show us our options, and recommended a great refurbished cart. It looks brand new and we love it. It took about a week from the time of purchase to build it and deliver it to us. Unfortunately on the 2nd day we had it there was an issue. I sent Ken a text on his cell phone (because they were closed already) and he sent someone out in less than an hour to pick up our cart and bring us one to use.The problem was fixed the next day and the cart was delivered back to us. He cares about his customers. We would definitely buy from Ken at Plano Golf carts again.

These guys are GREAT! I bought a cart and wanted it delivered the same day; without hesitation, they made it happen!! I have had the cart for 2 months now and have had no problems other than a headlight issue. Again, they made the 30 min commute to come to the house and fix the problem. These guys went out of their way twice and Ill always recommend them for a cart moving forward!

I absolutely love this placed. I bought New EZ-go from here last year and I couldnt be happier. We ordered a rain cart and when it came and wrong Ken took care of the problem. He has been nothing but professional and kind every time. Our cart was running great and one day decided to start acting up. We took the cart back over there and they kept it until it acted up again and fix the problem no charge. He runs a very honest business and we appreciate it. It kind of makes me laugh looking at some of these negative reviews, especially the one where he tried to save the person money and time by telling them that there is a place closer and cheaper. What is wrong with people? We own our own business as well so I appreciate people like Ken and his crew, thank you again!!!

I bought an EZ GO cart from them in early 2018 and they did a great job on customizing it the way we wanted. Cart was delivered right away.I recently worked with Ken and Mike on a charging problem on my cart and both were very patient with me on trying to resolve the problem over the phone. When we decided to have the cart brought to the shop, they picked it up right away, did a great job on fixing the problem, and got the cart back to me.Both were a pleasure to work with and didn’t try to up sell me on an expensive repair.These guys are the best!

Two years ago, I went looking for a golf cart and after trying several places around the DFW area I almost gave up. I ended up calling Plano Golf Carts and spoke with the owner, KEN, and was pleasantly surprised by his friendliness and overall knowledge of golf carts in general. I ended up making the trip over and met with KEN and his helpful staff at Plano Golf Carts and purchased a cart. Recently, the battery charger quit and I contacted KEN. He told me to bring the battery charger up and he would see if UT is working or I needed a new one. Well, it was bad, but what made my day was he was able to get my battery charger warrantied and gave me another one. He said it was just the right thing to do. I ended up purchasing another cart for a family member, as I trusted them so much. Plano Golf Carts has exceeded my expectations and please give them a try on your next golf cart purchase. They also have excellent service and can add any accessory to a cart you can dream of.

I bought the cart Friday at 9am and Ken and team had it detailed, some accessories added and delivered to my house by 1pm in time for a 2pm tee time at my Club. Super fast and easy and he took the time to explain maintenance etc. I highly recommend the team at Plano Golf Carts.

I called today to get rental rates but was told to go to a location closer to me due to his high delivery fee. I asked again. STILL WONT GIVE ME YOUR RATES. Um ok. How about you let ME the customer decide what is high. I was never even told your rates or the delivery fee. Just shoved off to Go carts for fun (located on 380) You didnt even let me tell you how many I wanted to rent or how often. I called YOU to give YOU my mony! Idiotic. Booked out today, doesnt mean no opportunity for tomarrow. Fantastic way to keep me from ever calling you again. But you are correct SIR. I do need to go to Go Carts for Fun because I had already called them first. Even though he was booked for the day I needed, he was happy to give me all of his rates and said hes happy to help me out once he had more carts available. Just wanted to say what a terrific time the wife and I had buying a golf cart today at Plano golf carts with Ken. Ken is the type of guy that would rather not sell you a cart then sell you a cart you wouldnt like. He is very upfront his pricing is great . Ken doesnt suggest a ton of add-ons or other items to spend money on if youre not going to need them. He answered all our questions no matter how stupid they might have sound like he had never heard them before . He took the time to make sure we understood everything maintenance items we can do ourselves to prolong the life of our cart. After checking other dealers around the Metroplex and here in Granbury. Ken is in a class by Himself He has great units on the lot or can build you anything you want and delivered it to Grandbury We highly recommend Ken

We took our time over the course of the past year researching what we want in a golf cart and where to get it. We knew we didnt want to pay full price for a new cart, and many places offer refurbished EZGO carts. This is the place in the DFW/East Texas area to get one. We have visited other dealers, and the quality of the refurbished models here just blow everything else weve seen away. Ken was great to deal with, walking us through each option in detail. Someone recommended Plano Golf Carts to us. We were looking for a part and were literally driving all over North Dallas. We stopped by and met Ken, the owner, who sells only EZ Go Carts. Since he didnt sell the Yamaha part we needed, we started to leave, disheartened and discouraged.Ken stopped us and asked us a few questions regarding our ignition problems. He knows his business! After speaking with is a few minutes, he offered a possible remedy. That man went out on a limb for us, a customer of a competitive vehicle.
