Store closed on a Sunday at 12:53 pm altgough theres a sign saying WERE OPEN

Came at 7:45pm and it says they close at 8pmCame here for nothing 😡

I came by today around 12:45 this afternoon but the store was closed and locked? There was a big sign in the window saying you were open and the hours you had listed in the window said you should be open. I could understand if it was a lone store clerk who needed to run out for a bit to get lunch, but there was no explanation. Just a big sign that you were open when you werent.

This place is amazing!! The new manager Weston along with his associates Hunter and Tyler are outstanding people. They know exactly what they are talking about. They all blow my mind with the amount of knowledge that they gave me

The new manager Nate is horrible. He did not speak to me the whole time I was shopping in the store and even proceeded to not speak even during check out. Absurd for a “manager” to not speak to a customer especially in a supplement store.

Terrible customer service very disappointed the one time I decide to shop at GNC I was not greeted or treated kindly. This is why I continually shop Vitamin Shoppe. April 17th at 1:40 pm in case you want to know who was working (for the management) I had him tell me his name but he was so insignificant I completely forgot 2 seconds later. Was looking to purchase mass for my boyfriend and a few other things.

Third time visit to try to purchase glazed donut one bars andthey were out. I was told last time they receive shipments on Thursday and today is Friday.I explained to the two guys working there that if they are out in one day then they clearly are not ordering enough to meet the demand.The kid behind the counterLaughed out loud.Wow! Talk about dropping the ball with customer service. Not only do they not order enough stock but then they laugh at the customer for pointing out the obvious.I have been a regular customer but you guys lost me on that one.

They dont have an extended variety nor does anyone know about the products. It makes me so mad when not only the single worker but my self included have to look up the items to see if they do what I need it to do. Ill just shop online.

The man at this store location closed the gate down at 7:55 p.m. the online details say the place doesnt close till 9p.m.
