This place has the best all natural deodorant. They have very reasonable prices and great products. The customer service is also exceptional. I would 100 percent recommended.

I will never go here again. They still sell foods that have been removed from bigger stores shelves. They let all of their cashiers go mask free. One cashier that was next to me being checked out did not have a mask on and she sneezed loudly and didnt even cover her nose or mouth. I have hadcontinuingproblemswirh defiance of masks

This gem of a place could easily go unnoticed. I accidentally stumbled upon it and was very pleasantly delighted at the vast variety. Best part of it all, their prices beat out Sprouts or Natural Grocer. Ill be returning! Oh yeah, all the employees are super friendly and helpful.

Great selection of well organized nutritional supplements and natural and specialty foods at low everyday prices. If you cant find what you are looking for, one of the staff will try to help you find it. They even do special orders for items they dont stock everyday.

I really don’t know why I haven’t done a review here sooner because I’ve been coming here for years and years! This is one of my most absolute favorite stores ive ever been to! The staff are always so nice and so helpful and patient. They’re so reasonably priced and the staff are knowledgeable on products. Sometimes you can even get coupons or free items with purchasing on certain brands. Like my FAVORITE organic vegan protein garden of life, most of the time I get lucky and come in when they have coupons but today I got a free cup! Super exiting!

At checkout, a weird employee behind the counter drafted me into a strange conversation I wanted NOTHING to do with. I politely excused myself and thought...what was that? Later I contemplated whether I should shop there again. Im still reluctant to go back :(

Went for the first time today. I’m amazed at the customer service, cleanliness, selection, and especially the PRICES! I buy a lot of vitamins each month, and every item I price-checked was 20-40% lower than the same brand is at Sprouts, Whole Foods, or The Vitamin Shoppe. Fred was incredibly friendly and outgoing, and the entire staff was professional, personable, and helpful.

Im a loyal customer and i love herb mart. however i have shopped there 3 times in july and every time there were at least 2 employees without masks and last time there were 4!!! i have chronic health conditions and im at risk i mask up so why arent the employees. some were very young and i dont know if they had health conditions but quite frankly even those with conditions are better off wearing a mask. even someone on oxygen can wear one!!! i want to continue to shop here as you have great products and prices but if i come in again and see this during covid im walking out

New manager, more friendly experience. New return policy, 90 days w/ receipt. Can get items if out from another of their stores in a couple days. They do special orders, but require pick up I think 24 hr. after arrive unless u ask as policies change.I send all of my massage clients, friends, etc. their for everything. Be sure and call them for their prices before buying elsewhere as many times they can beat competitors prices.I go there monthly and spend about $150 or more each month on supplements and special foods I cant get anywhere else.Just ask for help when you walk in, so it doesnt take so long to find things.I used to own a health food store, so to me the lower prices are quit a godsend. Used to be up to 35% off on a lot of their products. I dont know what the percentage is now..but usually lower than competitors. They will look up products to see if they are back-ordered, discontinued, or if they carry them.They are a blessing to all of us.

Ive been shopping at Herb Mart since they first opened. Been a customer at the Dallas store (now closed), the Plano store and the original Mesquite location. I buy once a month and spend between $80 to $120. Its always been a positive and even fun experience. That is until today.The workers were not welcoming. They looked at me in a strange way, as if something was wrong. I dont know why they were acting like that but it was a very negative experience. I spent $98. They didnt thank me for my business or ask me to come back.Next time Ill go to the Plano store. I definitely will not return to Mesquite. And if its the same vibe, Ill be ordering from Amazon.I hope Herb Mart can correct this because its been the best supplement store in the Dallas area for those who want quality at a reasonable price. It would be a big loss were they to go out of business.

I have shopped at this store for several years and it has always been pleasant until today. One of the clerk, Estabaum was horribly rude. He seems to treat certain people with a nasty attitude and others with respect. I remember when he started working at the store. He was rude then and hasnt changed. I told him that I am going to call home office. He rudely said GO FOR IT and on and on. What kind of people are companies hiring today. Some are so pathetic. Theyre just there to make a buck...have no respect for certain customers. Pitiful.......

I just left there and have been meaning to write this for some time yet by the time I get home, Ive forgotten. I absolutely love the new manager, Luke! He is so knowledgeable, willing to help, smiling and polite! That along with him rearranging the products so the store makes more sense (Im getting used to it...been shopping here for years and years) and Herb Marts selections and great pricing, a great place is even better! HerbMart is awesome and the manager Luke is the best! One of the previous reviewers is incorrect, the return policy is actually 90 days with a receipt, pretty lenient policy if you ask me. This place had the lowest prices and friendliest staff!

I call the location allot just get info on certain products before making the trip and I have to say the sales staff is always helpful in person and over the phone..I like the fact, they are readily available to answer my questions and will ask for help when they dont know right off hand. I bought a couple of supplement bottles and found out I was allergic to them. Because the time had passed one day after thirty days they would not take back even the unopened bottle with a receipt and I am /was a good customer. In the Mesquite store, the last few times Ive been in, they always seem grouchy and act as if my questions for help in locating something bother them. When asking about products they dont carry they seem irritated I asked and said they couldnt get them without even making an effort. I send them many patients for a post op regimen I use to minimize bleeding and bruising, but they dont even care to show any appreciation Amazon is better for everything now.

Bought some vitamins for our babies here and I made the mistake of not looking at the expiration date. .well, the jar was almost expired. tried to take them back and they would not exchange them. We even talked to the manager (guy with a big belly and a beard). And he said theyre still good. .. like we can use all that in a few days. warning. If you shop here, check the expiration date. Dont know what type of place sells nearly expired baby products.

Pet foods, cleaning products, personal care goods.Yes, its a fabulous find!Super friendly staff, always helpful, and theyll order for you if theres something you need thats missing.They do quite a business here (the secret must be getting out), but its so convenient on the sleepy section of 15th Street, loads of parking. Bring a bag (or several!) - or theyll give you a box to carry your purchases.You can thank me later. :)

Very competitive prices for supplements, essential oils, Dr. Bronners soaps, Dr. Stevia, kombucha tea, etc. which is what I need! (the prices for the things I buy are the same if not better than amazons and I get it the same day!) I also love that they have tester bottles now for their essential oils so I get to try before I buy. Their staff are also helpful & knowledgeable. This is my go to place for alternative/holistic products.

This place is great and their products are a lot cheaper then other places like whole foods and sprouts. They dont have fresh produce ; majority of their products have a shelf life but so much of thier products are organic, non gmo or both. Its a great place ; love it !

This is a no frills grocery store with limited selection, and GREAT PRICES. HerbMarts normal pricing on some items is better than some of their competitors sale prices. This is my goto place for supplements, longhorn grass-fed beef, kombucha, soaps, and more. I would give them a 5th star if their selection was slightly bigger and if they were open more hours. When Im stocking up on supplements, HerbMart is always my 1st stop... They do not sell fruits or vegetables.
