This is probably one of the best Vitamin Shoppe I’ve been to in a while. It was clean, organized, and I had great customer service. I always hate going because there are so many options and not the best customer service.I was helped by Alissa; she was amazing and took her time to explain the products I was interested in or gave me other options as well. Both the prework out and protein brownie recommended to me has been such a help!Thanks Alissa!

Stopped in today to get some stuff for my weight loss journey. Alex was extremely helpful. Not only to me but to all the customers walking in. He seemed to help everyone. Helped me pick out a protein power, a pre workout, and some supplements. Thanks Alex!!!

Big store but limited inventory - overpriced but they always have online coupons

This is the only place we’re i can find the Emerald vitamins there gentle on you’re stomach. I hate taking hard vitamins and these are time release. This store has everything :)

Tatiana, the store manager was so helpful during my visit today! She’s so knowledgeable and the store is so clean and organized. I love the huge selection of products here. There’s a GNC down the street from me here in Richardson but I will be coming here for now on for my supplement needs.

The store is big and clean and have a variety of products available but Customer service is lacking. If you know exactly what you want this is great. U go in, get it and continue with your business. If you dont know what you want and need some guidance then forget this store. Find a different location or do ur research before you arrive. The man who made a feeble attempt to help me made me smh. So I ended up spending about 30 minutes lost in a field of products and confused . I generally go to a different store and I tell the agent what I want and the agent professionally presents the options n share the pro and cons and guide me until I make a decision. The guy here said aisle A has .. aisle B has... aisle C has... then he walk back to the front to chat with the next staff. I was the only customer in the store for the entire time n the 2 paying staff stood with each other and chat while I struggled .. In the end I spent $92 on 3 items and was willing to get more stuff but need more guidance on what to get but didnt get that help. The staff here has no idea.. I will never go back here

The black lady (manager/worker) is very rude. She doesn’t greet you or say have a nice day nothing! This is the second time in 2 months and same experience with her. She said she emailed the receipt. When I asked her to what email because I have been going to Vitamin Shoppe along time, she shrugged and said “I don’t know.” This is terrible customer service can someone have a conversation with her?

Great location and ample parking. Well lit though its a little spooky. Staff are helpful still not all are experts. Great variety, selection and discount pricing. Brand names are always quality, not certain about off labels. Shop with caution and do your research. At present construction makes access a bit of a concern.

Hard to get too with all of the construction on Central. I always find what i need, and then some. Helpful staff that does not hover, but always speak upon entering.

Big selection! Asked the employee if they had empty tea bags, since web site said they did. He said no after looking at the selection of tea bags. I walked over and found them.

Place is awesome and they have everything you need. Some things are a little pricey, but if you are going healthy, you can afford to cut down on unhealthy and spend it on healthy, right? Overall friendly and helpful staff. Ask them and they can search the Web for an answer. Been shopping here for about 12 years..wont go to anywhere else. Better than GNC, if you ask me.

Guy with tattoos has attitude and makes it obvious he watching me and makes me feel uncomfortable which makes for a bad shopping experience.
