Steve was so helpful throughout the entire process and even after receiving the hot tub he still answers any questions I have and checks in to make sure everything is going well with the hot tub! I had Relax & Retreat assemble a sauna for me that I had purchased online per my Doctors order, and they were fantastic! Both Ben and Tony were an absolute pleasure to do business with and they took the time to do things right. Ben even referred me to his electrician who came out in a very timely manner and installed a new 20 amp outlet for me. Tony did an excellent job assembling the sauna and even caught something that was wrong with it that I would not have caught and let me know so I was able to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement part. He answered all of my questions and knows what hes doing. I will absolutely be using them again in the future and give them 5 stars for customer service. Ben & Tony- thank you for all of your help!

The guys are Relax and Retreat Hot Tubs really know their stuff and go above and beyond for their customers. We looked at 6 different retailers but ended up back at Relax and Retreat because their friendliness and no BS attitude. After we purchased our tub they kept us in the loop as to when it would be here and never complained about my endless questions. After installation we had a small problem and they were out within a day to fix it. They really stand behind their products and I cant recommend them enough.

We received true 5 star service from Relax & Retreat. From showroom experience, to order and delivery. Steve and the entire crew went above and beyond at a time when their products are in such high demand they could get away with less. They bent over backwards with us.We changed models during our purchase and they delivered ahead of schedule. Delivery was extremely professional and meticulous. They took extreme care of both the spa and our yard and patio during install. Spa orientation was very well presented.They are 37 miles from me and I will remain a dedicated customer. In the DFW area, I dont know how many Spa dealers I drive past to be get to them, but the service is worth it.

We have never purchased a hot tub before this one. We had to do some research before committing to the Caldera from Relax & Retreat Hot Tubs in Dallas. Steve was very helpful with all our questions and went above and beyond customer care to insure we get our tub as soon as possible during the pandemic which caused big delays! It didn’t stop there. The delivery crew and their electrician were very professional. They stayed until the hot tub was full and running well. They gave us a short tutorial of the care for it. Steve and Jared have been great to work with. Steve sold us the hot tub explaining many things and coordinating everything for us. Jared delivered the hot tub and gave us our hot tub school helping us to understand the basics of care. We bought a tub from them 3 years ago. The siding became defective. The manufacturer left Relax amd Retreat in a poor position by not handling THEIR problem. In the end, Relax stepped up, fixed it and had exemplary customer service! Buying everything from them in the future because of how they handled a problem that really wasnt theirs !!

Excellent dealer! Went in to shop for my first spa and was so impressed I didnt go anywhere else. They were very honest about the product and very knowledge about their spas and other types. After delivery, we actually had an issue with the electrician wiring (and couldnt use the spa- heartbreaking!) but they came out the very next morning and got us up and running within an hour. Would buy again from them in a heartbeat. Oh and our coast spa is AWESOME. Absolutely gorgeous addition to our patio

Ben and the staff were very helpful through the entire purchase, delivery, installation, and service process. Fourteen months later and the tub is still going strong!Ben recommended strongly that we take the time to do a wet test, since that is a totally different (and accurate) assessment of the tub. It completely altered our purchase for the better! Our entire family loves the tub (Coast Alpha). Ben was honest about the strengths and weaknesses of their various tubs, and he didnt try to upsell. He was transparent about profit margin, and also about year end model closeout.Service after the sale was also fantastic. They were very thorough in trouble shooting and eventually replacing a circuit card causing an overheat.The storefront may lack in terms of showiness, but who cares? The value, experience, service, courtesy were all five star!

Weve been enjoying our new Viking spa for a few weeks now. My wife and I visited the showroom on a Saturday and Ben spent about 45-50 minutes chatting with us about their spas. Weve never owned one before so he was helping us understand features which helped us make our decision. We were soaking in our new spa eight days later. I visited a few stores and spoke to my fair share of salesmen. Most were either very pushy, rubbed me the wrong way, or just didnt have the knowledge of their product I think they should have had.Steve at Relax and Retreat was a major fresh breath or air. Not pushy, has a major understanding of his product as well as other brands he doesnt sell. This really helped me in truly understand what sets well build and designed hot tubs from the impostor tubs out there at other stores.

I was referred to Relax & Retreat Hot Tubs by a friend who purchased a Viking Hot tub from them a while back. My Husband and I have gone to their house and used the hot tub a few times and we really enjoyed the experience.When we decided to look at hot tubs, we went to Relax & Retreats showroom. We found the staff to be incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. We had planned to check a few different places out that day, but after our experience and friends referral we decided to do business with Garrett at Relax and Retreat. Garrett was patient, answered all our questions and even offered financing.After we made our decision, the tub was delivered in a few days (awesome right?). The delivery crew exceeded all expectations even with a rather difficult installation, which was included BTW. It was also nice to see smiles on their faces the whole time.Although Relax & Retreat did not do the electrical install, I was referred to a licensed electrician by Relax and Retreat who beat all other quotes. Relax & Retreat handled and scheduled the electrical install with the electrician so he could be there at the same time (which they said isn’t always possible or necessary but sometimes works out).Our whole experience was amazing and we couldn’t imagine it being any better. You can really feel the difference when a company cares and takes the time to “earn” their customers. Garrett even called us a couple weeks after our purchase to make sure everything was up to our standards and that we were still happy, which we are!Although the whole experience has been fantastic, I only decided to leave this review after that last call Garrett made to us.Now when we have friends over to use our hot tub, we definitely tell them to go see Garrett!

Coast spas is the cleanest hot tub in the industry and will stand the test of time.

We visited a few places before ending up here. My wife and I were very impressed by the staff and variety of selection they had. We ended up purchasing one of the smaller Viking Spas and are loving it. Definitely worth checking out, doesnt have all the glitz and glamour of some of the places we visited but they had the best prices and service staff in town.
