I ordered two Quartz tube Heater Element replacements. The order come correctly and quickly. As if the standard service wasnt enough I had some technical issues, ISC Sales customer service went above and beyond to help me out. Especially Jessica Kup******. Thanks to her support I will definitely be a ISC customer for life. Thank you again for helping a small business out in a difficult time.

I have received the wrong product in the mail, I waited 5 days for the product I ordered(Not a problem). When i get home the day that it is delivered it is the wrong plug that i obviously didnt order Image below. I am not very satisfied with getting the wrong product and I hope that David Wood is going to fix it in a timely manner due to this powering my food truck entirely.

Slow response, no follow up, charged an extra $200 over the quoted price - cant get a breakdown of costs, packed so cheaply that it got damaged in transit - just miserable to work with in my experience. 1st time customer and last time customer on the same order.

Order placed on 8/27/19 for 12 air filters. Yesterday, day 49, I called & order was not completed or in production. Rep said, Ill call you back. Never did. Today, day 50 called again & rep said Ill call you back. I canceled order. Looking forward to a refund.WHY BOTHER TAKING AN ON LINE ORDER IF YOU CANT FULLFILL IT? What a waste of my time & theirs. Also tried posting the above to their website contact info & site stated we are unable to send this message, try again later. I wasnt going to post this on Google Reviews but had to after website contact failed.

Horrible Customer service - find what you need elsewhere. I ordered about 7 boxes of filters and one box of them was incorrect. I asked to return it, which they refused. I asked if they could send a replacement - refused. I asked if they would waive shipping if I ordered a replacement (I had not paid shipping on any of the other boxes to this point as it was a very large order and waived) and THEY REFUSED THAT. I asked to speak with management - still nothing. This company does not deserve to be in business. I will not return and may do charge back on credit card. Very annoyed.
