Experience of purchasing a mobility scooter was a big challenge to find the right one for me that would fit in the trunk of a car or in a SUV. I called this location and Angela answered the phone and invited me to come down to this location in Plano at 600 North Central Expressway in Texas. I had spent 3 weeks looking at the best kind to buy in Louisiana and Texas. In my mind I was planning on getting a four-wheel scooter but the owner had me consider a three wheel scooter. It turns out that the three-wheel scooter has a better turning radius and easier to park in the stores. The customer service was outstanding and I purchased the Pride Go-Go model

My experience with Hieline Mobility was better than I expected. I had an emergency and had to rent an oxygen concentrator. The instructions for the rental and handling of the equipment were well explained. They never rushed me. Very impressed with the customer service. I worked with Andrew and Sadat to rent a reclining lift chair. Delivery and pick-up was so easy. Andrew arrived when he said he would and set up the chair right where I needed it. They were so nice, the whole process was stress free. Really awful customer service. I bought a walker / wheelchair combo for my mother and ended up needing to return it after she tried it since the longer shape make it difficult for her to use.When I tried to return I forgot to bring my receipt and I had to go in circles with them just to convince them to pull up the receipt in their system. In 2021 pretty much every store can pull a recent transaction. The manager even told me “we are not Walmart or costco” but they of course ended up finding it when I pushed them.I will definitely be going to Walmart or Costco to buy the next one not because price although this stores prices were inflated about 40% but I still bought there. But because how horrible they are to work with.Edit: Just to clarify based on the managers response. When I purchased the chair I asked him if we used it once for her to try it and it didnt work could we return it and he said yes (this is why places charge a restocking fee which Im ok with.) Again this store is unfriendly to work with. Policies are there for valid reasons but it was clear they had the resources to look up a receipt (because they did) this was not an issue of limited resources but rather one of making it as difficult as possible to deny a return.

I cant say enough good things about this Plano office and the service that was provided by Sadat, Andrew and Tabitha. Everyone was so nice, accommodating, helpful and efficient. We were under the gun and rented several pieces of hospital equipment at 5:00 on Tuesday and it was all delivered and set up the next day. 5 stars!!

I rented a hospital bed after surgery and the service I received was excellent. From the initial inquiry call Sadat was knowledgeable and super helpful. (Health precautions were taken upon delivery & pickup: masks wore, gloves wore if requested and the equipment was sanitized after set up 🙂)

I highly recommend renting from Hieline. They have provided me and my family one of the most memorable customer experiences weve ever had. My elderly father needed a lift chair quickly due to low blood pressure issues. Hieline was exceptionally kind, empathetic and expedient in assisting us. They delivered a chair the very next day. My Father, whos in very poor health and 81, said the delivery person was one of the nicest people he had ever met. The driver was fully suited up to ensure that they were providing a safe delivery (COVID) - and took extra care wiping down the chair for germs, etc. From a pick-up perspective, again, the experience has been incredible. Made a call and the pick-up was scheduled right away. Ive been an executive in a service industry for 25 years and have the highest of standards. Hieline exceeded my expectations! If you have a need, dont bother researching further, just give them a call. You will be more than satisfied.

We rented a chaise recliner for two months while I recovered from open heart surgery. The entire process (online chair selection, ordering, scheduling delivery, billing, etc.) was seamless and error-free. When you are renting as an out-of-towner, you have good reason to wonder about the experience youre about to have. Having the reviews to read helped me decide on Hieline.I made a 5 minute phone call to reserve my scooter and to arrange payment and delivery. After that everything was on autopilot. When I got to my hotel, the scooter (very high quality, nicer than my own!) was there waiting. A quick voicemail to schedule pick up (which was confirmed within minutes) was all it took to finish the rental. A very courteous young man from Hieline was right on time for pickup and that was it.I will rent again from Sadat and his team no matter where I stay next time in the Dallas, even if I am well outside his free delivery area. Joseph, a disabled veteran and from what he said, father of a few kids, not only made my sister and father feel at home in his store but also made my dad laugh and feel accepted. He is a vet with ptsd issues just like him. They got a long with ease.I met him when, after Joseph was off work, he volunteered to bring another gentleman’s wheel chair to our facility/home away from home. All the nurses loved the visit as this veteran/hero was so very funny and endearing with a few of the residents. The man he brought the chair for was also smitten with him as they exchanged stories. It was amazing to see. God bless you and all you do for the community. I’ll definitely refer you business as you deserve to be prosperous with employees like that.

Terrific from the start. They stayed open for me to pick up a knee scooter and were complete gentlemen. They showed me how to adjust it, made sure the scooter was in good condition and put it in my car for me. Kind and friendly, even calling me to make sure I could find their store. I would rent from them again.

Great Equipment Rentals and Excellent Customer Service! My husband and I contacted this company about renting a hospital bed and wheelchair rental, about three days before Memorial Day. They really came through for us in a great way. The prices were reasonable, equipment imaculate and comfortable, and the customer service was second-to-none. They did a wonderful job coordinating and communicating times for delivery and pick-up. Last but not least, Andrew (Delivery and Set-up Representative) was AMAZING. He was nice, polite, efficient, and very respectful. He did a great job demonstrating how to properly use the equipment. Don’t rent from this crooks company.Do research for other companies.May be it’s cheaper to buy than rent.After you rent, you are screwed.I rented the bed and table for two month for my dad after his knee replacement.The mattress was 4’ spring mattress and my dad couldn’t sleep and had to use our memory form mattress.So after everything I call the company to pick up the bed they came on time checked everything. Everything working fine the driver had hard time to disassemble the bed but he did it after I was holding the bed. He had a hard time to take out the motor of the bed but he used his force and did it and pick up the bed.When I asked for the receipt he said no we don’t have it .the first bill is your receipt.It’s the same driver who assembled the bed.Now they charged my card saying that the motor was cracked.I called them But they said it was us who cracked the motor cover.First of all it’s under the bed and second thing we haven’t even touched it ...I am sending this to bbb too..So be careful before you rent..They just wanna take your moneyIts cheaper to BUY.Do research in Amazon and other company.

They delivered it to my hotel, exactly when promised, fully charged. The best part, I was able to get the color package changed to royal blue so that the scooter and I could match my sororitys colors. This is the best place in Texas to buy or rent any kind of mobility equipment you need!! Madelyn is wonderful! Sadat the owner is very knowledgeable and welcoming. My husband is paraplegic, and we were looking for a smaller chair for him. They have a wide variety of used and new scooters, wheelchairs and power chairs. We spent over an hour and a half trying out several different chairs and ended up renting a scooter for two days to try it out before we buy it to make sure it will work for him. I needed to rent a transport chair for a weekend event at the Convention Center in Dallas. After checking with the company that the Convention was using, and realizing that I could not afford their prices, I found Hieline Mobility Solutions online. I called and got all the information that I needed, and when I arrived in Dallas, picking up the chair was a quick and easy experience. I was able to sit in the chair and make sure it worked for me. I was also provided with instructions on all of the features of the chair which made the weekend use very easy. The price was incredibly affordable! My fathers wheelchair breaks needed to be repaired. I was referred to Hieline and could not be happier. I brought the wheelchair in for service and Sadat fixed it immediately.My father is wheelchair bound and Hieline has loaner wheelchairs you could borrow in case they needed to order parts, which gave me piece of mind, but we did not need the loaner. Probably a good place for a mobility scooter but definitely not for a motorized wheelchair for airline travel. No real knowledge or interest to help/learn shown. 30 mins on the internet is a much better use of time (maybe it’s not their target market, which is fine; just tell me that vs. trying to talk me in to something I said I’m not interested in).

I had a broken custom electric wheelchair, and no money to fix it. Sadat, the owner, fixed it pro bono, even though he didn’t even know me. When he fixed my wheelchair, he gave me wings. There are good people in this world, and Sadat is one of them. His business provides the help that a disabled person needs to be able once again, and his staff and him provide that service with the outmost care, tact, respect...this is a business with heart!!!!!!

Very good experience with Hieline Mobility. I rented an oxygen concentrator and walker on wheels for my Mom while she was visiting for a week. Hieline is very easy to deal with and good customer service. I will use them again for sure.

Wish I could rate them higher than a 5! I had a house guest who had mobility problems so wanted a reliable electric scooter for her to use while she was here. The person who helped me originally was Madeline but the other people I dealt with were amazing as well. I had called several places but when I got to one of them, the price they quoted was not the real price and the scooter looked really banged up. On top of that, only part of it could be dissembled. Then I went to Heiline. I got a 3-wheel scooter that came apart into light enough pieces for me to manage (Im 70 years old) and it was in very good condition. When I returned it, I forgot to bring the seat and the person who was at the desk told me I could bring it to his house because it was so much closer to my house than bringing it all the way back to the store. Wouldnt rent or buy from anywhere else.

I called to reserve a particular mobility scooter and a rollator walker for an upcoming trip. I was having a hard time finding what I needed close to where Ill be staying. I called Hieline, spoke with Sadat, and he efficiently and pleasantly reserved for me exactly what I needed. I need the equipment delivered to the hotel where Ill be staying, and even though its outside of Hielines normal delivery area, Sadat offered to do so at a very reasonable price.
