Medical Express Plano is a great place to get all your medical equipment and supplies! The manager Lori Blake and all the employees are very knowledgable and helpful! They are also very conveniently located being only a couple of blocks from Baylor Plano and the Baylor Heart Hospital. Lori demonstrates the equipment for the customers and if it doesnt work makes other very constructive suggestions. We feel very comfortable with this establishment and recommended it to our family and friends.

I didn’t get the chance to make it in but the representative I spoke to on the phone was absolutely THE BEST! My son recently broke his leg and I needed all the help I could get. Whomever I spoke to was my saving grace and provided a ton of helpful info. She even took it above and beyond and called around to find a walker locally for my little one, thank you so much. ~ check them out!

Thank you thank you thank you LoriThese guys take such good care of you. I live in Little Rock Arkansas and I had my records transferred here because of the quality of service. They do not take advantage of you and they are affordable. They really do care about their customers!!!!!!!!

We contacted Medical Xpress because they are a Golden Technology dealer for lift chairs and scooters. Lori came to our home with in an hour of calling the store and quickly determined the remote for our power lift chair went out and that it was still under warranty. She invited us to come to their store and check out their large selection of lift chairs. We were very impressed with the selection and knowledge of the product line. My wife picked out a new chair and a scooter which Lori and Hope delivered the following day. We are very pleased with this store and their excellent customer service. We are so glad we called this store.

Medical Xpress has been a relief to me as an RN. They have been able to supply me with my EPP which is MUCH needed while I see my patients during the CV CRISIS! Ask for Lori...she is such a friendly face and knowledgeable regarding their products.

Lori & Hope were SO helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! After calling a ton of places locally that were either super shady, out of business, or didn’t carry what I needed, I had almost resigned myself to there being no place in town that would have the CPAP items I needed, and then I called here. Ms Hope knew exactly what I was looking for, that they had them in stock, and gave me a price. When I arrived, I was truly impressed by how clean and organized the whole place was. Also, the prices I paid were better than any other place that I could find, even online! If you need CPAP supplies, mobility devices, bandages, all sorts of medical supplies, do yourself a favor and call/visit here FIRST! 👍🏼
