This is the UPS store at intersection between Preston and W Parker. The store has printing service and lots of office supplies. The people in the store are very nice and energetic. They do provide document notary service. An excellent public notary place for your documentation notarized. There are plenty of parking right in front of the store and parking remain available most of time. I have visited the store several times and once during late evening almost before closing the store and they know things are important for their customers. They are wearing face mask and people visiting the store also wearing face mask.

On Sunday September 26, 2021 at 2:50pm I arrived at this location and the door was locked and they had already closed when on line it says this location at Towne Vrossing is open until 4pm on Sundays. This location needs to update their location times. Its an inconvenience for people to come somewhere at the place to be closed when its not time for it to be closed. My experience was not a good one.

Incredible Customer Service by KARRINGTON. I did not have a proper return address label-He did so many helpful things to rectify the complicated situation. He saved me sooo much time and effort.I wish all CS Agents were that helpful!!!

Traveled to the store on Sunday, 9/19, but, the store was closed and nobody was in. Store hours displayed showed Sunday,. 11am - 4pm. Two people stopped by with packages. I lost about 35 minutes of my time and got very bad feelings.Henry

Joe and Michele are always friendly. I returns lots of Amazon packages and today I forgot to print my return label. Instead of having me come back another day, Joe let me use his computer to reprint the label. Fantastic customer service.

My go-to UPS Store for all my Amazon shipping needs. Theyre extremely friendly and welcoming, it feels almost like a Mom and Pop shop! I think I come in so much that they know my name by now lol.Definitely recommend if you live in the area and are looking for shipment needs!

Reviews tend to be very biased, and people who know how to choose who they do business with know to look at the reviews in the middle to find the most accurate information. I have only done business with Joe. He had been kind, and more than accommodating on each of the 3 visits I have made. He always taken the time to help me find the most economical way I can ship and explained the differences. If you take time to invest mentally in people it will pay off...yes they have signs that say that if you are in you phone they wont interrupt your call by attempting to serve you... People, when you are conducting business with a retailer, be polite! Pocket that phone...

Joe and Michele are incredible. I had 12 heavy boxes filled with books to be shipped to my son. Notwithstanding the continuous rain, Joe unloaded the boxes of books from my vehicle without hesitation. Michele added additional taping since the boxes were heavy. If you need help finding the right box for what you need to ship, or making sure that what you have packed will arrive in one piece, Joe and Michelle will find the right solution for you. I have worked with them for more than 20 years and they greet me by name when I come into the store. They know pretty much everything there is to know about how to pack and ship items. And, they recycle Styrofoam peanuts!

Whoever the worker on duty was today was very very rude he talked to me in a degrading way about a package that i had delivered there. He started off with why would you have this delivered here. I felt very disrespected. He also didnt follow safer because he kept taking his mask off to talk. Very unsafe with Covid going on. I highly do not recommended this store. Its a bad location and should be shut down.Looking other reviews it seems alot of people were another race.

I ship lots of parts in and out of this location daily for a few years now. Every day when I get packages Joe or Michelle call and tell me they are there to make sure I get what I need timely. Read all the one star reviews. They state the same thing, rude old lady! That was my experience as well. I was on my phone, trying to tell my mother that Id call her back since I was in the store, I wasnt even in line since I was trying to get off the phone. Old lady barks at me to get in line, mind you, NO ONE was in the store. Im fumbling with a huge box and my phone which has the Amazon return code and this lady keeps barking at me, wanting to know what I need. I let her know it was an Amazon return so she screams at me for the code. I show her my phone with the code, she scans and then hands me the shipping label to stick on my box. Keep in mind, this whole time she never looks me in the eye, no smile, no being courteous. Going to completely avoid this location, even though its the most convenient for me. Just avoid this location completely.

Avoid going to this store at all cost. The old lady there is very rude and made some derogatory remarks towards my brother as a joke.

I needed some documents notarized, so I called around and it seems like this location was the only one that picked up. The store was in a very nice location, there was no line, and I went right in and Joe helped me notarize the documents I needed and a very friendly and professional manner. Thumbs up!

They refused to give me mailbox. Reason? Stated reason - he did not like the way I gave my ID to him. Unstated? He did not like my skin color, the moment I stepped in the store and gave me looks. Just left the store. I refused to do service there after I asked to use their computer to print out a return label. Im on maternity leave and no access to a printer and had my newborn with me. The clerk offered kindly to let me use it and then the jackass owner chimed in and said his computer cost him $2100 so would be $2 usage fee! I said are you serious? He went on to say yes. I said that is ridiculous and if you are thinking my $2 is going to help pay for the computer thats absurd and Im sure with all the previous idiots who paid the $2 fee and business its been paid for many times over. He just looked at me. Told him he lost my business!! So lugged my newborn carrier out and left!!

Customer for over 5 years. I get a lot of packages delivered. Big fan of Joe and Michelle. Always attentive. Always ready to help with my many Amazon return packages. Too bad they’re Saints fans. LOL.

With eBay and Amazon making shopping so easy- I’ve had a lot of returns and exchanges, as well as selling some things of my own. I love this UPS store and will wait until I’m in the area to ship something instead of going to stores closer to my home. Joe looks like he single-handedly runs the place and he is always so friendly and efficient. I had an issue shipping something to Puerto Rico and I was surprised at his dedication to making sure he figured it out for me, instead of pawning me off for someone else’s problem. He was also able to multi-task and serve other customers- and even knew some of them by name. Joe just seems like an all around great guy who clearly cares about doing a good job and who care about his UPS store. Go to this UPS store and you’ll walk out happy and without any issues.

Came here to ship a box that I had a prepaid label for. I had already sealed it prior to arriving there. I had another item where I had realized it was going to the same address, so when I told the old lady at the counter, she gave me an attitude and asked me why I taped it up for if I had something else going in the box. She grabbed the box off the counter, cuts it open, puts the item in there, tapes it, weighs it and throws it to the side...1 - Why does it matter if I taped it already? You are going to charge me for tape anyways so why do you care? 2. What if the items in there were fragile? Do you always throw customers packages around?Ive decided to drive an extra few minutes to the location off Preston and Frankfort

The lady in this store was very rude. No greeting when I walked in. I said Hey could I get some tape for my box and she replied sarcastically Yes, seeing as you asked so politely its normally 25c but you can have it for free then picked my box up and walked off to the back room leaving me standing there! So I left, but I came back 5 minutes later and offered to buy some tape because I didnt think the one piece of tape the lady put on the box was enough. The guy was very polite and helpful and retrieved my box and offered to put more tape on for free. I then asked the guy Whats up with the lady? Then she came out from the back and they both started arguing with me saying that I was rude to them. So I picked up my box and walked out! I went to the UPS Store on 3308 Preston road, very frendly, I recommend you go to this store instead.
