Long time love of all things Container Store, Im pretty sure Ive spent weeks of my life shopping at one or another.This location is just terrific. The people are top-notch: Helpful, not pushy. Informed. Love the staff!This time we made a quick stop for just a few things and were assisted by an informative helper twice. I should have made note of her name. She was fantastic!Well be back for the annual holiday packaging buy. Love the store and the brand!

I love the container store products. They are good quality and they have everything you need. But this location seems to always have the longest lines. While working on a kitchen project this weekend, I went twice to the store and spent no less than 30 minutes waiting in line to checkout. Not enough cashiers, there always seems to be a problem registering sales and coupons. Will probably be driving to a different location next time I need something.

Outstanding customer service. The Container Store rocks! I will most certainly support this store for the foreseeable future. They carry customer service to the nth degree. I bought the Elfa Decor System for our house remodel. The designer who helped us put the plans together was free to us. She even told us when to make the purchase so we could take advantage of the 30% off sale that was coming up. She set up a time to call me to take my credit card so purchasing was quick and easy over the phone. When the installer showed up today he was professional and courteous and when he finished we ended up needing some modifications to the design. Rather than have me go to the store to return things and get others, he called the store to get what he needed, returned the wrong and extra pieces, got the credit issued to my CC and then came back to the house to finish the job. Well done!!!!!

Always have what I need looked for a folded traveling toothbrush noone had but container store not the color inwant but I didnt care its perfect

I placed a curbside order at this location about two weeks ago. The lady that serviced me was vulgar and lacked customer service. She pretty much threw my items in the car, slammed my door, and didnt close my trunk correctly. I have a Mercedes, all you have to do is press a button, and the truck will close automatically. She forced my truck down and could have destroyed my trunk! She left without saying bye or anything. I thought maybe she was going to get something else. I like this location, but the employees here definitely need training in customer service.

Double check your box!! I placed an order and it was put into my trunk. When I got home the box was missing pieces and had extras of things I didn’t need. I didn’t notice because I didn’t touch the box until I got home but it had been retapped. It was either a return or had previously been opened. I called to complain to the manager that they need to double check returned items. She really didn’t care at all- and just said you have 120 days to return it (when I complained about driving all the way back to the store).

All the employees were very nice and helpful. They enforced the face masks policy which made me feel very comfortable. Definitely will be back.

Organize ALL OF THE THINGS. The staff was helpful and the ideas we got while in there 😍. Would be a great gift card idea for a wedding for sure.

Worst customer service. I love the container store but this location has employees who have trouble moving quickly and being available to assist customers. If you have a question you may as well google it. Forget check out. The line is always long, or super slow. I placed an order for 4 baskets, only 2 came and I was told it was going to be another month for the other 2. Having to make 2 trips to pick them up. Order online if you can to avoid a lot of middle age women with an attitude.

Love the staff at this location! Its always busy and they are still always pleasant and helpful. My curbside pickups are always accurate and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes for it to come out.

Did not really find what we wanted in stock at the store in multiple trips. Shop online for best results. They have a great curb-side pick up service.

Very disappointed in this location. I’m a long time customer of them but will not be anymore. Please inform your employees of the ADA laws so you don’t end up being sued. Remind them even though you are telling people you are a private company you still can not refuse Service to somebody who has a medical condition over a mask. Not only that you have employees going around saying they are managers when asking for a manager and they clearly are not. Another issue is the two employees who saw me without a mask on first has no issue with it. If you are not going to train your employees about being consistent if it truly is a company policy right now, they should be enforcing the same things. Worse part is your employees don’t even have a valid reason your requiring customers to wear a mask. I really hope your company doesn’t end up closing like so many have from your lack of customer service.

Outrageous Pricing for plastic containers.

The Container Store is always very clean and stocked nicely. The employees are mostly friendly, and I don’t think I have ever had an issue or complaint about the Container Store. It is my favorite place to shop!

Almost any kind of container you can imagine from plastic to wood to metal. Unfortunately I couldnt find a printer platform large enough for my printer. I finally found what I needed at IKEA.

My favorite store! They are helping me to get all organized at home, and my life is more peaceful because of it.

I couldnt find the 1 item I came in for and I was demanded to wear a mask, politely but not given a choice. No mask = no shopping!!😪

20 minutes in line to get two items. I understand the scanners were down but how about having the faster cashiers working at times like this?? Ridiculous how long this is taking

Very poor customer service at the container store of Plano, Texas. Asked to speak with the district manager, regional manager or store manager and was informed, “we don’t have one!”. Eight (8) customers standing in line to be checked out and one (1) cashier open. This relates to a 12% percent consumer productivity. Very curious to know how many employees are staffed on this shift verses how many employees just don’t care and are there on the job to collect their hourly employment rate

Babette was great! We literally spent like 2 hours with her before closing and she was very pleasant and patient. I felt bad because we kept changing our mind on things and she redid our plan like 4 times. She’s great.

Was about to spend a lot more money in this store but their employees ran us off for no masks...in a state without a mask mandate.See yah!

I need to speak about the amazing staff at this location. Upon arrival, they were all so friendly and willing to answer any questions. As we were exploring the store, my mom noticed my sister being followed by a “customer” in the store. I put it in quotes because he was alone and clearly not shopping. After alerting the staff about the situation, they quickly had all eyes on this person and us. Everyone was making sure we got to our car safely. There are some crazy people in this world, and we were so blessed by the staff at this store. Thank you!

Always friendly and helpful staff

I am a super fan of this store and not just because I have a thing for organizing. Both times Ive gone recently I had the same checker and she was very nice. I wish the aisles were slightly wider here but I am addicted to organizing. I especially love that they have a little shelf with 1x1in graph paper lining it so that you can set your little boxes on it to see how everything goes together for your drawer. Genius.

I formerly enjoyed going to the Container Store but not anymore. There is always a super long SLOW line in which Im forced to endure crappie music. I spend most of my time waiting in line than shopping.

Good stuff,but needs a staffing upgrade. Be prepared to wait in line for 15 minutes to check out.

If you are getting your @$^# together, this is a good place to start.

Love the product in this store! It can be a bit confusing to find what you need, but they have so many options and do a good job at restocking things quickly.

Ive never been in a store that cared so much for its customers. I went in early one Saturday morning and severe thunderstorms were raging. Sales people were locked down the doors to prevent them from being damaged, but the staff was amazing in telling me they had procedures if a tornado warning was issued and that they hoped I would stay inside and stay safe. Not a high pressure sales tactic, but genuine concern and sincerity. Will make this my Container Store of choice when in Dallas area from now on!

The coolest place!! I was in awww when I walked in. From floor to ceiling with gizmos and gadgets. You need it, they probably have it. You dont need it, they probably have it. Although very cool, dont get too carried away, you could definitely put a dent in your wallet with some of the prices.

Its like feeding an addiction! Easy way to spend more than you should with some smart storage.

Clean and brightly lit store with lots of items available to touch and measure up before you buy! Customer service is always very good. The store is full of organizational and storage ideas you might not have even thought about on your own! One of my favorite organizational idea stores!

Great Location. Very busy on a Saturday, had to wait about 10 minutes to get help from employee. Purchased elfa stack storage for desk and some drawers werent in stock although stock showed 14. Had to wait 2 days for that. Inventory Improvement: Inventory system should show whats actually in the store instead of store + whats on next shipment. I might have went somewhere it was in stock if it was known they were out as I live by 3 different stores.

After hearing about this for a few years, I was blown away by the simplicity of it all and how much of it I wanted! Im a small town guy that just moved in and if youre motivated by organization this is the place to be. Service was great from all the employees that I going to answer my questions.

Great staff helped me choose the best options for a trip. Every salesperson was right there asking the right questions to help make choices. Get to go home and try them out. Good returns policy. They have a million solutions you didnt know you couldnt do without. Very organized, roomy, and clean. Focus is on quality, rather than cheap prices on temporary solutions.

I really like this location. The staff is always very helpful, knowledgeable enough to make suggestions and never make you feel like theyre too busy to assist you (even when they are). I come back to this location again and again.

They have a good selection of helpful storage items. They are definitely not cheap though.

I love the store. I love organizing and all the options. Products are clean, well sorted and high quality. But its incredibly hard to get through the aisles if another person is there and its expensive. Its extremely annoying to shop here especially when its busy.

They are wonderful! Purchased a desk yesterday but had to go back today because of a damaged piece. They gave me several options and one heck of a deal. They truly take care of their customers.

Cool stuff but really expensive. A fun place to get ideas. We were looking for a plastic tub that would hold files. Had found one at Target for $7.00 and they wanted double here. It is not a better tub and it is plastic like Sterlite quality. So beware of mark up.

I love finding things I didnt know I needed. Items are a bit pricey, though. I would have purchased more items but could not see the value in what they were charging. Might look to Amazon to find those little problem solving do-dads at a more reasonable price.

This is a great place to go to get organized. They have everything from wreath containers to lunch kit accessories. We always buy money cards to give cash to our nieces and nephews. They also have all kinds of stocking stuffers. My personal favorite is the Swiss Army pocket utility knife/pliars/etc. They also have great wrapping paper.

Great products, good prices, HORRIBLE process. Container Store checkout process makes me want to never return. They push shoppers to enter phone number and email as you check out, and the process is slow and error prone. Slows down the whole thing, and wastes time for shoppers. A shame...otherwise would be a great experience.

Their prices for everything is rediculous for what they sell. You can get most of the items from Walmart, Ikea or Nebraska Furniture Mart for less and get the same or better consumer service compared to this place. The more annoying thing was when I went to get an additional bookshelf and I found they discontinued the color that I needed. When I asked after hunting for ten minutes to find someone, I was told I should either restrain the one I have, or buy two new ones for $130. At that price, Im going to a different store.

Had never ever been but hubby was looking for some nice selves for his man cave everything is neat, everything you need to organize you find here ...well I was hoping for them to have a glass cutting board and didnt have one but didnt ask if they did ...its a bit pricey could find items if I shop around for cheaper but hey hubby found his selves on sale so wont complain and will be back because he needs some more:) staff is nice continuously asking if we needed any help even though it was a busy sunday

There are two things I like at the container store. The first is the products. There is a wide variety of things and they are of good quality. The second is the service as the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Quality products. If you need any closet items plan on being there several hours. Staff is extremely slow and everything must go in their computer even if you just need to add on to your existing closet. Shelves are not stocked so they must pull from the back. We had to return next day to get our 4 drawers because warehouse workers were unloading a truck and could not pull our 4 drawers. Took girl 1.5 hours to add these 4 drawers to our existing closet design in their computer. We were there 4 hours on the day they designed our closet. Just an extremely slow process.

Staff was very helpful. They had some nice new products since the last time I was there as well.

You find what you need to organize your home.

Nice, open store with loads of merchandise ranging from office supplies to travel needs to storage solutions. The help is very friendly. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is its priciness, but thats chain wide.

If you want to nicely store it in your home, this is the place. Courteous, engaged staff who know their products ice this cake.
