This was the worst experience I’ve had at an Einstein Bros location. Starting with the cashier, CHRIS, he has horrible customer service, very rude, didn’t know anything about the products you sell, didn’t even know what kind of bagels you guys had available at the time. I had to get out of line and get back on line to verify what kind of bagels were available. Ordered coffee, there was no half & half just an empty jug no one seem to care about refilling. Then to top it off, I ordered an everything bagel and got something completely different once I opened my bag. Not sure what kind of bagel this is I think it’s onion but it’s not an everything bagel for sure. I eat those everyday I know exactly what they look like. I’ll never go back to this location even though it’s only 5 mins from my home, I’d rather take a longer drive than waste my money at a place that can’t get it right.

Please find a way to notify via the app if wait time is much longer then normal (otherwise it defeats the purpose of ordering via the app). Usually Im very happy with the service and quality of the food.

Disappointing. Cashier seemed bothered to take the order. I asked for my sandwich toasted and guess that wasnt communicated. Was told the lunch came with chips but unless I mentioned they werent in my bag, no one said you have to grab them from a rack as you leave. The atmosphere inside seemed dank as if it were still closed. There are just 3 tables to sit outside but one was apparently occupied with a homeless mans entire belongings. He kept walking in the store and walking out and also pan handling some customers he felt might give him something. Heartbreaking to see, but still an uncomfortable atmosphere to want to have a quick lunch. Ill try a different location next time. Cannot recommend.

I use to eat breakfast here everyday but I changed my lifestyle and it doesnt include carbs. But on this day I got 6 everything bagel because my hubby turn me onto bagel,cream cheese and tomato, the best. Thanks sweetie. I love you. They are the only bagel the remind me of a new york bagel. I come here for the bagels. The bagels are moderately large and the schmears are generous. The coffee is good but sometimes the carafes are empty and Ive had to wait for my brew... Boomers tend to hang out here, mostly outside.

This is a great place to go. Very friendly staff and a really comfortable atmosphere. Customers sitting at the outside tables talking, eating, enjoying the morning and a bite to eat. Truly a Really cool place. Ive been to other Einstein Bros. Bagels but this was my first time here. ILL BE BACK... This is a winner. Check out their menu if you havent in a while because they have some really good new stuff. Thanks.

Great friendly kind staff. Lots of changes in the last year. Some of my favorite menu items no longer but quality food great rich coffee and a very nice quiet spot to pick up a good bagel and coffee.

Definitely enjoyed my turkey and cheddar bagel from here that was made quick to enjoy during my lunch break.

I placed an order on my Einstein app for a sandwich. Upon my arrival I was told that the bagel I chose was not available to choose another one..I said ok .. when I went to look at the selection, all they had left was plain and cinnamon raisin. Yeah I don’t want my eggs and bacon on that. I said never mind, cancel my order and refund me. To my surprise, I was told that they cannot refund me because I paid through the app. Excuse me ? What ? How does that me any sense? I didn’t get any food and now you don’t want to refund me ? The cashier told me to call the 1-800 Einstein number, the same one they use for catering. When I call they aren’t taking calls because of COVID ? To email for any problems or complaints by email? .. really ? The worst customer service and dissatisfaction .. so it’s been 3 days since I’ve written this email and have gotten no response from no one. I have to go through my bank to refund me .. such a waste of time and energy. I will not go to Einstein and advise anyone else to go somewhere else for breakfast .. really awful customer service

Excellent brisket bagel. Bacon and egg bagel was very tasty as well. Cheese and jalapeno bagel is full of flavor.

I tried the chorizo sunrise bagel and it was delicious!!!! It was a little bit spicy, and with the avocado it was the perfect combination.I recommend you to try this!!!

Busy place, specially in the mornings. Lines move fast though, and food is great. Coffee has a great flavor, not too soft, not too strong, just right. And with free coffee refills, there not much more that can be asked.

Update: Great customer service from certain employees. Meh service from others. The bagels are very good. The blueberry muffins are delicious (the best Ive had) with a great combination of crunchiness on the top and softness on the bottom. The hashbrowns are also delicious (crunchy on outside and fluffy and cheesy on the inside). The brunch special, which includes a blueberry muffin, hashbrown, and bagel of your choice is a great deal. The lox bagel is 10/10; it can do with less onion, but thats personal preference.An issue Ive had is one of the cooks mask was below his nose, which is not hygenic during a pandemic.

3 people who ordered after me received their meals well before me. I watched 2 different customers exchange a chocolate milk and a cream cheese for fresh ones after sitting out for awhile. Then another customer stood up by the food prep with her mask down snacking, and proceeded to then sit down with her child and continue eating when the inside dining room was closed for eating in. They were disorganized and very slow. I would not recommend this location

They love to send you coupons, yet their app is not set up to accept them. I just called and was told pickup is not available to use coupons and must be in store only. During a pandemic, really? I think Ill give my business to a company that actually cares about accomodating people during a pandemic. No reason why this cant be on the app with a coupon code. Get with the current century, seriously.

The bagels are great, but the service is lack-luster. The last time we were in service was beyond slow (they are bagels, not a gourmet dinner, for crying out loud!) and the staff behaved as though the customers (not just us) in line were an interruption and annoyance to their morning. This morning, my husband returned again with our young daughter and was ensured that all of the bagels were in the bag. After driving back home, only 3 of the 4 bagels were in the bag. He called to notify the staff (hoping they would be a bit more mindful of ensuring accuracy). He was offered the bagel that he paid for if we drove back up... which wasnt worth our time or energy. The reviews left by other customers are very telling as to the poor customer service at this location. Eager to find another spot for Sunday morning bagels as we dont plan on returning.

My company placed a catering order with Einstein Bagels a week before Valentines Day to provide all of our valued customers with a breakfast on the go.The order was 100 plain bagels individually bagged with a knife and a one ounce cream cheese. The day of the order, we were delivered 100 bagels in two boxes, and tubs of cream cheese. After expressing to the delivery driver that there was an error with the order. She then said Well, corporate should have prepared this order themselves and stormed out. Leaving behind the incorrect bagel orders and the cart she used to bring them in the office.It took three hours for someone to return to our office to pick up the incorrect order and the cart. He was not able to rectify the situation, and then proceeded to only refund the food order. After two additional emails and several phone calls we still have not had an update on a refund for the delivery fee.This experience was terrible. Our event was completely ruined, and the customer service was nonexistent.

Always great service but it was upsetting to see that they are accepting clients without a masks. Don’t play with COVID 19, you don’t want to get it and you don’t want your clients to get it, reinforce the policies for the health of all of us. Be safe and keep the good work!

My wife and I just finished a little lunch Einstein Bagels after doing some quick errands. Their bagels are always the best. They are fresh and hot. I had an egg bagel sandwich and it just hit the spot. Their unsweetened iced tea is also some of the best in the area. Also, the people working there are friendly and very helpful. It is just a nice place to stop and have a quick nibble.

Love their bagels and sandwiches but this location is a toss up on service execution. Its an all out gamble knowing where to order and how long you will be waiting. Seems they have been trying to find just the right staff to keep the machine running smoothly for the past 6 months.

First of all, understaffed for the amount of customers that come in the morning before work... they are so busy preparing deliveries they dont help the customers who walk through the door. The staff is rude, a regular patron walked in front of me and the employee helped her first! I could not believe it! The coffee is sometimes room temperature from the urns, I always have to ask to have mine microwaved. Food is good but I will find another place with better service.

Service was terrible. Very slow and employees rude. I ordered and ice tea as part of my order, I asked for lemon and the lady told me. “No lemons—too busy to go to the back, find it, cut it and give it to you. If it slows down I Maybe can go get you some.” I waited a good 15 minutes for my bagel. Not a place I will be returning to any time soon.

You would think a bagel business wouldnt be skimpy with the cream cheese, but I am wrong about this location. Can I get some cream cheese with my bagel please!!!! Ill pass on a dry bagel. Disappointed

Great breakfast and good coffee.

Staff is rude, uncaring, and always gets your order wrong. Even when you suspect theyll get it wrong and repeat it to them 3X, they still get it wrong. If you catch it, theyll make you wait for other customers in back of you before finally getting back to finally giving you a refund.Also the kitchen closes early. About an hour before official closing at 3pm, the kitchen stops cooking things and is out of all the popular bagels. Apparently whoever was in change is no longer there to monitor this place. Going downhill rapidly and closes early.Also the coffee is nearly undrinkable. If you dont believe me go yourself and see how uncrowded it is at prime times. Also they discontinued the smearfuls which were one of the few things they could serve correctly.

My experience was amazing because the Assistant Manager Crystal was great. She helped take my order while talking to customers and taking care of the store. The employees were working well together and it was a nice experience all around. Also, the store was clean and my smoothie tasted great! Crystal will be the reason why I come back to the store.

I came in, ordered 3 everything bagels. The cashier named Sidney offered that I can get half a dozen bagels for a better price. 10 minutes later after all people that came after me and got their food I went to check what is happening and where my gbagels were, Sidney told me he does not have everything bagels! Seriously??? You just sold me 6 of them and now has none? He became very rude. No customer service skills at all! The iced tea was cloudy and old. Will never go back! Place is dirty too, there are better locations!

Ive eaten here a few times now. I would say the atmosphere is very nice. The service was great, pretty fast, customer friendly. I eat here most often when taking courses at New Horizons. I was happy to know the restaurant was so close.

I always loved how they make their bagels. They will heat, slice, and even prepare it with cream cheese for you before you go. They offer many different flavors of cream cheeses as well to go with the many different bagels.

Their Nova Lox and Avocado toast are amazing!

Called over the phone to place an order for drinks that needed to be delivered RUSH....they were nice enough to say they would do it, but I had to enter the order online.....website crashed and they refused to take the credit card over the phone.....bottom line....they didnt work with me and the meeting was without drinks to go with their lunch that I had ordered from Einstein Bros....thanks for nothing! you could have taken the payment information over the phone !!!!!

The food and coffee were good but the service was slow. Ill probably revisit it due to convenience but it would be nice if the speed of service at the register could improve. It took me longer to order my food than it did to receive it.

Havent been to an Einsteins in a long time. Location was clean and there was only a short wait time for food. I tried a bacon and egg sandwich which was delicious. I also tried the white chocolate frozen drink but it was very strong. I would not get that again, but will definitely go back to try other things.

What can I say? If you like bagels and salmon, this is the place to go. Pleasant staff and the usual Einstein food. Its good...

The cashiers mask kept slipping down and exposing her nose. She didnt seem to care.

Horrible experience. Not one employee could get an order right and there were 5 employees during lunch. Customers were walking out. Rude employees. Tuna on a bagel. I may have gotten a tablespoon of tuna. Asked an employee to make flavored coffee because pot was empty and ge told me he did not know how. Will never go back. Awful!

This place is so convenient but the staff is slower than molasses in the dead of winter. I used to work for Einstein’s at NSU and if we worked this slow the students would never make their classes.

Lackadaisical service when it was a slow time, person in front of me left because they were waiting so long to be acknowledged by young man behind counter only to be told order at cashier instead.Placed simple order, one bagel toasted with cream cheese one toasted with butter. Got the order backward. How hard is that?!Using coupon for smoothie, coupon was provided by same store, used one before for same smoothie. Cashier says its not valid because its not scanning. Advised used for same order before, calls manager who says its only valid for frozen coffee drinks. Thats fine if thats what is written on back but icoupon says FROZEN drinks, your smoothie is a frozen drink! Fix your coupon!!

I had a bad experience 2 weeks ago, with the poor customer service. I completed an online survey, and was promised a sweet box. When I went to claim this sweet box, I had a worst experience then I did the last time. I gave my name, and was told my the general manager, Ahmed, that he was not aware of anything under my name.. While i am certain that because of the color of my skin, I was questioned, I was completely embarrassed. And there was absolutely, no remorse from the general manager, he treated me as thou I was stealing from his store. I will NEVER visit this location again.

I’ve repeatedly had issues with this location. Just stopped by at 1:30 on a Sunday. Hours in the door clearly say they’re open until 3 and I can see employees inside. I guess they aren’t interested in doing business!
