So it has been over 5 years since Ive had an eye exam, but here I am today at Premier Eye Center. I had the pleasure of being greeted by the Professional and friendly front office Staff. Very personal, clean and wonderful location. I really appreciated the dedication and one on one level of attention that I received. Everyone that I came in contact with was very educated and provided options to ensure that I got what I needed. This was a very wonderful experience for me and if i could have given 10 stars (I would give 11). Thank You Premier Eye Center for releasing me of my fears.

Everyone here is so kind, patient, and genuine. I am curious by nature and asked a lot of questions about their new technology which I was mind blown about; They explained everything to me. In addition, they assisted me with options to save money in any way possible. They offered to price match for my contacts and I was referred, both me and the person who referred me get $20. It was a wonderful experience.

The staffing team is amazing. Whenever I am there, I feel at home. They go above and beyond making sure you get the proper care. Thank you, it well appreciated.

I love my eye care office I have been a customer for over 15 years and the service is number one I have lots of eye problems, thyroid eye disease and dry eye are some but Dr Bussa have been treating me and keeps an eye on my problems with the up most care! I tried to explain my vision insurance benefits and coverage for contacts, one of the employees gave me intense attitude like I didn’t know what I was talking about. He ended up placing the order I needed, but I felt like I had to argue with him to do so. This was extremely uncomfortable to go back and forth with the correct information I had and he didn’t want to hear it.

Dr Bussa and the entire staff are the best! Been going to this office for many years and always receive the best of services and care.

Went for my annual check up and new glasses. Staff are very warm and friendly! Super helpful and knowledgeable. It was a quick process on filling out the new patient form online before the appointment, and conveniently you could send a text with pictures of your license, and insurance (or email). Place was very clean. Everyone had their masks on. They would separate the glasses you have tried on so they could disinfect before putting it back on display- even the pens are separated from new and used. Julian was great in helping me choose the perfect glasses for me according to what I was looking for. Straightforward with all questions you may have. 10/10! Highly recommended.

I have been coming here for years and each time is just as great as the time before. Julian is the absolute best! Very attentive and helpful. He’s very knowledgeable of the newest technology to ensure my lenses would be as thin as possible, despite my very high prescription, and I absolutely love my new glasses! I had a great experience at the Plantation Premier Eye Center. The staff were very nice and professional. I was greeted very nicely upon my arrival. . Julian was fantastic and helped me out a lot, even helped me pick out some amazing frames. I will be back next year for my next exam..

I when there for my eye exam and Dr. Steve soupse to do all of the exam but he wasnt there, the send a young student that beryl know how to use the machine. After 45 min. doctor come he put me on one of the machine to test me for eye vision that the sell me there eglasse it took hem 5 min for the exam and at the sem time he was teaching that young student how to use the machine.They never give me any report of the exam witch most of the eye doctors do. I got only the prescription for the eglasse and $88.00 copay witch is ridiculous.I never go back there and I never recomand to anybody.

This place is just phenomenal! The entire staff is very welcoming and customer service is clearly their top priority. Due to all the regulations related to COVID, I will have to say that this place has social distancing, sanitizing frames, and providing a safe environment down pack. I purchased my glasses here, with the assistance of Julian, who was beyond exceptional. I must admit I am extremely picky and have had trouble in the past finding a pair of glasses that I absolutely love. Julian took his time, listened to every detail, and was extremely patient with me. Julian was able to find a pair of glasses that I absolutely love! I also brought my son to see Julian and we were able to also get him in a new pair of glasses. It was great to find a place that I could go to and that also provided a kid friendly environment for my son. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Danny Finkelstein in Plantation and this was my first annual eye exam. Reviews were fine and I found the website to be organized, professional, and modern. It spells out they do offer some Telehealth eye appointments and I was able to do my paperwork online to prepare for my in office visit. The doctor runs on time which is very important to me and an indicator the office is organized.. The eye exam procedure was professional and quick although, it seemed simple and I guess this is how the industry does it. I was offered a digital eye photo exam instead of the traditional eye drop dilation exam. Im assuming my digital eye photo annual exam is a good enough substitute. I found both the doctor and technician to be terrific. My only complaint, waiting room chairs were old and worn out LOL thats okay. The doctor taught me to do an eye exercise with a small pencil size tool and I would think this office and probably other offices could offer this tool as a free give out, probably costing less then a refrigerator magnet, or offering them for sale. I recommend this eye doctor and I will continue my annual exam with this eye doctor.

This was my first visit to this Eye Care Facility. Right from the start, the reception was very friendly and inviting. Ana, the assistant, was very thorough throughout the initial eye tests. She made me feel at-ease and comfortable. She made the beginning of this first visit very pleasant. Then came Dr. Steve! I must say that I was most impressed with his attention to detail in explaining everything about my vision. Also, his friendly demeanor added to my great experience during this visit. We are new to the area so i did my research online and found this place, my mom needed new glasses. We are so happy i did! The best customer service and patient care, my mom felt confortable and everything was well explained to us. We felt understood and appreciated. I had an amazing experience getting glasses from here. Julian and his staff are excellent! They are very attentive and helpful! I wanted new glasses and lenses. The team was very informed on the newest lense technology and helped find the best type for me. I love my new glasses and lenses so much! Poor customer service.. I am a liver transplant person and i was running 10min late for my appoiment because i had a. Drs appoiment earlier that day and i cannot drive because of safety poupose my dad was taking me and at 3:04 someone called me to tell me my appoiment was canceled because i was late i explained to her that i was on my way and she started arguing over the phone with me she said the Dr. Wasnt going to see me so i called another lab and it turned out to better and faster.. I went that same day after PREMIER EYE CARE refuse to see me so we went to the EyeLab and they took care of me the same day. NOW IM JUST WAITING ON MY GLASSES!

I would definitely recommend this office to my friends and family members. The customer service is wonderful at this office and location. You are able to fill out information online if you are a new patient. You do not have a long wait and the office staff follows all of the COVID Guidelines, before your examinations. All the Staff walk You through each procedure for testing your eyes. My Daugther and her entire family goes to this office. I have been going to this office in Plantation, FL for about three years. Premier Eye Center provides the best eye care I have ever received. Staff is knowledgeable, polite, easy to make an appointment and if something is wrong they get you in right away and always seem to go that extra mile to make sure all bases are covered, not like other medical care centers where you feel like you are rushed they actually care about your health and will take the time to ask and answer questions. I am very grateful to have found them in South Florida!

This review is based on my last experience with your staff that books appointments. I was given four appointments for my family and myself during the early months of the pandemic. We were assured that we would be able to see the doctor for our annual eye exam. En route to this visit, your office calls us to say they cancelled two of the four appointments that we confirmed a day prior. After shifting our schedules to accomodate this time, we were not given an explanation nor apology for the last minute cancellation.

Customer service was great, staff was very professional. The prices are the reason I didnt give them a 5 stars. Not only are the glasses over priced, but the add ons like, anti glare and scratch resistant are as well. I suggest people ask prices and charges, before even going. I feel sorry for someone without insurance.

I had a great first experience visiting premier eye center in plantation! They were very Covid conscious, and all extremely friendly. Julian helped me in the front on two occasions trying to pick out glasses! I was honestly shocked at how patient he was really trying to understand what I was looking for, he even showed me other options they didnt have in the office but could order for me. Ive never experienced that kind of care at any other office! I will definitely be returning

Absolutely wonderful people!!! I called for a second opinion because I was having complications with my vision. After, another doctor told me I only needed new contacts Doctor Allison noticed it was a deeper issue an advised me to go see a neurologist in the ER. That care, concern and attention to detail saved my life as it was a deeper issue I did not know about. Thank you Doctor Allison!!! I am forever grateful❤

I had a great experience interacting with Julien. His attention to detail, concern and care to my immediate needs were met in a timely fashion. He was genuine and authentic - much needed in this climate!

I went here because they took my insurance. Turns out they overcharge for tests that should be included in the normal eye testing. I waited nearly a month to get my glasses. According to them, my insurance shows them different coverage than what it shows me. They do not have a wide variety of glasses. I couldnt even buy my contacts with them because of how much they charged for my eye exam and glasses alone. I made an appointment and ended up leaving almost three hours later. Dont waste your time and money on this place.

I had an appointment scheduled two weeks in advance and I sent the paperwork that needed to be sent through the website that was sent through text message. I called the office to let them know that I am outside but I was directed to another office because the woman at the front desk was on the phone. Finally 10-15 minutes later after being on hold the receptionist, I believe her name is Samantha, comes out and asked for my name then tells me that she tried to reach me through phone call and text message. I told her that I sent my paperwork through the link that was texted to me. She goes on to tell me rudely that my appointment was cancelled, then tries to ask if I would like to reschedule. She didn’t explain to me why sending my information through the link was efficient, she just told me that I should of emailed rudely again. I would have rescheduled if she wasn’t so rude, unfortunately now I have to find another doctor to go to because of this horrible experience.

Loved this place!! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. It was my daughters first exam ever and she was extremely excited about it. They explained all the options for her and made it very easy for us. Definitely recommending.

Do not recommend this place, especially for your kids. the people are already come off wrong from the front desk to the doctor but for your kids to feel uncomfortable thats something else. I took my daughters there recently and I do not understand why they take children appointments if they do not like kids they made it really hard to want to be there, even as a parent trying to make sure your kids health is on the right track. Icing on top my fiance walked out with the kids while I was still being held up to pay for the poor service, one rude dark skin big lady which I guess didnt know I was still there came from the back stating yall got that baby out of here already when she realized I was still there she just got quiet and acted like nothing while I started at her.. just rude unpleasant and no results try you r luck anywhere else but here.

I’ve been coming here since 2000. You can usually tell a good doctor by the staff they have. Everyone makes you feel at home. Megan is amazing so helpful and honest. Marissa is a newer addition and fits in perfectly. BUT a house is not a home without our Julian we need him in the Plantation office. We miss you... 💞🤓

Great place I absolutely recommend

Go elsewhere! The person who assisted me choose a more expensive pair of frames when I specifically requested I wanted a pair that my insurance would cover in full. After paying $189 was later told I owed another $175 because my insurance didnt cover the cost of the Designer Frame. The day my husband went to pick them up thats when we were told how much more I owed. After, a conversation with the person who assisted me had me believe that this matter was taken care of allowed him to leave without paying for what I felt was her mistake. Now a year and half later they still want to collect the $175. I have the bill and can clearly see the difference of what they want is the amount they billed me for these frames that are the furthest thing from being Designer. Knowing she made the mistake, you would think that would do something to make it right. No they didnt it only proves that they probably to this on purpose to people and all sales are final, which that was never explained to me either.

I do not recommend this place at all. I went in for a free exam and they charged $175 for a contact exam. They gave me a trial pair, and one lens had the wrong prescription. The brand that they gave me hurt my eyes and they dry out all the time, and I told them that the brand they gave me I did not like and they gave the same one with the corrected lens. I went in to request a paper copy of of my prescription, because I wanted to go somewhere else and get cheaper contacts, but they wouldn’t give it to me until I find the right pair of contacts.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I love Premier Eye Care. They give me quality service every time I go there. Julian is amazing. He is great with helping you find the prefect frames for your face and making sure if fits your price range. Dr. Bossa bedside manner is amazing and he knows what he is doing. I will forever be a patient at this office.
