I had the best experience with Dr. Sabripour! Don’t waste your time visiting a vision center chain when you can visit someone who will actually care for you. She took personal time to help me last minute fit contacts when I really needed it. I ordered a years supply of contacts at a reasonable price. She’s very kind and will go out of her way for her customers. I will definitely be visiting her office for all future exams in Florida!

Clear Vision Center was amazing! Their staff was very friendly and met our needs. Dr. Bita carefully examined my eyes and gave me the prescription that best fit me. Their eyeglass selection was luxurious and had a wide variety of choices. The office was very clean and modern as well. Before COVID I had glasses made somewhere else that turned out to not be right, they were completely unwearable. I had been wearing an old, beat up pair and not the new ones, and then I almost broke them one day at work. It was time to fix the problem with the bad lenses.When I found Clear Vision Center, Dr. Sabripour was able to immediately identify what went wrong, how to correct it, and taught me about how my eyes have changed over time and things to look out for in the future. I could not be happier with my experience here, would 100% recommend to anyone!P.S. All COVID precautions were strictly observed in this office and that made me feel very comfortable during my visit.

Clear View Vision makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in or make your first contact for scheduling. The staff is wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and youre in and out with no delay, but with the best care and customer service. The services, eye wear and products are super affordable, with or without insurance, and theres a large variety of frames. Everyone is very helpful and give great advice on getting you the best fit frames and most comfortable contacts. I would absolutely recommend Clear View Vision and Doctor Sabripour.

I found this wonderful team on Groupon for a deal on a contact lens eye exam for myself. A very pleasant experience so I decided six months later to bring my son back for glasses. Every single person in that office was extremely sweet and gracious to him, as he was a bit nervous for the exam. The doctor explained every step of the process. They were exceedingly helpful in boosting his confidence finding the perfect frame for his personality. Today we went to pick the glasses up and he is OBSESSED. The whole office staff made him feel like he looked like a super star. Affordable, Gracious, Informative & Kid friendly - what more could you ask for.

Amazing office and service. I have been going to clear vision for about 5 years now and every experience has been special. Dr. Sabripour is professional, respectful and knowledgeable. She adds her special friendly touch each time I see her. Recently the lenses on my glasses were damaged and unfortunately outside of the warranty period. Dr Sabripour pulled some strings and was able to get the supplier to warranty the glasses at no charge. This is a perfect example of exceptional service where a doctor goes above and beyond for her patient. Most doctors would not waste their time.I am very surprised to read these ignorant reviews about insurance and pricing. In network doctors have agreed pricing for each service. These prices do not fluctuate to take advantage of the customer. SMH

The Doctor was great. The only bad part was I waited over 30 minutes to be seen although I had an appointment. Otherwise great office and the staff was nice.

Ive been going to Dr. Sabripour for several years now and shes absolutely amazing! I had sworn off ever wearing contacts again because other doctors gave me the wrong types of contacts and my eyes would always be uncomfortable in them. She actually took the time to work with me and make sure they were comfortable. I finally found comfortable contact lenses through her and I love the personal attention she gives. I was just in her office the other day after not being there for almost 2 years and the first thing she asked me was how my kids were doing. She truly cares about her patients well being. You wont be disappointed!

Best eye doctor I have seen in years! I usually used to go to the mall or a chain vision doctor just because of accessibility but this time I took my time to do research and decided to give Dr. Sabripour a chance and also because they are open on Saturday so that was a big plus for me.The paperwork wasnt that long and they accepted my insurance after verification the day before the appointment. They accept most credit cards but not American Express - FYI.The staff was a bit dry but I can understand as no one likes to be working on a weekends. Doctor took me and answered a few questions of concerns that I had and she was very knowledgeable. My appointment was for the regular glasses and when asked if I would like contact lenses exams and supplies I declined due to student pricing at FIU. She offered a discount if I came back to her for the contacts lenses and the exam and she honored it the very next month. When I came back for my contact lenses she asked me, where are your glasses case? since I needed to put my glasses away after fitting my contacts and I explained to her that I didnt receive one when I picked up my regular glasses. Her staff told me they didnt have one of the same brand of my glasses and that they gave me a plastic one. She quickly proceeded to PERSONALLY look for them herself which amazed me because she took matters in her own. That is a prime example of a superb team leader. After a quick search from her and the help of her staff, they provided me with the glasses case that shouldve came with the glasses. This is why I decided not to deduct a star and keep it at 5 stars because the staff made me change my mind from being a bit dry to repair the situation the second time.I almost forgot to mention that when I came back to retrieve my regular glasses, the Hispanic lady that made sure it fit right was really sweet and took her time on making sure I was satisfied with them but I did not catch her name.I will be coming back to her for my future vision needs.

I especially liked the fact that the optometrist Bita didnt try to sell me all the latest and greatest bells and whistles that some of the other facilities tried to sell me. I contacted this company in regards to getting a annual eye exam completed. As I spoke with the receptionist who was very disrespectful and rude on the phone with horrible customer service I decided to no longer go with Clear vision of South Florida in Plantation.

I hate to do this, but I want everyone to be warned. I purchased the Groupon deal for the contact lens exam. I have no complaints about that. After, however, the doctor immediately began to try to make the sale. In order to get money back from the Groupon deal, she has doubled her contact lens prices. I explained to her that her prices were much higher than all the other locations Ive ordered from. She acted surprised and said she could knock another $10 off the price. I told her I would buy them elsewhere. I was also quickly approached while looking at glasses and offered a dilation exam to check for eye issues. After always being told my eyes looked healthy, I suddenly had potentially irreversible damage she needed to look more closely at. And as soon as I ventured over to the eye glasses section, I was quickly approached. I get that you have to run a business, but up charging customers and trying to get them to purchase more than is needed makes this visit my last to Clear Vision Center.

NO RESPONSE IS NEEDED AS THIS REVEIW IS SIMPLY TO WARN FUTURE CUSTOMERS.I left without being seen, the entire staff tries to work around what your insurance pays to get more cash out of patients pockets. I confirmed my insurance covers my visit 100% and they changed their mind when I arrived (Insurance company confirmed over the phone and helped me find this location, I had my insurance booklet at the appointment too!! )****Free fitting for contact lenses and $130 allowance toward Contact lenses was REJECTED because INSURANCE ONLY PAY THEM $50! The doctor was going to use an insurance claim for eye exam AS WELL AS my $130 allowance toward a box of contact lenses just to cover my prescription!! My insurance company explained that they are just trying to collect as much as they can from claims. Im not sure if this is fraud or not but either way karma will catch up eventually.

It was my first time coming here and i brought a groupon that had been gifted to me. It was very easy to use and they took it without hesitation. Staff was friendly and Dr. Bita was amazing.. She took the time with me that no other Dr. had done. She gave me vision in one of my eyes that other DR.s had just written off. Very happy will Be back

Everything was Ok until I needed my prescription....She withheld my information when I purchased contacts and a eye exam and told me I had to pay another $40 for my prescription to have my glasses made somewhere else...Terrible experience with that because she said it was in the fine print but I read it over and couldnt find it. If you want overpriced glasses and a Petty Optometrist this is the place to be. Other than not having my prescription released the place was decent staff was friendly. Find somewhere else though if youre like me there are far better vision centers that want you to stay and actually value their customers. I am a very rational person but she rudely hung up on me because I was clearly within my rights to ask for my medical information....

This place is a rip off. Used a special for contact lens exam. After waiting for almost 45 minutes past my appointment time, she examined my eyes and then she wrote an incorrect prescription for me just so I can be forced to order contacts through her business. I could not use her prescription with any other company because the BC she wrote was nonexistent. Now I had to pay an additional $100 to find another optometrist to do my contact lens exam and provide a correct prescription. I agree with the last post. Complete rip off.

Very poor experience with this office. They do not advise that your prescriptions are expiring and they will not assist you until you go back and pay for another visit. The office staff is very unprofessional and they could not understand that I moved and therefore could not book another appointment. They were unwilling to approve my order for contacts with Walgreens, but they did state that they could sell me contacts directly through their office for almost double the price, then add $15 for shipping and an extra 4 percent for the transaction fee. This is a very unprofessional business and I would not recommend any friends or family to this establishment

5 Stars to Dr. Sabripours staff for their friendly telephone and in-office interactions, appointment scheduling and payment collection.Dr. Sabripour is a 10 for her professionalism, she takes her time talking with me, she engages me in decision-making, she recommended making a specialists appointment and followed up with me through email. As her patient, Dr. Sabripour makes me feel valued, she has gone and continues to go far above and beyond, in her service to me, while ensuring that my medical, vision needs are addressed and exceeded.

Do yourself the favor and not even consider trusting your eyes with this unprofessional optometrist. I purchased a contact lens exam via Groupon and called to make an appointment prior to coming in. The receptionists were horrible. They had dates wrong and booked my exam for the day after. To make things worse, the optometrist herself said, “You look familiar. You have been here before. You cannot use the Groupon because you are already a customer.” Believe me, I would REMEMBER if I set foot in your office. Why would she think it is okay for her to say these things? How about you look in your database before you say that? I turned around and left.‪I hope nobody comes into your office with your disgusting attitude.

My younger cousin thought he was getting a deal from Groupon and decided to try this place out. Well when we got there we had a hard time for them to accept the coupon from Groupon - we manage to work it out after however the whole experience was awful, his sister got an eye exam and she needed a pair of glasses too. She ended up paying a lot of money for her glasses since their was a poor selection of prices. The price kept going up and up and I honestly will not be bringing them back ever. This is a really bad experience and I honestly felt like the prices were unfair and way too high. I have taken them to Eyelab and the experience there was fast and to the point and they have way more of a selection of glasses. Dont think we will be buying any coupons from Groupon, we think we getting a deal when in reality we are not.

I wouls give thia place 0 stars they are very rude and unprofessional. I purchased a geoupon for my husband so he can get a contact lense exam. He took off his morning of work to go there. When he got there they refused to use the groupon because it was under my name. They asked me to e mail them proof and permission for hom tk use the groupon sinve i didng mark it as gift. I sent the e mail like 6 times and they keep saying they never got it my husband even got me on the phone with them and i verbally gave them permission and he also showedvthem the screen shots i took of all the e mails i seng tk them giving permission. They still refused service then the had the nerve to ask hom WHY DONT YOU JUST PAY REGULAR PRICE SO WE CAN SERVICE YOU? Dr. Bita Sabripour is an outstanding Dr. I have been using her as my sons eye doctor for the past 2 years and she is absolutely amazing. I recently took my 8 year old for his exam and my 2 year old came Along. My 2 year old wanted his eyes checked, but not needing one Dr. Bita Sabripour still made him feel as if he were getting his eyes checked. She is extremely patient and understanding with all of my concerns. She thoroughly explained and answered all my questions in regards to my sons vision as he is color blind. I recommend any and all parents to take their child to see Dr. Bita Sabripour!
