She made the entire experience painless for me because I know nothing about paint, she took the time to explain to me all of my options and even helped me select a color based off my preferences. Shes the best!

Sign clearly says closed at 5 and the rep had door locked at 4:30. When I was looking in he came out and told me they were closed. When I asked him about it saying closed at 5 on the internet and on their door he said it’s beyond him. Several other customers were outside and some left. I had a time sensitive need so insisted on verifying the closing time. He then tried to intimidate me and start a fight with words like “is there a problem? I thought so?” He also said You have communication problems” I thought briefly about making things get really ugly but I decided Tom take the high road with my wife and 1 year old son with me. I have a lot to lose.. Clearly this representative didn’t. I’ve been to several Sherwin Williams and never received this type of treatment. This is not the hood. I ended up taking my business elsewhere.

I walked into the store and back and forth around counter while he waited on present customer. After he was done he looked at me and said nothing, turned and went to the back, so I went back to the scheme section looking and then after about 10 min i went back to the counter both guys looked at me and continued their private conversation. A minute later a white guy walks into the store before he could reach the service area one of the guys just rushes out and ask the guy can i help you with something. I felt very discriminated at that point i mentioned it the guy and left. No harse words from me but let him know it was not good business. His words to me were get on out of here. I would encourage them by telling them about the excellent customer service we received. We were greeted promptly as we walked in the door. Her assistance was greatly appreciated and she knew exactly what to help us with. We have always loved the product Sherwin Williams offers but getting great customer service on top of that. WINNER👍

This store sold my company the wrong type of paint for an exterior project. I was pretty clear when I spoke to the guy at the counter, twice! All they did was refund the paint and I am stuck with with an additional $1,000 in labor. So disappointed!

Terrible service!!! A young man tried to help me but he was very inexperienced. Every question I asked he had to go in the back to ask a lady that I couldnt see, just heard her voice answering him then he would return to me and gave me the same answer. Didnt understand why she couldnt get up to assist and train him.

I needed Sherwin-Williams paint they didnt want to mix the color for me they told me to go to Lowes that it would be cheaper
