We were hunting for a last min place to help us ship some items all the way up north to Pa from Fl. I found Pak Mail on Sunrise doing a random search. We called and Steve said to just bring everything to him and he would help pack it up and mail it. He was so nice and extremely helpful. Found us the best deal to ship 5 big boxes! He even went out of his way to find a toy plane for my 2yo son to play with while he helped us! When my son went to give it back to Steve before leaving and say thank you for letting him play with it, Steve said “that’s for you to keep”. Such a kind hearted man and a wonderful gesture and gift for my son. I wish we had someone like him back home in Pa! I highly recommend going to Steve at Pak Mail.

The absolute best service ever! I have nothing but good things to say. I drive an extra 5 minutes to mail out packages although there are similar establishments near by. Very dependable, trustworthy, efficient, professional and courteous. Suggestions often made in how it’s best to mail out packages with the best possible rate. I am sadden to be moving away from the area simply because I will miss the gentleman and service he provided.Five stars!

The PakMail at 8255 West Sunrise Blv. is operated by Steve Bolek. Steve was very easy to work with, gave great advice on packing fragile goods, and was very reliable. He shipped two boxes of heirloom china and a oil painting for us and everything was packed to perfection. Many fragile parts and no damage. Also when we could not track our packages within the Fed X system he called his representative and immediately got us information on the status of the shipping. I would definitely do business with Steve again!

Just want to say, Ive been coming here for many years, and the owner has always been very kind and respectful. Its very simple, you ask for a quote, and if youre not satisfied, then dont take it. Some individuals are never happy, no matter what you do for them.
