I wish I could give them more than five stars. They gave me a great deal and were very helpful in fixing what was going on. They diagnosed an exhaust issue I don’t know was happening and they repaired it without adding to my bill for the original service I came in for. Fantastic experience.

I brought a 2010 Ford Escape XLT with a leak windshield washer tank over here about a years ago, and after about a year, every thing start to break. Transmission, brakes, washer tank and so on. Brought it for 6 k and now I probably spend another 6 k for repairing it. That’s my experience. So please be smart.

I had a neighbor recommend Exact Price Auto to me and I will definitely return there. My cars alternator went out and I had my car towed there around 6 pm on Wednesday and by 10 AM on Thursday, it was fixed and ready to go. They provided fast and quality service for a very reasonable price.

There has been a little interior deteriation, though for the price range and age of car it is completely expected and not impacting driving performance at all. The guys at exact price auto are what you look for in good car salesman for the fact that theyre not the typical car salesmen. They are mechanics that sell cars. They offer a 30 day warranty that truly covers any issues. I bought a Honda Odyssey that had check engine lights come on a week or so after purchasing the van. They replaced both catalytic converters and the sliding door locking mechanism at no charge to me. You dont have to haveha with an unreasonable price either. All vehicles have the extremely reasonable prices on them. They even take in trade-ins at a good price. I have never been more satisfied with a car buying experience! Keep in mind that unlike other dealerships that try to put the lipstick on the pig, here, what you see is what you get. They dont waste a lot of time detailing the car to go you into getting something more than you are. That being said, I would definitely but from them again.

They were super kind and responsive immediately and Justin was willing to negotiate and do all he could to make sure we felt comfortable. We left with a new car in hand registered, new wipers, and a 30-day warranty for $2000 and we couldnt be happier! They were very responsive to our concerns, and when we left the car was freshly cleaned again. We feel very confident in our purchase and will probably buy here again.

Purchased a Jeep from Justin and unfortunately it had a few issues come up during the first 30 days that would have been expensive to repair. We took the Jeep back to Justin and all the repairs were performed. First of all, it is very unusual for any used car dealer to offer a 30 day warranty and in this case when I needed to leverage the warranty, Justin and his team came through on all the repairs notwithstanding it was a big lift for his team. With this in mind I can attest that this business has a high degree of integrity!

Bought a car for my daughter this last week and Justin was very easy to work with and gave zero pressure. He answered all our questions and when we were ready to buy he fixed a few minor things we pointed out right away. We drove home and the car leaked coolant after parking it and I called and he immediately sent someone out to look at it. They could not find anything but they took it back to the shop just to make sure. They checked it out and ran it at the shop and could not find any issues and found out some one put in to much coolant and made it over flow. Just to make sure it was okay Justin drove it home and back and replaced the coolant reservoir and resistor cap and everything is working great. He updated me regularly after every test drive and explained everything and insured me if any issues came up they would take care of it. Justin is extremely honest and responsive and would highly recommend Exact Price Auto!!

My sons 1998 Celica has 203,000 miles and started leaking once again. We had been told it was close to its end of life and that it was making lower engine bearing noise. I also thought it was in need of an alternator replacement. Good thing I am not a mechanic, as Jose and Justin diagnosed a power steering pump that was leaking on the axles and spraying fluid all over the lower engine. In addition, the noisy alternator was in reality a timing belt tensioner that had failed, causing the timing belt to flap against its cover and make a ticking sound. After these two problems were repaired at a very fair price, the car drives very well and, with good care, will likely last another couple hundred thousand miles. I am very thankful to have met these these two fine men as they saved me a lot of money! And I was relieved to find out there is no engine bearing noise. The peace of mind these guys gave me is priceless! Thank you Justin and Jose!
