CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS! Took our van to get a tune up and Jeff and his team were super attentive. Was a huge job and worked us in and got us our van back in a timely manner! This was our first time ever going to them, we were referred by someone else and seriously guys, it was amazing service. Jeff is the best mechanic there is. A couple years ago my car broke down and nobody could figure our what was wrong with it. I went to different mechanics that kept charging me money but not fixing the issue. I even went to the dealership and they couldnt figure our what was wrong with my car. Then one of my friends recommended me to go to Major League Auto. At that point I was kinda skeptical, but still decided to go. I am happy I did. Jeff figured out what was wrong with my car pretty fast and I never had any problems with it ever since. There are not a lot of good mechanics out there, but Jeff truly has a talent of fixing cars. This place was amazing. I got there for an oil change and they were so swamped with work that i had no problem coming back but they found out i was from slc and said no lets just do it so you dont have to come back. That was sure nice even though they did not have too. Recommend them to anyone!

Called to get a comparable quote for a highly priced car fix. We were recommended to Jeff by our oil change guys who we love and trust! They said they only trust and recommend Jeff. When called we were told, “I’ve got better things to do than pull a quote.” Cool. Lost customer FOR SURE. even if you have the best prices (but I guess I wouldn’t know since he refused to ever quote me)... maybe you should be nicer and more helpful to potential customers.

When I took the car in, they were booked 2 weeks out, but since I left it there they managed to get it done early! They finished fast and they used factory parts so my car is in the best condition possible. It was great!

Man these guys went above and beyond. I brought my 2015 Mustang in after I had an aftermarket kit out on the front of it. Well the shop I had put it back n messed up the wiring pretty bad. These guys guy it all straightened out replaced 4 bulbs, fixed the messed up bracketing to boot. I was soo impressed that I brought my wives car in the same week for an inspection. During the inspection they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They helped fixed the plastic under carriage that more or less had to be zip tied (2012 Honda Civic). Thank you gentlemen, you rock! Youve earned our business here on out. 💪

Wow!!!! I just got my 2005 Subaru back from a major overhaul at 160K miles. They fixed everything to completely flip my Subaru into a new car, for me to get another 140K miles out of it.I couldnt be happier if I bought a new car, and for $4K! It runs and rides fantastic and they treated it as if it were their own. Im so happy with how conscientious and caring Jeff and his team were with my car. They addressed everything that needed attention to make this flip successful.Im going to be a better caretaker of my Subaru from now on, and always take it to Major League Auto for service.

They are very busy, and I think it is a good sign. Professional, polite, clean. They follow through with deadlines. I dont think they are cheap neither super expensive. To me, worth every dollar!. Update: Ive been back with another vehicle having a different issue now, and can confirm that the level and quality of service I received last time was not just something they show to new customers. Ill never be using another mechanic.The Short Version: they had the opportunity to overcharged me and still get my business, but instead they saved me $700 on my car repair.The Long Version: my check engine light came on right before I had to do emissions (of course). I have a reader so I checked the codes - engine thermostat malfunction. Took it to a local mechanic who told me it was $600 to replace the thermostat, and that they were showing a second code stating that the engine was running lean. They said they needed to replace the valve cover on the engine, which would be $400 more. I always call a couple places for pricing estimates before committing to a repair just to make sure Im not getting worked over. Called Major League by random chance - spoke with Erin who was extremely knowledgeable and told me the estimate I had didnt sound right. She checked with her head mechanic Jeff who agreed that it sounded weird and asked me to bring the car in so he could look at it, free of charge. I brought it in, he looked it over, and informed me that there was no code about the engine running lean, and that my valve cover looked exactly as it should. They didnt accuse the other mechanic of making anything up, but instead explained the issue and put out a couple ideas for why it may have been misdiagnosed. Then they quoted me the thermostat repair for half the price of mechanic A. I of course signed on to that, and the repair was done, and the car runs great, and the check engine light stayed off.I told them exactly what price I was quoted at the other mechanic. They had every opportunity to charge me much more than they did. They could easily have charged me double what they did and still had my business. Theyre just good people, who do good work, dont charge more than whats fair, and dont fix anything that isnt broken. I dont anticipate using any other mechanic as long as their doors are open.

This group does great work, at a fair price. They are efficient and up front with describing work performed, and/or work needed. The staff is very professional and friendly. From my experience I would not hesitate to recommend them for auto repairs of any type. -- They are hard to find, but are located behind the Quick Quack car wash.

These guys will be my go to mechanics as long as I live in Utah county. Their prices are very good and they do great work! They are very honest and straight forward. I had some things I had asked them to take a look at, it would have been easy for them to tell me that they needed to be replaced but they have told me on a couple of occasions that nothing needs to be done. I really appreciate that because it would be easy for a mechanic to take me to the cleaners.

A while ago my battery completely went out while i was at work. I don’t get off until 4:00 so after work i hurried over to the closest auto shop which was major league. Even though i came in close to their closing time they didn’t care at all, got me taken care of for a good price and the service was amazing. I’ll definitely be going here for all of my car needs from now on!

Ive tried lots and lots and lots of auto repair shops in northern Utah County in the 28 years weve lived here. Not a one has left me thinking they are the one for me and my go-to shop. Then we moved to PG 4 years ago and discovered Major League. I have older, high mileage cars and can do a lot of repairs and maintenance myself. Some issues I dont have the know-how for or just dont have the time. Major League has ALWAYS been way more than fair. Pretty much every time theyve serviced my vehicle, the repair cost is less than I was expecting and theyve never done repair work I didnt need just to pad the bill. In fact, just last week, my Jeep died out on the road. From the way the vehicle died and researching probable causes, I feared the worst (Jeep has 220,000 miles on it). After having it towed to Major League, I was expecting to hear it would be a $1,500 repair. Turns out it was just the crank position sensor and, after having Jeff replace that sensor along with another one while he was in there, total bill only came to $270. Jeff is fair, honest and will treat you right! Make sure you make an appointment, though. He is crazy busy right now (I take that as a good sign. It means lots of other people trust him with their car repairs as well!).

We had to tow our van to Major League Auto for some major repairs. They treated us with respect and were honest with us. Their prices were competitive. When we had a little issue after the repair was done, they took great care of us. Even though it took a long time to get our car looked at because they are so busy, they finished the work quickly once the car was in their shop.

I had my car towed by Joes Towing (who partners with Major League Auto Repair) and he did a great job. He showed up quickly, and was very friendly and professional. His rates are competitive with other tow trucks in the area. I wasnt pressured into having the car taken to Major League Auto Repair, but I ultimately asked him to take it there anyway.Major League was also fantastic; despite being very busy that week they had looked at my car within 24 hours and had it fixed within 48. I talked with Jeff several times and he was great explaining what they found with my car. Very friendly staff, with great prices.

My experience here was pretty good. I had a bit of work done on my car. The staff is friendly and honest - no surprises. They completed the work fairly quickly and did a good job. The price was fair and competitive. I plan on continuing taking my car here.

The experience was very good. It seems to be hard to find a mechanic that I can trust but major league auto hit it out of the park. Not only did I trust their diagnosis they educated me better than the dealer had done. Of course they were less expensive than the dealer but I found their fees very reasonable. I had my timing chain replaced and they promised it done in 2 days. The second day they were short staffed but actually stayed late to get the job done. When I picked up the car they were actually happy to have stayed late and finish the job. I was extremely impressed and will definitely be back

My car broke down right in front of this shop and at first I thought I was lucky to have broken down in front of an auto shop. I was very wrong about being lucky. I walked in and told them what was going on (car completely dead parked right in front of their shop). They were very annoyed that I was there because they were busy today. She rudely told me she could look at it in August, basically trying to get me to leave. Then a manager came in and sarcastically berated me for parking in the wrong area. I walked outside and called a tow truck to take me to an auto shop that understands how to stay in business long term.

Did a great job on my oil change yesterday (2010 Ford flex) and today (2010 Ford Fusion). Said it would take about 45 minutes both times and delivered in about 40 and 35 minutes respectively. Definitely will go back when I need my cars serviced again.

Honest & Helpful!My husbands 2012 F-250 was having 4x4 issues. It was out of warranty and the dealer prices were way too high. Jeff at Major League Auto was recommended to us. After my husband interviewed Jeff, he discovered that they have the Ford scanners and are Ford certified. He was confident they could solve his problem. There were multiple issues with the 4 wheel drive system, but they were able to find them and resolve the issues at a price that was very fair! Jeff was very helpful and treated us with respect. Even though we live 30 minutes away, we will keep using Major League Auto

They dont mess around. They tell it to you straight. If you have a problem they will tell you but they will be honest on the importance of it and if it needs immediate service.

I would recommend this shop to my family and friends in a heartbeat! First, the shop is clean, neat and organized, the right hand knows what the left is doing, and Jeff, the main guy, is communicative and helpful. They got my big repair done in 1 day, at much less than I had been quoted elsewhere. They even stayed late to finish and so that I could pick up my rig on Friday night since theyre closed on Saturdays. As a business owner I respect that they work hard Mon-Fri and take time for their families on weekends. It tells me that they have the right priorities. I will be back here with all my vehicles in the future.

Major League Auto is the only place we will take our cars in to be repaired. Jeff is an amazing mechanic, he is honest and fair in his pricing, he is able to diagnose the problem. We have had an engine replaced, major brake work done, valve cover gaskets replaced, whatever has come up he has been able to take care of us. We own several Subaru Outbacks and he has a great reputation for fixing Subarus, so that is how we got started. Last night we had an engine warning light come on and we called him right when they were closing and he said bring it in and he would stay behind to fix it. We have been to several repair shops in the area including Greenwoods (which is also another good shop), but we wont take our cars anywhere else than Major League Auto.

I brought in a lower mileage new to us car to Jeff and his crew worked it over and brought it back to life. They ended up finding some issues that along the way that were unknown and absolutely took care of everything! Very fair on price and faster then we expected.

The main mechanic is very personable and a stand up guy. Hes straight with you, and honest. When I had him look into a check engine light on my car, turned out all it needed was some of the mechanical components cleaned off (oil and dirt was getting in the way). So instead of taking me for a ride, he cleaned it off and threw in a little electrical maintenance the manufacturer recommended. Im definitely taking all my cars back here for any future problems. :-)

He even told me that I didnt need to worry about something that someone else had told us about, but this mechanic did tell me the signs to look for if it did end up getting worse and needed to be fixed. I took my car in to a different mechanic to fix an issue, and they charged me $600 for car repairs that didnt even resolve the problem. I brought it in to Jeff on recommendation from family and wow they were right. I drive from Cache Valley (2 hours away) to have Major League Auto look at my truck. Every time I do it takes weeks for them to get me in. They always have multiple mechanics on vacation. The work they do on my truck is great though. The customer service is fine not great though.

This is the best place to get your car fixed! However since they are the best, you have to make an appointment for your car to get fixed. Other than that, this place does a great job and communicates everything they will be doing to your car before they work on it.

These guys are legitimately one of the best service experiences I have ever had. While there were some minor communication issues that happened, it was clear that everything was done with good intention and care.Most of you who are looking for an auto repair place are already stressed; you likely have to get your car repaired due to either an accident, regular maintenance, or (in our case) got a quote from a dealership for repairs that were way too high.Our Subaru Forester (07) was leaking oil so we took it to the Subaru dealership in American Fork and they quoted us $3k just to replace the head gaskets. We figured we should get some other opinions and we called around to a few places and Major League Auto gave us a quote that was half that much and they had 5 star reviews on google. After speaking with them, we decided to bring our car to them.It took awhile to get the car into them (they are booked out because they are a small business with A TON of business). They looked at our car and found a ton of things the dealership neglected to tell us. Immediately we were made aware of a ton of problems with maintenance and other issues that Jeff informed us about and worked on personally himself. We had a miscommunication and he felt so bad about it that he basically gave us $500 worth of labor for free.We ended up paying about the same amount that the dealership quoted us, but Jeff not only replaced the head gaskets- he replaced idlers, the belt (because while we got it done at the dealership, they neglected to put it on the record of the care- MLA ran a carfax for us and showed us that while the belt looked new, it wasnt documented) the waterpump, and fixed a big issue we were having with emissions that Jeff spotted after we have taken the care to 3 different shops to repair. It was well worth our money and he guarantees his work with a warranty and said to bring it back in if we noticed any other issues and he would look into it free of charge.I also had a meltdown in the whole process and they were very tolerant and kind to me about it. Major League Auto really hit a home run with us and we will definitely be recommending them to friends and family along with bringing our cars to them for ALL relevant services.

Nope, never again had a basic oil change for my truck because the dealership recommend it and it was free. Truck has been acting wierd on power and some noises, so I checked the fluids and found the oil overfilled by 1.5 qts are you serious. The office staff was very friendly and professional.

Not a fake review haha (Im always skeptical). These guys had the lowest quote of anyone I checked in PG or the surrounding area, and they did great work on my car (wheel bearing, strut, sway bar link installation). I felt they were honest and knew what they were doing, and quoted me a fair price. Others, including a really highly-recommended auto place also in PG, quoted me a parts price 3x what I could get the EXACT same parts (identical part #) online for, and labor that was too high for the work I needed done. Major League also got my car in same day before they closed early (2pm) for the holiday, and stayed an hour late to finish it up when it took them longer than expected (but I still paid quoted price). So I will recommend them to anyone I know needing work. A couple other people on here mentioned Jeff, I think their lead mechanic, and I echo that he is a phenomenal guy. Earned my trust.

Great, honest service at the right price

My husband has been taking his car to Jeff for the last 4 years. Hes always been happy with the service. When our van needed two catalytic converters replaced, the Honda dealership told me it would be $2090. I called Major League Auto for a quote. Not only was their price $440 less, Jeff took the time to ask some questions and told me our vehicle was covered under an 8/80 warranty. He also took the time to look up the information so I could call the dealership back and sound like I knew what I was talking about. When I did call the dealer, I was told they didnt tell me about the warranty because it was too old, but they looked into it and found it was covered for a few more months and a couple thousand more miles. Even though I didnt take my car to Jeff, he helped a TON and I will definitely be taking all our cars to him from now on!

Unfortunately they were pretty busy but that didnt mean that they didnt have time to answer all my questions and help me in any way they could. Updated: Do NOT bring you car to Major League Auto. They horribly misdiagnosed the issue with our van and charged us for something that they shouldve known was covered under warranty. The dealer was the one to quickly and correctly diagnose the problem and couldnt believe the diagnoses that Major League Auto had given us. Then when we came back to them telling them what had happened, they told us theyd change our oil a few times for free (which still does not add up to the total we paid) to make up for it. I went in for the first free oil change and they over - torqued the oil plug!!!! Now we cant get it off without stripping it! I dont know if it was just another moronic mistake or if this was a vengeful move for posting a negative review here. Regardless, i do not trust this place and will not be returning.

I am glad I found the Major League Auto Repair.6-month ago, my Honda Element had a worn off driveshaft problem that needed a replacement. The dealer told me that it would cost me 2.5K. So I brought it in to the Major League Auto Repair. Jeff looked for and found driveshaft that is in good condition and did the replacement for just little over 900 bucks. It was less than 40% of the dealers solution, and my Element is running just fine.I am so grateful that they are near where I live. I will choose to come here for check-up, maintenance and repair of my car because Jeff is honest, and he and his guys are reliable mechanics who do very nice work.

We where quoted $1,400 at other shops to fix our A/C. Major league did it for $600 and in 1 day. Thanks guys

Major League auto provides great service!!! For example, they told me they would tow my car to their shop in about an hour and they arrived in 10 minutes! They examine the car to find the true problem and repair those problems with parts they know that will last, but are affordable!!! In short, GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!
