These guys care about money and sales, nothing else when I bought the car I had bad credit now that I have good credit and could have a 2% interest rate they say they dont do refinancing. Please dont go here they will sell you a car for 800% price and WILL NOT help you out.

I have had my car for a year and am updating my review due to the fact that the sales man lied to me. I am a single girl and made the mistake of coming in alone to buy a car. I noticed the check engine light was on in the car and was told it was on due to the oil change. The sales guy told me they forgot to reset it when they changed the oil. This was a lie. I was also told that my warranty covered everything “Except general maintenance.” This is also false. It only covers the transmission and motor. Anything else that goes wrong is going to cost you a fortune. I am convinced they sold me a car they knew had problems and just didn’t care. I will never buy another car from them again nor will I ever buy a car without having it fully checked by a mechanic. I have learned a very expensive lesson and do NOT recommend purchasing from them.

The absolute worst service I have received anywhere. Initial car purchase was a breeze, it was 10 months after when my engine needed to be replaced. Should be covered under their 24k mile warranty. Told me they would take care of it and to bring it in. They got confirmation from a VW certified dealer the engine needed to be replaced or rebuilt. No communication the whole time. I had to call and track down Jason for their new delays on my vehicle. Told Warranty department sees no reason to cover the parts and labor to get this fixed. Had my car for 5 weeks and ultimately did nothing. All the while harassing me to make sure I get my payments in. Unable to take work without reliable transportation, we are now in a tight spot. Purchasing a vehicle from Rocky Mountain Motor Cars has turned into the biggest mistake of my life. No one has attempted to reach out and make this right. Garbage service all around. No choice but to file a complaint with Utah Dept of Consumer Protection.

I was looking for a new a car and was lucky enough to find Rocky mountain! I walked out with a car same day. This was the easiest, fastest and by far the best experience with an Auto purchase that I have ever had! They are extremely flexible everyone their was very friendly. I highly! recommend this dealership, especially if you are in struggling. They are the kind of people that actually want to help you not just take your money and run.

Their website is absolutely impossible to navigate. First you have a giant pop-up asking for personal information that you cant exit out of, then there is a txt bubble that never goes away. Add that to the fact that even if you fill out search parameters for the inventory search it still brings up everything. also not a lot of listed prices which strikes me as shifty.

The first car I bought here was great and the employees were on top of any problems I had. So thinking when I was ready for a second vehicle to go here again. Well the day I got it was great the sales man was awesome and made sure I was happy however every time i schedule an appointment for them to come check out whats wrong with my car they schedule to come get it but never show up. The Pleasant Grove location was where I purchased my vehicle and the experience was good. Stayed on top of my payments for three years and in doing so built my credit score up. They helped and worked out some payment plans when I lost my job and I am very grateful. Low down payment helped me get into a vehicle fast, especially since when I really needed an Automobile.

Would not recommend. The 2 cars I purchased have been nothing but problems. They are terrible cars and Rocky Mountain motor cars is awful to work with. They help with financing but the company they work with is rude and unprofessional. They don’t respond to email and are not helpful with questions.

If you are in a bind, they help. Be WARNED, you will pay 20k for a 6k car....no joke. They will work with you but record all conversations. They will say one thing and do or expect something else. There are much better places to go, but not a terrible place.Review by Kami Luke.....she is employee!

Eddie really helps you out with your vehicles repairs and doesnt try and overcharge you. Ive had my car a year and while the payments suck (not great credit so its on me) the repairs that come with having a used car have been manageable.

Kami with Timberline financial is awesome and has helped me stay current on my payments even through two layoffs. You really couldnt ask for a better group of people to work with. I used my warranty and had to have my car towed into their shop and have the fuel pump replaced and they totally worked with me on paying the $200 deductible. I told Rich and Dane about all that they were truly sympathetic and took amazing care of my wife and I. I now have 2 vehicles from these guys, they are really easy to work with and there is no bull.I just went through a chapter 7 unfortunately and was getting the runaround with Larry h Miller, they had screwed me once before and I know by the way they where talking they where going to do it again.but I decided to call Rocky mountain, I told them my situation, they simply said We Can Do That! I took a lunch went down there as was out the door with my new car in roughly 45 min, I have had that car now I believe 6 months and have recently purchased a 2nd one from them.there cars are not the piles of junk that most buy Here pay here dealers have, they are actually in really good shape!I work on cars for a living so I would know!they also come with a 2year 24,000, mile power train warranty!there interest rate isnt that great but comming out of a bankruptcy what could I expect.I would recommend these guys to anyone who has just gone through a bankruptcy, or has had financial/credit issues in the past

I have never dealt with a better dealership!!!!! The first vehicle i bought from them was from their lot in Ogden and the salesman Kelly is and was a very great guy to work with. I walked out of there with a 2001 gmc jimmy. In the three years i had it the only issue i had with it was the fuel pump and they held up to their warranty about getting it fixed. I then traded in my Jimmy after talkng with Troy (the owner). He went and found me a truck and Im extremely happy with it. Once again this dealership and the people that work there are amazing people...troy for running a great business, kami for being such a very pleasant person to talk with on the phone when Im making my payments and everyone else that works there that Ive ever talked to has always been very helpful! Ive been to plenty of other dealerships and i guarantee that i will be going back to them for as long as they remain open!!!! Best place to do business with hands down!!
