Fantastic experience and lots of extra customer service! I went to get new service and a phone for my son. Found out that the phone he wanted was not in stock. Scott went out of his way to phone multiple stores to find it and then proceeded to drive almost 3 hours round trip just so my son could have his phone the next day. He then took the extra time setting it up and hooked me up with a Galaxy watch which he also spent the extra time to setup. This review could be super long giving all the detail but Ive been to this store 4 times now and always had a great experience with their super staff. T Mobile should recognize this store as the best and give them all a bonus!
I have spent alot of money at this location and TMobile. I bought 2 Watches Samsung and 1 of them the dial popped off the top other then that works great. I took it in to find out I did not have insurance on it. When I buy devices from T-Mobile electronics I always get insurance on the item. I asked if they offer insurance when your buying product and Manager stated yes. For some reason I felt when I was going to store and thinking when I bought watches they never asked if I wanted insurance. I would have figured he might have offered to fix it or even maybe send it in and I would have paid for the repair but he brushed me off said cant do anything. Guess Ill brush TMobile off and no longer buy there product and shop around switch providers.
The T-Mobile store in Pleasant Grove is horrific. First off its a 3rd party store and there staff dont seems to be trained well on things like the corporate offices. I had received a quote for $400 if I traded in my phone for a newer phone(this was done at a different location, but was submitted and accepted though the T-Mobile portal). However, the Pleasant Grove location would not honor this offer or help me at all. And told me Id have to go back to the original location I was helped at. Which was faults, they should have been able to do it. SHORT STORY: I will NEVER be going back to this location again.

Had a phenomenal experience with this store. My 79 year old mother needed a new phone so we went here to get her set up. We were met and helped by a woman named Ana who treated my mother like her own. Ana was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the options and how to get the new phone set up in lightning speed. I cant say enough about how good this experience was compared to what I was expecting. I am even tempted to switch my own service over from AT&T to T-Mobile because of this experience.
Ana was very knowledgeable and was exceptionally helpful with getting my parents set up with their new phones. She was very helpful in getting their numbers ported and making sure everything worked before we left the store.
Busy, Raphael, appeared to be new, very little insight, caused me a great deal of setting up my phone, he had 0 insight on what he was trying to do. 0 stars for Tmobile

T Mobile had the best customer service! I went to this store to add a new line and take advantage of the BOGO. Arlene was incredibly patient and knowledgeable and sweet. We had to port over a number from Verizon and it ended up taking SO long due to the account owner from Verizon not being able to get the port over info. Like almost 2 weeks. Arlene was so patient through the whole thing and made it so easy. I will always come back to this store!
We went to Pleasant Grove after a frustrating expirence in American fork. I was just about ready to switch carriers entirely after we left american fork, but the PG boys saved it. Tyler and Scott are great and we will absolutely be seeing them again, even though its a drive. The level of professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy is unmatched and exceptional.
Since we have joined T-Mobile our account has never been setup correctly and after two visits in person at a store the situation is still not fixed and I am told that credits for the incorrect bill will be given after two years!! This is ridiculous and I am seriously thinking I will not be with them after our phones are paid off in the two years!!

Hey Tyler was absolutely wonderful!! Our family had the WORST experience at the Sandy store when buying a new phone. When we got home it didnt even work. After visiting the Orem T-mobile and having the most horrible customer service experience I decided to try this store. I cant tell you the night and day difference working with helpful and competent people that know what customer service means. Arlene and Scott were helping multiple people at once and running this store like true professionals. They admitted there are some glitches since the merger with Sprint but had no problems helping me upgrade my phone fast and efficient. I was in there less than an hour. Pleasant Grove T-Mobile for the win. Sending all my family and friends there!

I dont recommend getting any accessories there. We bought tempered glass there and had it put on by one of their workers, it was put on incorrectly. Fingerprint wouldnt work, it came off within 12 hours and then we saw that it was put on on top of the protective film that the phone came with. They wont replace it or refund us the $50 we wasted, because we dont have insurance. Wish they would warranty their own work.

We made the switch to T-Mobile and upgraded our phones in the process. The promotions were good and our network coverage/performance has improved noticeably. Upgrading phones and picking a new family plan can take some time. The Team was very helpful and patient during our two visits which involved a post purchase resize to a smaller phone. Overall this was a positive experience; much better than our last phone refresh a couple years back. I would recommend this T-Mobile location.

I have been with T-.obile for years. Every store Ive been to has had friendly, welcoming employees. I sat at this location for 20 minutes, and neither employee acknowledged I was there. I understand they were each helping a customer, but not to even take 1 second to say, Hi? I work in reta. Letting guests know you are aware of them is key.
I spent some time here recently working with the manager Scott replacing an old phone with a new warranty exchange. Im sure that Scott wasnt making any commission off our interaction but that didnt stop Scott from going above and beyond to take care of my every need. In the process I was able to learn about some of the newer phones and programs that TMobile has to offer. Here soon when I replace my families phones I will be coming to this location to get it done. If I received excellent customer service in this interaction then I am confident that I will during an actual sale as well. Thanks Scott!

I was in the pleasant grove store on 01/05/2021 a and I have never been so upset at how. I was treated.Scott the manager wad very rude not only to me but to a elderly couple in looking for a phone to go witn his hearing aid.he just rudely told him to go to another store.l wad on there. Because I bought s stylo6 and the pen was broke he said he couldnt help me because he didnt fix broken phones.so I went nacl yo American fork store and Blake was do helpful fixed Mr up and apologized for ScottI w IP l neaver go to that store again

I went in to upgrade to the new iPhone 11. Tyler worked with me and another customer at the same time, and we both received excellent customer care. I was in and out of the store in less than 45 minutes. Tyler made upgrading very easy.

Tyler is amazing to start off with! Hes very knowledgeable on pretty much everything, every question I had, I got it answered. Even though the whole new line, new phone activation takes forever he worked on everything pretty quick and efficient plus his personality made me welcomed to the store as soon as I came in. If anyone goes in the store ask for him, hes great!

Q was so amazing. Very happy to have gone into this store. And I switched from Verizon and am saving $200/mo with so many more bonus benefits. I had been with Verizon for nearly 20 years. But I just did an international trip and got totally hosed by their international plan. I checked out a lot of carriers an T-Mobile won hands down. In December 2019 I traded in a phone—taking advantage of a promotion to get a newer iPhone. After one month t-mobile notified me that there was a problem with the transaction and that I was no longer eligible to receive the monthly credit. Came to this store to find out what was up and was told the store had made a mistake and entered two requests for a trade in and that when only one phone showed up the system denied the eligibility. They armed me with a phone number to call T-Mobile customer service and said they could fix it—I needed to call CS. I called and after another half hour was told I needed to return to the store, that the store had to fix it. I went back to the store was apologized to and told the their manger would reach out to me to fix it. 1 month later no call and no fix. I returned to the store . No manager was available, was told to return on the following Friday. I did so and was again told I would be contacted with a solution. 1 month went by with no contact. I returned to the store and was apologized to again. “So sorry, this is our last day open before we close for covid-19 but we will get a credit issued to you, you will be conveyed in a week or so” it has now been six weeks. No one has contacted me. I just returned to the store and Arlene, the representative that originally handled my transaction assisted me, but basically told me the same thing, the manager would contact me. December to May is a long time to work through a system error. I will update this review when/if I have a resolution.Update: store manager just called. After 4 months they now have issued a credit on my account to take care of the issue. Satisfied with the result. The time it took and number of times I had to visit could be significantly improved—that said, I understand with the craziness the last 6 weeks with covid 19. The three months before could be improved.

Went in last night to upgrade my phone and Karl was seriously so amazing. Super friendly and fun to talk to. Very helpful. Even though there were issues with the system and we were there longer than we expected, it was overall a pleasant experience. They are always so nice when we come in and I’ve never had a bad experience here.

I was trying to upgrade to a new phone at the American Fork store and there were multiple errors, employees reserved the wrong phone and sold the last one that I was buying. After over an hour they said I had to wait 72 hours to let the system refresh to be able to buy the phone. Instead, I drove to this store and Scott the store manager got me in and out the door in about 10 minutes. Highly recommend, ask for him.
We came into the store on a Saturday and had a great experience with Tyler. Tyler helped us get all switched over to a new iphone. Very helpful and very nice! This store has for sure turned around from a year and a half ago.
