I called Pro Digital Photos after having a horrible experience with my local printing shop. They were kind, helpful and fast! I got my prints mailed to me so quickly! They look amazing! looking at the prints side by side with the Layton printing company, you can see a huge quality difference! I will absolutely work with Pro Digital Photos from now on.

We used Pro Digital Photos for our save the dates and invitations. There was a slight mix up with addresses being printed on our save the dates, but I was able to quickly get a response and new save the date cards in the mail within days! The quality of our invitations was beautiful and the options and customization costs are not nearly as expensive as you would think. I loved working with Veronica and everyone at this company. Would definitely use again for future prints!

These guys are AMAZING to work with! They answer any questions you have and they walk you through the process of how to order if youre confused by anything. I live kind of far away and they were able to help me do everything over the phone so I didnt have to make multiple 1.5 hour trips to them. They are perfectly priced for the work they do and my husband and I absolutely LOVE the invites we got from them. We paid for them to address out invites for us and it saved us SO much time! Please take them into consideration when making invites, announcements, or prints! :)

UPDATE: I originally gave a miserable review for Pro Digital Photos because of an unfortunate interaction that has now been amicably resolved.We came to see that both of us were under a lot of individual stress and had not been truly aware of how we were coming across to others. Then our interaction together created the hurt.When the owner responded with a sincere apology, I went over to Pro Digital myself and we were able to resolve this misunderstanding. I am actually rather impressed with Veronica after this, as I have found that her heart is sincere. She is also, at times, human like I am.------------------------------------------------------------------------OLD REVIEW... since updated and changed:(1-star)So at first we were happy with ProDigital Photo services... that is until we attempted to reorder more of the invitations. The Customer Service rep (Veronica?) was very rude and demeaning to us. (Seriously?) She instructed me to go back to the store and conduct my business through Veronica. NOT A CHANCE in hell. I was married in Sept 2020 and Pro Digital made my beautiful invitations. We had sunflowers as our main design. The designer was amazing to work with and the process was fast and easy. I also had the same designer make our seating chart. I also had some of our wedding pictures printed, the quality of the picture was amazing. I always recommend this company!

I started searching around for a great wedding invite company when I got engaged and am so glad I found them! They have the absolute cutest designs and help you with everything you need to customize them to your liking! I combined about 3 different templates and my designer created a beautiful card! Also during covid we had to switch our plans a few times and they were super kind and flexible with all of the changes! The turnaround process from consultation to design to production was so quick and the final product was professional, clean, and absolutely perfect!To top if all off - the price was SO affordable! I had no idea how much wedding invitations cost, but I was shocked with what some companies were charging. Im an illustrator and Ive been using Pro Digital Photos to make prints of my work for a couple of years now. Im always impressed by their high quality prints and color fidelity! Their prints are well priced and their turnaround time is great as well. Most of their customers use them for portraits or wedding photos but I highly recommend if youre looking for a place to print things that arent photos.

My initial meeting with Veronica was so helpful. Update:Overall, we loved our invites, announcements, and temple insert; minus the envelopes, which weren’t that great. I would give them a 3.5 but I think they did their best to accommodate our needs so they deserve a 4 star. While we had a lot issues with the design and printing at first, we are happy and satisfied with the end result. We spent 2-3 weeks just to get the design right. When we talked to Jen about our deadline, she was able to rush it for us. We really appreciate her doing that for us. We had issues with the envelopes. We ordered linen envelopes but they ran out and had to give us cotton instead. While we don’t like that, it couldn’t be helped since they’ve been on back order. We had problems with about 20 or so cotton envelopes but they reached out after we let them know. So that was really professional of them. Overall, we enjoyed the most of products that were produced.Update:Veronica contacted us regarding this issue and we resolved most of it. We tried to get feedbacks on the design on our invites as soon as possible but it does not look like they are not willing to get us a new proof in a timely manner. Still not too happy about it.There’s a lot of hidden fees. I would not recommend them to any friends. Prodigital Photos were not upfront about their price point, especially about the leaving their website at the bottom of our announcement. The design they did is perhaps over priced in my opinion, especially for that reason. We gave them a template from theknot to design something like that. The design was a bit off from what I want. It would probably be better and cheaper if we had bought the design from theknot and had someone else design it. There are better options out there.

Pro Digital is my go-to place for pretty much anything I ever need printed. Not only is their service top notch, but the quality is unparalleled! My most recent experience printing Christmas cards has me raving to anyone who will listen! Not only was the process of making my cards easier than writing this post, but the joy of going in to pick them up is something I always recommend. The store front is so darling, and they always send me home with some sort of treat with my prints! I do think my absolute favorite part of everything is just the variety of options they have. From paper types to HUGE selection templates for pretty much any occasion under the sun. Its nice to feel like I can make my prints as unique as I please.

I worked with Veronica and Jen (the designer). They were professional, and wanted to make sure I had what I envisioned. The product was actually beyond what I had envisioned. I will plan on using them for ALL of my printing and photo needs. They truly are amazing!

Pro Digital Photos was an AMAZING! place to work with. They made our wedding invitations and they turned out absolutely beautiful (there are pictures attached to this review of the invitations)! I loved the way they turned out and they did a very good job of making sure all our needs were met with the invitations. We had made a few changes since we originally put in the order, but Pro Digital and our designer Jen Whittier, made sure all the changes were fixed in a timely manor. Another thing I loved the most about working with Pro Digital is that even though they are located in Utah (which is where we live) they are located about 2 hours from where we are, Pro Digital sent us proofs and our entire order to us free of charge! I am very thankful to have done business with Pro Digital and Ive already recommended them to any of my friends that need any printing of anything from pictures to wedding invitations.

There are a bajillion reasons why I shop local/small businesses at ANY given opportunity. One of many simple reasons why I order my announcements and personalized greeting cards from ProDigital in Pleasant Grove, is because their quality and customer service is better than ANYTHING I have experienced ANYWHERE! My experience ordering my sons grad announcements was no exception. I paid a little extra to have our return address on the back of the envelopes. I fully expected the addresses to just be in a basic block font. Instead, the awesome people at ProDigital actually grabbed the font off of MY DESIGN (probably just cut and paste, but STILL) and used it for my sons name on the envelopes so they would be an exact match to the announcements. Talk about going the extra mile. Then, when I panicked and realized I needed 10 more announcements ASAP last week, they had them PRINTED AND IN THE MAIL THAT SAME DAY.....and on my doorstep the next day...with the cutest note to Seniors and a thank you for supporting local businesses. You just dont get personal, high quality service like that with big businesses. Thank you ProDigital, for being such a blessing as we prepped for my sons big day! The quality you provide is equal to the awesomeness of the young man these announcements were designed for....and for that, I am so grateful. ❤️

I highly recommend prodigital photos for wedding invitations! I had to change my invitations to announcements at the last minute because of Covid and they were more than willing to help me accommodate that. I have worked mostly with Jen as my designer and Sadie as an artist. AMAZING. Sadie painted the cutest Grand America for my invitations, and Jen has been so patient and great with her designing! Our experience with Pro Digital has been phenomenal! They were able to work with our out of the ordinary request to have penguins on our invitations and did an amazing job doing it. It was also an easy step by step process which I personally appreciated. A lot of my other wedding planning was not as straightforward. I appreciated not having to worry about my invitations. They were on top of communicating back and forth with me if I had any questions or concerns. I even referred my sister who is also getting married this year since I loved working with them so much! I will be coming back for any pictures I need in the future!

Our wedding invitations turned out great and we had great service throughout the process! They had us come in to go over all the customization options and pricing. This took about an hour. My fiance and I looked at their many samples online and selected aspects of each one that we liked, and then went back in to the store to make our custom design. They had us write out exactly what we wanted the invitations to say, and then we sent them pictures of the design styles we liked. The designer got back to us in a day or two with our own custom watercolor invitation designs. We were able to communicate back and forth about some minor changes over the next day, and then we went in to the store to order the prints. The prints turned out great! Overall, the whole process took about a week. My fiancee and I were really pleased with how they turned out and are grateful well get to always have that as a memento of our wedding.

Pro Digital Photos was an awesome company to work with when planning my wedding. They had great customer service, were extremely helpful, and the invitations came out so beautiful! My wedding was unfortunately postponed last minute (several months after sending out my invitations) due to the virus. They were so amazing that they offered 50% off to create new ones for me with my new date. I highly recommend them, it was a fantastic experience for me.

One of the nicest experiences we have had planning my daughters wedding was with Pro Digital Photos. From start to finish they were very accommodating which was very appreciated. They have such a cute store and I felt like it was all part of the wedding planning experience. I felt like they were competitive in pricing with a lot of the online printing services. If you were not able to come to their store and could only order online I still think you could benefit using them because of their awesome designer. When it came to proofs and the final printing it was very fast and efficient. I highly recommend you use them. They have such amazing invitations, it was hard to pick. :)

My invitations turned out great! I loved that there are a nice variety of templates to choose from, but also that you have the option of a personal, custom design.One thing I really wanted on my invitations was gold foil lettering, and it turned out great. They also have the option of pearlescent paper, which I didnt know I wanted until I saw it on the proof.Overall, it was an easy process, and the invitations turned out better than Id hoped for.

We loved the quality and customer service! I had two kids getting married at the same time, and ProDigital took the stress out of the invitations and photo enlargements. I love the custom design process, and the turnaround time was impressive. Great communication throughout the whole process!

The first proof that I was sent I didnt like the font and Jen was super understanding and helpful with finding a font I loved. I absolutely love working with everyone at Pro Digital Photos. All of there products are such high quality and Veronica, the owner, is great about making sure you get exactly what you want. I had them do my wedding invites and everything was perfect! I will definitely use Pro Digital again for future printing and Christmas cards! Everything was done super quickly which was helpful and you they knew exactly what I wanted with just a simple description. The designer sent me a proof in less than 24 hours and had it exactly as I imagined it in my head. Everything turned out just the way I wanted! And the final printing only took 2 hours which was so nice. You’ll love how quick, and efficient they are!

The service was great and the product turned out amazing. I dont have any complaints other than the price isnt great and there are small charges for everything extra. I wanted the same design on my thank you post cards and they wanted to charge me another $25 design fee when I feel that the design was already done. That was annoying but other than that it was great. They turned my invitation around very quickly.

This company was amazing to work with! I found them at a wedding expo I went to. Their work is amazing. They have so many designs and let you mix and match whatever you want from their examples and whatever you find that you like elsewhere like on Pinterest, so you get to completely design your own unique look. I only had to go to their office once for the initial consultation to pick out the type of paper and envelopes I liked, and get an idea of different prices and packages. Everything else was done online from the comfort of my home. The designer was quick and professional with her communication, really listened to what I wanted, and made it look even better than I expected. Having addresses preprinted on the envelopes for our wedding was such a huge time saver and I appreciated their organization with it all. One of the best parts was how quick their shipping was too. Once you agree on your design they will ship you a sample of the design on a couple different paper choices to ensure you like it before you make your order. As a side note, if you do live close you can go pick up at the shop as well, but I live at least 40 minutes away, so that was a big convenience to having shipping. Also I ordered my invites (200 of them) and they arrived the next day at my door step. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. They had great customer services, I will definitely use them again in the future, and would recommend to anyone!

He always treats me with such conscientiousness efficiency and care...and treats me as though I am the only person that he needs to take care of at the time. The last two times I’ve come in, he’s done a couple of adjustments taking his time for so graciously and effortlessly. I truly thought he was the owner... his thoughtfulness and service mind is seriously spectacular! It’s those little touches that he brings to this company that makes me keep coming back and using their online store more than any other store as well!

Pro Digital Photos did an incredible job from the first phone call. They set me up with a designer that did a beautiful job on the wedding announcements. The turn around time was very fast from the design to actually being able to print the announcements and envelopes in 1 day. Everyone I have spoke to at the store has always been kind and very helpful with answering questions and offering suggestions. I would highly recommend them for any printing job and I will definitely be using them again.

After investigating several options, we turned to Pro Digital to print the invitations for our daughters wedding, and they turned out beautifully! Pro Digital offered an option to work one-on-one with a designer to create a custom announcement that was exactly what she hoped for. We were a bit disappointed with the craft envelopes we selected, but their efficiency and turnaround time helped us get the invitations out quickly.

I had a lot of different examples of what I wanted and she did a great job in making our wedding invitations so beautiful. I was so surprised at how fast she was in getting the first draft to us! Overall, a great company to work with. The quality of our invitations were excellent and the turnaround time was quick. The free consultation was informative and we were not pressured to buy anything. Also, the staff were extremely communicative during the entire process.A few issues we did have were some inconsistencies among the knowledge of the staff. Most were extremely helpful but occasionally we were left to figure out the design and printing on our own. They also ran out of our choice of premium paper, causing our invitations to go out later than we wanted.

Pro digital photos are top quality! We love the Christmas cards we ordered! They were very quick with finishing the order and getting everything shipped. They package everything so that your photos ship safely without worrying about bends or tears to your order. Veronica has been awesome to work with and I feel like I’ve made a friend. I would have to say this was a lot easier than I though it would be. The staff at the shop is so nice and helpful. When I went in to start the design process and send off my information to the designer I got to the shop 10 mins before closing. The girl in the shop (I wish that I could remember her name) was so nice. She didnt seemed angry at all for me being there after closing, and was very helpful through the entire process. I was very impressed when I went to place the order, she was able to give good recommendations on the paper type as there are many to choose from. The design process was so easy as well. The designer Jen was amazing to work with. She got to me quickly to let me know she had my file. I even missed giving her a bunch of information and she reached out to me quickly as to not delay the process. The entire process from submitting my information to picking up my invitations was 1 week (I had 1 quick edit on my invitations). They went above and beyond on my invitations and turned out better than I could have ever imagined on my own! Well worth every penny spent!

Dishonest, overpriced, and unprofessional. Do some research on other wedding announcement companies before committing to Pro Digital Photos.I was obsessed with the work from Pro Digital Photos and the beautiful custom venue and temple art. I am VERY disappointed in the lack of customer service and care from this company. I tried several times to explain a situation to the owner and she did not take the time to understand. I met her at a bridal expo and won a drawing for Free Wedding Invitations (which only ended up being a $300 value......not even close to half of the final cost). She was also offering free envelope address printing to everyone who came to her booth that day. She has offered free envelope printing to almost every single client (including me) on Instagram and in marketing emails. During my phone call consultation with another employee, I was told I could combine the offers (although one was clearly a prize and the other was something offered to EVERYONE, including myself more than one time). Later on in the process, that was taken back and I was told I could not combine the offers. Im glad I never put any money down on this company. Not once did somebody inform me of this before I started working with the company.

So happy I chose to have my wedding invitations done by Pro Digital. The process was so simple and FAST, they went above and beyond to create exactly what I had in mind. I will forever recommend them and continue to use them for all my own printing needs.

We are very pleased with the wedding announcements we had done by Pro Digital Photos. Their designer was easy to work with and very responsive, and when we were ready to print things, the turnaround time was great, even for our large order. Loved that there was no extra charge to print on both sides, and our photos looked great on their stock paper (though they also have lots of other options and ways to upgrade).

I got the most perfect thank you cards from my wedding here! The owner met with me before hand to show me all of their fabulous products and explain all of their high quality options. I was able to really customize my design by working from home online and in store with staff help! They were all so knowledgeable about what they were doing. In the end, they helped get all the proofs ready super fast and even did multiple to really make sure it was absolutely perfect! I want to buy more cards just to work with them again!

I picked a template from the website for my cards, it made it so easy to get beautiful cards with no designing experience necessary. The site was really user friendly & I was able to get exactly what I wanted.Once the cards were ordered the printing turn around was so quick. Even though we had plenty of time to spare, our invites were done so quickly. It never took more than a day to receive an email back if I had a question. I was fortunate enough to win some money off invites and was able to stay within our tight budget. I didnt want to go with a typical invite. I decided and fell in love with Gatefold and was so pleased with the results. I didnt really know exactly every detail that I wanted, but the designer delivered better than expected. Im in love with the way my invites turned out. I will be using them in the future for printing photos and future invites. I also highly recommend Pro Digital Photos they are fabulous to work with always pleasant in person, on the phone, or email.The one issue I had was I called and told them I wanted to pick up the invites instead of mailed and I was never notified when they were completed. Other than that I had a wonderful experience.

We first met Veronica from Pro Digital Photography at the Utah Bridal Extravaganza at the Grand America Hotel in January 2020. My son’s fiancé and I were drawn to their booth because the Announcement/Invitations were so beautiful and original in their designs. What emerged was the announcement of our dreams! Exactly following our vision of what we hoped the announcement would look like. I work as a professional photographer based in Salt Lake City, UT. I refer all my clients to Pro Digital Photos for their prints. It is also where I purchase all my own prints for delivery and to display in my own home. I just printed a wide array of their products to create my new family picture wall in my home, and their metal prints are so cool. All the prints are spot on and all 14 prints (including a large 16 x 20 metal print) were ready for pick up in a day! Their turn around time is phenomenal, and their papers and colors are fantastic. All their employees are bubbly and so helpful. They have the best smelling store in Utah, and its so ridiculously cute. It makes me feel like I need to hire them to do all my prints and then decorate my home. I order my cards and invitations through them as well. Really, they are my favorite local printer and I highly recommend them.

I love Pro Digital Photos! I discovered them after we had professional photos taken last winter. I knew we wanted enlargements and to give some prints as gifts.
