Del and Jack were super helpful! They’re originally engineers and do an excellent job. A different shop treated us very poorly and we were so happy that someone recommended VIP Smog for our smog check and they quickly corrected the problem that was created by a different shop.

The people that work here are amazing. They really care about you and your car. It’s a family run business and the owner and son are super helpful. They will tell you what’s right or wrong and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place. If 10 stars was an option, I’d give them an 11.

I was referred to this shop in the past with a personal car of mine, when I had a 2011 BMW 5 series. Now I go to them with all of my cars and have built a great relationship with this place. They are professional, very knowledgeable and Im glad I found them.

I cant recommend this place enough. Another mechanic wanted to charge me for something that was actually a dealer recall. They explained everything thoroughly and were super friendly with really fair prices at VIP. Quick service.

Jack and his son Dell are the best auto mechanics around. We use them for all our cars and have referred many people to them. They are honest and so nice to work with. I was referred to them by a friend and have done the same. Trustworthy and dependable. I highly recommend this business. And dont be intimidated with their driveway, park next door and they handle it all for you.

I got so lucky when I needed to get smog check done to have found this place. After my smog check, I was talking to Jack about what i needed done and could tell he knew what he was talking about, so I was able to trust him. I have been back a couple times now (as i said I had more than one or two things I needed taken care of). He exceeded my expectations!My corvette is running better than it has in a very long time now! I am very grateful and highly recommend Jack to anyone looking for someone to work on their car.

When we moved to the area 12 years ago, we searched for descent mechanics and were disappointed. Then we found VIP.Theyve been my mechanics for years. These guys are real mechanics. They figure out the problem instead of just replacing parts and hoping.Theyre also great people.

These guys take such good care of me! Never an overcharge. Crazy knowledgeable when it comes to my Mercedes and repairs needed. Theyre very busy, working in a small space so there can be a delay while waiting but stick it out, its worth your time. Great smog service too!

They seem really disorganized but get good work done quickly. They fix complicated problems right the first time. Jack and his team are very conscientious and friendly. I dont go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Is the best food ever

They are great for all repairs and maintenance - we have been taking all of our autos here for the last several years - always been satisfied.Jack strives to provide a great service for his customers.The caveat is that it is a very busy shop and you may wait longer then you would at a dealer - but it is well worth it!

Jack has always been good to me and my car. He is honest and charges reasonable prices for his work. So far, my favorite mechanic ever, worked on my CR-V and on my Kia Soul.

Wow they are busy! They open late which is great when you working and just need a SMOG. Most SMOG Places are closed by 5pm. Found them through a mailer with coupon. Glad I did. But it did take about 45 minutes (other cars where there first that is cool allowed me to get some zzzs)

Came for a basic smog test. I was very impressed by everyone that worked there! They were very careful with my car and answered any questions I had. I will definitely go back.

Is there a minus star? This place deserves less than 1 star. I made a 2pm appointment for a smog check, dropped it off early early and was told it would be 45 minutes. I gave them an hour & 15 minutes before returning only to find out it would now be at least another hour and a half! I had another 4 pm appointment so I demanded my keys back. I guess that upset the owner, a guy with lots of auto patches on his shirt who had what I think was a Greek accent, who starts shouting f bombs at me. He even threatened me, saying he knew where I lived and he was coming after me! I called the PH police and reported him. I am currently fearing for the safety of my vehicle which sits on the street! That guy is a nut case and the woman at the desk was beyond rude.

Jack is very personal and explains thoroughly what is going on with my car and how he fixes the issue. Very happy to keep coming back for my car repairs.

After two other smog repair shops with not luck and hundreds of dollars later. I finally took my truck to VIP Smog and my truck passed smog!!!!!! and it only cost me the cost of the smog and test $89.00. I have been taking my 1998 toyota 4 runner here for all repairs for the last 4 years and never have been disappointed. And Jack is very fair with his charges. Absoutely love him and the team at VIP Smog.

Jack and his team are wonderful mechanics I wont let anyone else touch my car but VIP smog.

They used to be great before the women at the front desk got there. My wifes car has some special needs to get it open. We told the lady about it and then tells the tech. The tech clearly hated the lady. And she was rude.

Problem on ac system. This is the right place a bit pricey though.
