From the Pleasant Hill store I bought the bench made 60” round table with the bone back chairs in the main dinning room and cooper top 48” round in the kitchen both looks amazing very happy with product. Deliver was on time on both delivers great staff sales staff amazing on helping me pick style and stain

This was our second purchase at Bassett this year. We were assisted both times by Terri Kuebler who is knowledgeable and fun, too. She listens, makes suggestions but never presses. I also spoke with both Nancy and another Terri and they were gracious and helpful too. Besides terrific staff, the furniture quality at Bassett is excellent. We are very pleased.

Really rude personal, I walked into the store and one of the ladies sales associate looked me from head to toe really rude, I expressed my interest of buying a office desk for my husband, this lady walked me to look one desk and seconds later she told me to help myself and she left me by my self without any help when I was in my way out from the store I saw the same lady laughing and talking to the cashier, definitely terrible costumer service for first time I felt descriminated really sad to see how this store treat minorities

Good better best...that describes the saying of, what you pay for is what you get. Very consultative, prices arent as scary as youd imagine especially around sales that they have often. If youre looking for furniture and have the time, Bassett is worth a stop.

Sofa was 10% shorter than we were told it would be. Salesperson quoted the length that I was looking for in order to make the sale, and didn’t clarify the real size for the model we got. This was misleading. It’s an uncomfortably tight squeeze for our family, but we are stuck with it for a long time now. Sofa was also delivered with a big stain, but they sent a technician out to replace that part a few weeks later.
