I love this place the coffee is so good

Whether I prefer Starbucks coffee or not, theyre ubiquitous and consistent, so they get a lot of my business. This is one of the better ones in the area. Always nice, they hustle when theyre busy, which isnt too often. They have a good selection of goodies and swag, and easy parking.

I tried using the restroom facilities, on Monument at the Crossroads, in Pleasant Hill and the three staff persons working, refused me access, stating that the manager, “Jess”, orders them to secure and refuse access to the restroom facilities, after 7:30pm. I asked if it was a Covid concern and they responded it was not, just their individual store policy...Wow! Jess, come on, really...can we take a step back and think about the big picture, paying customers deserve better treatment and access. Out of everything, attempted to order one drink...out of it, then another, out of it. When I said forget it & turned to walk out, the girls working laughed at me. Nice.

Understaffed and the people that are there are the slowest Ive ever seen. I burned my 15 minute break and my lunch waiting on a sandwich that I never got.

No cold brew and it took forever to get my sandwich

They first gave me my first drink then they skipped me for customers behind me rushed my drink and my two drinks for my kids went over with the caramel drizzle on a tall drink not like it at all

This location was a great stop. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very patient no matter how busy they seem to be, and the drinks they made were fantastic! This location is cleaner than most others, in the service was a little bit of the rest as far as around here. I do like the Brentwood streets of Brentwood location but thats only because of the one really nice and helpful barista that I believe with a manager, her name was Jenesys. I havent been much since she left and hate when that happens

Staff are always friendly and drinks always on time.The location is just horrible through. I know it’s not their fault. The parking lot was designed horrible as well.Could use some more out door seating or more out door space.

Not cool. Guess the shop owner buried a gold stick under the toilet. You’ll need a code from a receipt to use a restroom. So be prepared, to not to pee on your pants. 🤪

Super crowded as usual and only two people working. Most of the time the person who takes orders is the one also making the drinks. With the lines formed due to staff bottleneck Im sure starbucks can have few more staff members

Placed my mobile order. At 18 minutes in on my wait, checked to make sure they received my order. It was sitting on the back counter empty. It took 20 minutes (no exaggeration) to get my drink. There were 5 people waiting, so it wasnt even busy. Never again at this place.

I have lived in ten different states, at least 15 different cities, and I have been to countless starbucks, and this one is my favorite ever. The people are always so sweet, a few of them even call me by name when I walk in the door (I’m there a lot, coffee is my vice). They’re always great, and my coffee is always PERFECT.

Starbucks over roasts their beans and over charges for their coffee and i really dislike most everything about them... And yet i keep coming back. If only CBATL or even Petes was as available and convenient wed all be better off for it!

Its in the 40s outside and they have the air conditioning on full blast. I cant feel my fingers. Common sense would tell you that if everyone is bundled up in thick jackets indoors that your Temps are too low. Seating and space leaves a lot to be desired. Easy to get bumped around with the never ending long line

Worst service at a Starbucks location ever. The cashier was a rude young man who made me feel bad that I was in there ordering anything. I didnt think an iced coffee with cream should solicit the response I got.In addition, the store was 100 plus degrees inside. Turn on the air conditioning, maybe the employees wouldnt be so angry.

So, I wake up and want coffee. I know the monument location is open until 10 and I Drive all the way across town and get there at 15 tell 10 only to find the door locked. how can a cafe close early? Is this the end of my good Starbucks experiences?

Great location, convenient, on the way to Sacramento. Wife and I enjoyed Protein Blended cacqo coffee drink for the first time. The barista had a little bit of trouble taking the order but otherwise the experience was great; my spinach and feta wrap was fresh delicious as well as my iced tall Pike Roast.

New store for me. They were fairly busy and had a few people waiting in line but the Staff was pleasant and got the drinks out will quick

Livid.I work 2 jobs. I live my life in various states of tired and today, I was completely exhausted. I started work at 5 am, drove 2 hours, and stopped in around 8 to grab a coffee before my event that would run for the next 11 hours (7pm). I asked the cashier for the largest size cold brew they have. Great. Except, when they handed me my coffee it was an infant size cold brew...like, I could give it to a toddler and still put them down for a decent nap. I explained that I had ordered their largest size. The gentleman handing me my drink replied saying, I could wait in line again to order another one. Well, that doesnt work for me, because I will be late for work if I have to wait on line again (the line had grown significantly since the time I had first ordered). I was fed up and I left....but, the more I stewed on it the angrier I got because this chick totally screwed me. I was counting on that coffee to get me through this long day. As an event manager, I often get skipped on breaks and lunches. I cant leave the event to go get another coffee. I am totally up s**t creek. Two thumbs waaaaay down. If I had the receipt, and/or her name, I would have reached out to her manager directly.

Do not drink coffee! Do not buy Starbucks! Do not need to spend money over prize coffee ever. I only Thrive with Le-vel, this all anyone needs!

Wasnt Too Much Traffic, Seems To Be Slow At The Location Or I Went On A Bad Day. Not Too Many Staff And It Took Too Long For 2 Drinks. Usually Greetings From Staff Are Used At Other Locations, But Here They Seemed To Be In A Bad Mood Or Tired.

Fast and easy access. While theres no drive thru the baristas inside are pleasant and the atmosphere is nice.

Walked in to about 5 people in line. 1 cashier, a little too relaxed with the rush. 1 barista moving very slow as if he was brand new and hadnt been trained. Waited 20min for my drink while my newborn was screaming. I come to Starbucks for quick convenient service. On top of this, i paid almost $5 for a tall skinny peppermint latte, that obviously was not skinny, but i took it anyways because i couldnt wait longer to request a remake. Please train staff properly.

I used to love it but not anymore because I bought a drink venty size with no ice and they gave me half a cup and I ask why ?o the other have is the ice .so you said no ice.!!

I have visited this location a few times and for the most part every encounter has been bad. Today i decided to go against my gut and go there....i ordered a Trenta iced tea, however it looks like i ordered a venti - needless to say my cup was not completely full and the chic making it was fully aware of this (i wish i could upload the pic)! They need to restaff this entire location with the exception of one manager, i dont know her name but she often wears her hair in a bun, very nice!!

Then they put out new ones shortly after! Bad bad customer service. I even asked them if they had any others that they were putting out and was told no!
