Definitely love this place, and would almost certainly return! The options were phenomenal the makeup was to die for and they carried many of the brands that I was looking for that even stores like Ulta do not have.

I love Jc Penny they have very nice clothes. They are also very affordable.

Went in looking for a new skin care routine and had no clue what I was looking for until Emil approached me! I told her all of the issues I am having with my skin and she walked me thorough the whole process on what she would recommend and it was exactly what I am looking for. She was so helpful and not only told me what the products do exactly but also helped me with the process of how to use them (which I also needed help with). I would recommend this store for anyone needing help whether it is with beauty or skin care. Highly satisfied and I will be retuning for all my needs! Thank you so much Sephora!

Emi needs a new job. Wasnt very helpful to be a manager. I had to call another location and figure out what needed to be done. She was very standoffish. Never apologized. Love Sephora but thanks to Emi I will not return to this location

I went into sephora for the first time today to find my shade in the new rare beauty collection and the Lady working there helped me find my perfect shade! 💖

Nobody at Sephora except for me and two ladies who were together in front of me checking out. Sounded like they were still shopping while trying to check out, geeze. Two sales girls, two check-out stations but second cashier told me she couldnt wait on me after she saw me standing there for 10 min and I asked her if she could. She did however admonish me bc I was standing on the red arrow instead of the red tape and chastised me for not practicing social distancing, and not in a nice way. Please waited another 5 min finally put my items down and left.

Love this place! Ive always have great experiences shopping at this Sephora. The salespeople are really nice and helpful. Its smaller than some beauty supply places but the selection in actually really good and moderately priced. Its also in a very convenient location

Was able to find what I was looking for, and the staff seemed kind and willing to help. I did notice that a lot of the displays were low on items, and it seemed some of them had damaged boxes. Even the one I picked looked as if it had been thrown against a wall or two. I may have been in on a bad day, though, as everything else about my experience was great!

Excellent customer service!!!! Super excellent!!! I went in and did a return, had used the product but they still gave me my money back. They even gave me a free sample of my favorite cologne! Made my entire weekend. Very polite and understanding, very cool, will always come back! 😘❤

I got a huge discount when I took my kids back-to-school shopping here. I didnt anticipate paying in Sephora within JC Penney but Im glad I did because I got a goody bag filled with samples. I got a total of 35% of my kids clothes. The goody bag had a sample of IT Cosmetics CC+ serum, sunscreen all-in-one that I loved so much that I bought the full sized version!

We were waited on by an associate named Rose. She was very helpful and took her time helping us get the right shade in bare minerals brand. She was great. We were very happy and satisfied with the service. Will be back. Thank you Rose.

The ladies there are so Nice but for a woman of color Im noticing they havent been keeping in stock darker shades of browns or deep chocolate... Dont waste your time in the store but shop online

I went into Sephora looking for a new foundation and Melissa helped me out. My skin tone is very hard to find good foundation in and before this visit I ever found the perfect one. Melissa helped me find the perfect foundation, along with a primer to tone down my redness and the best smelling moisturizer ever. I love Sephora and I am so pleased with the purchases that I made and the customer service I received at this location. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would.

Not sure why so many bad service reviews. I recieved excellent service: courteous, knowledgable and polite. I agree that products selection is smaller than in stand alone stores but nothing can beat 5.5% tax. I will definitely be back

As much as I love Sephora, I hate the staff at this location. Ive been shopping here for almost 3 years & used to enjoy it until they hired their recent staff members. They give me complete attitude & talk to me like Im dumb when I ask a question.

Customer service was horrible, not friendly, almost made my sister cry as they were not helpful and we went in on her birthday. They should learn some pointers from Johnsburg,IL location yes there farther away but worth the drive for there friendly assistanceI would NEVER recommend this location Kenosha,WI

Thanks for the reviews. I will check out the Sephora in JC Penneys. I just called them and they do not carry the product I wish to purchase. Everytime I call them they do not have what I wish to purchase so they are much much smaller than a regular Sephora. I have shopped at this JC Penneys and it is nice but the staff at Sephora is very young. I have found the young staff in this Kenosha/Racine area is not very customer friendly in any store. I just got back from Australia and the people were so great there. I wish the people in this area were taught better customer service. They do not naturally have these skills.

Does not have a complete selection of products and the worst service. The staff need a desperate make over with their attitudes.

I liked the staff although when I got home, Im missing an item. :/
