Stevi was absolutely AMAZING! She listened to what I wanted. Made suggestions and explained everything she was doing.. she offered tips to help me style my hair at home and explained the products I should use if I was looking for specific results. I left completely a satisfied customer and will definitely return.

They are very accommodating and answer all your questions. Their techniques are up to date and it is a nice relaxing experience.

When you call to make an appointment you get an answering machine.How can your call be important to them if they don’t answer the phone or call you back. When I did get to talk to a person she she was polite. Two days later I got an email that said my appointment was canceled which I didn’t do. I went in person and talked to someone and they said it was canceled because the girl didn’t do updos I asked for it to be styled I was charged for an updo.I am not sure how they are till in business. I would never go back since all you get is a run aroundDorothy

I was a little put off for my first time experience there. I was early and had to stand there by myself for almost 15 minutes. With covid I get no chairs but maybe a receptionist or my stylist should be earlier then me. She walked in 2 minutes before my service. My service over all was good. She did a beautiful job on my color and cut. Only other thing I didnt care for is the extra charges. She should have asked or better communication with me on how they charge here. Extra $40 charges I wasnt aware of or how they did things.when I booked I said no to a conditioning treatment but was charged for a toner and a bonding teatment which is basically a conditioning treatment. So in the future if I ever go back Id like to have her be more up front.

I would highly recommend asking for Stevi! She knows what she is talking about and she is very professional. You always want to have a stylist who you can talk to and she definitely makes you feel comfortable. Simple changes or crazy colors, she can do it all! Love my new hair!

Stevi was THE BEST. I highly recommend her for your hair needs! She turned my hair into everything I would want it to be and more. I went in there with minimal direction as to how I wanted it. Just lighter highlights. And she made my hair look absolutely gorgeous. Not to mention she is super friendly and helpful!

I got a full set of highlights done here and the stylist used a high lift claiming it would be better for my hair. The ends of my hair were already pretty light so she just applied the color to my roots...MY HAIR BROKE OFF WHERE SHE STOPPED WITH THE COLOR. My hair that was past the middle of my back is now about three inches long in most places and even shorter around my face. As she pulled the foils off all my hair came with it and she offered me a free deep conditioning treatment...like that was going to help. This has been the worst hair experience ever!! Oh also the stylist in the chair next to mine, who also had a customer, was busy talking to my stylist about who she had slept with.

Ellen did an amazing job, The colors she helped me choose were wonderful, hid all my grays and highlights were so evenly placed.

Had appointments for my children, but stylist was running very behind. Also needs better front counter staff, as most times there is no one up there so you are stuck just standing and waiting hoping someone will come check for customers.

Made an appointment for 4:15 and there was absolutely no one getting their haircut she said it would take 15-20 minutes for the stylist to get ready? Not sure what that means but it was fine. I then waited 40 minutes after just to get a mediocre cut. I was late to my doctors appointment after. Very disappointing.

The Worst place in Wisconsin they do not have experience in everything Ive lost my hair in this place from 20 inches to 9 inches it burned completely because of Eileen,lost $ 220 with my heart broken and my hair loss I do not recommend this place at all
