Very helpful. Helped me pick out a mattress and arrange an exact delivery date mostly over the phone! I was moving to another state and wanted a bed and mattress upon arrival. So I went to a mattress firm where a currently live, and called a local mattress firm near my new address. He told me everything that’s currently in stock that can achieve my ideal delivery date so I wouldn’t have to sleep on the floor in my new home. 5 stars excellent service and helped me achieve my goal in about 15 minutes. (Not including my drive to the mattress firm)

I bought a Tempur-pedic Pro Adapt mattress from Dave at Mattress Firm in Pleasant Prairie. Dave was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. I did a lot of research before purchasing this expensive mattress and Dave gave us a very good deal on the mattress and some accessories. He followed up a couple of hours later to confirm the delivery date as well. I would highly recommend going to Dave at Mattress Firm. You wont be disappointed.

Bought a queen size beautyrest mattress, medium firmness, and got a free head adjustable base. David Tyryfter, the gentleman we worked with was very friendly (great sense of humor), knowledgeable, and not pushy. Prices seem competitive with a range of affordability.Upon delivery, the queen hydraulic bed frame didnt work. We called a bed frame company for replacement parts which should have been delivered in 2 weeks. After three weeks we called back up and they said the parts were on backorder for yet another month. The Mattress Firm DM out of Madison who had reached out to me when we first had issues took it on himself to help us. He ended up allowing us to return the queen bed, replace the broken queen base with a king base for free, and upgrade to the king size bed for just the cost difference of the beds (we upgraded to the serta i series). Free delivery and free pickup of our other bed/base and no restocking fee.I can honestly say that this Mattress Firm, and the management of this company is top notch. It wasnt their fault the base manufacturing company gave us a bogus base, nor was it Mattress Firms fault that we couldnt get the parts replaced. They also didnt need to wave all the fees and still uphold their sales promotion by letting us get the new king base for free, but they did. Highly recommend them to those looking to upgrade their bed.

Purchased a new mattress & boxspring set 18 months ago for our guest bedroom. The bed was used very little but developed a severe dip. It basically failed. After going through an extensive warranty procedure with uploading pictures, the claim was immediately denied stating it was normal wear.Great to have nice people in the store, but they dont back up their products. Never going there again.

Mattress Firm is an incredible company to work with! I had to buy my elderly mother, who lives in Oshkosh, a new mattress. And.....I had to do this while on vacation in Minnesota. The salespeople at this Pleasant Prairie location were super in helping me achieve this task. When the mattress was delivered to my mother, the bed was too high for her to get into. Mattress firm quickly corrected this problem by replacing the box spring with a bunky board. Three months prior to this experience, my husband and I also bought a new mattress from this Pleasant Prairie location. We have been extremely happy with our purchase. Honestly, if I could give Dave and Sam 10 stars I would. I came in with my fiancé to buy pillows. First thing I loved was they Dave took time to ask about sleep patterns and habits. With just a few short questions he helped me find a pillow I was IN LOVE WITH. We then talked about needing a new bed. Once again they jumped right in to ask a ton of question to help us narrow down. Although we did not buy the bed today, we know for sure that within the next few weeks we will be coming back to purchase at this location. Dave and Sam have an amazing chemistry that seriously kept us laughing and engaged. I think we were in there for at least and hour and did not mind at all. Top notch service! Even after all of my online research, I learned more about sleep and mattresses from Dave. Dave asked a few questions about our sleeping habits and preferences and recommended we try a selection of mattresses. He gave us time to settle and relax, with no pressure, rushing, or awkward hovering.We narrowed our choices and spoke about sales and deals and left, once again feeling no pressure to make a decision (or a purchase). We returned the next day to again try our favorite mattresses (for longer, this time)--we laid down on a couple mattresses for 15+ minutes while Dave quietly worked elsewhere in the store.Dave answered some additional questions we had, then we realized that not just once, but TWICE we unintentionally kept him past the time the store was supposed to close. Just bought a mattress and box spring from here!! What a deal!! Im sleeping on a 20 year old bed currently. Ive been shopping around and comparing prices for months, through 5 different stores and online deals. First I went to Bobs furniture in Regency mall and left feeling more uncomfortable with spending my money there then when I walked in, they had horrible service and they didnt know their products. So I stopped at one local matress retailer and that sucked so I decided to stop into Mattresses Firm. I dealt with a very nice man who knew what he was talking about, was very friendly, and took the time to answer my numerous questions. Had it not been for the fact that black Friday was a week away I would have purchased the mattress set then and there. So today I went to Steins in Kenosha when they opened. The man that helped us was okay, but left us sitting there alone alot to gi try to make other sales. I was looking at buying a beauty rest set from there but the warrenty sucked, they overcharge for mattress protectors, if you dont get a matress protector then you are stuck with the mattress set if you dont like it, they said free delivery but charge to take your old mattress set away, they charge $150 if you want to return your mattress for a different set, and the list goes on. So I had the guy right my quote down on a card and I took a few pics of the bed and the specs/price. I went directly to Mattress Firm. Not only did Mattress Firm beat the sale from the other store with a better bed for the same price, they gave me two free pillows ($29 each) that were better then the competition, a free bed cover ($79), their best bed cover for $20 (with a $129 value &10yr warrenty), they have truly fee same or next day delivery with removal, 120 night love your mattress guarantee, 10 year warrenty without having to have a bed cover on the bed (its up to you), plus a 100 day money guarantee if youre mattress set goes on sale for cheaper or a competitor had it for sale plus they take an extra 10% off to beat the competition. So being that its black Friday I got crazy good deals with the free pillows, mattress covers, and they are sending me a Wi-Fi SONOS speaker that hooks up to a cell or whatever to play music etc. ($200 all day long to buy)!! My sales lady was exceptional! She new her stuff, when I told her what the other deal I was that I was looking at she instantly showed me a comparable mattress set (but it was actually a better one), she was able to get me next day delivery ( I would have had to wait 10 days if I went with Steins), and she was super nice and just awesome! She even helped us to our car with the pillows and mattress covers!! I would recommend this store out of all the competition in the Racine/ Kenosha/ Milwaukee area to EVERYONE who is looking to buy a new mattress set!! Even though I am writing this before Ive had my bed delivered or had a chance to sleep in it, I know if something goes wrong this store in Pleasant Prairie will go out of their way to help me!! I bought a $899 bed 8 years ago that was awesome and the only reason I got rid of it was because I had to move and couldnt take it with me and I hadnt protected it against dust with a cover and my son is very allergic so I gave it to someone in need. At anyrate I am so very happy with this store, the sales people, the guarantees, and everything else, if your looking to buy go here and you will get the best deal for your money!!!!
