I was a little skeptical about the whole thing but Olivia was very helpful and found the right bed for us. I say us because eventhough I purchased the bed over the phone my wife went in the next day to try it out. Needless to say we made a few changes, even bought a couple of pillows. But overall were happy with the purchase and look forward to better nights ๐ŸŒ™ of relaxing sleep ๐Ÿ’ค

I was a skeptic going to Sleep Number. In fact I went twice. Drew at the Hwy 50 store in Kenosha was amazing! First, the store is really nice with restful lighting. Drew took a lot of time with me. He explained the differences in the beds, he explained what a sleep number is. Once we found my sleep number and my bed he helped me with bedding, pillows and blankets. One stop shopping and I canโ€™t wait to sleep on my new bed! Thank you Drew for a fantastic experience.

Loved these employees! Especially Rick who gave me the first class tour of the Sleep Number beds. I had no idea what I was actually going in for, just have heard a lot of good things. He sold me that day and although it took me a bit to get my husband in, it ultimately sold him the same too! We walked out that day with the new Sleep Number bed and the headboard and footboard. Can not wait until it arrives!

If i could give this location a zero start I would, I am very disappointed in the experience we had. I am currently 6 months pregnant, trying to find a mattress that is good enough to sleep on, Joseph M helped us and I explained and stressed my concern about trying out sleep number and told him I hope that they were different than mattress firm. We had a very bad experience with them and he reassured me that would not happen. He went over everything with us when we found the bed we wanted, we were told at that time they were giving $500 off and there would be a fee of $199 to get the mattress delivered. He said we have 100 nights to try out the mattress if we wanted to exchange to just call customer service. Well that is what we did only to find out he actually did not give us the $500 off and did not mention anything about ANOTHER $199 fee for them to come get the mattress and exchange it. I called the store and spoke to their manager Joy where I expressed my frustration of his lack of communication only to hear her back him up and tell me to call customer service. I told her that was fine she had so much trust in him but I had no reason to lie, I even had 3 other people with me who can vouch for what he said. Needless to say I called customer service for them to come pick up the mattress as we would never buy anything from them again. We found another mattress online called the Puffy Lux which is honestly like sleeping on a cloud. I couldnt be happier with that purchase after the hassle of having to deal with sleep number which is just another mattress firm who will rip you off and not admit to their mistakes.

Canโ€™t even express how helpful they were with finding a bed for my chronic pain taking the time as well as checking up on me and sending me my personalized information so when I had enough money to save up Joe actually knew some of my financial problems at the moment he did whatever he could to find the best bed for me on my budget and it is heaven you spend most of your life sleeping in laying in bed,Itโ€™s so important in your life to have a good bed itโ€™s like not having good shoes when you have bad feet and not being able to walk because you donโ€™t have good shoes youโ€™re not able to sleep well without a bed especially being personally personalized made for your body!! Thank you joe!!

I do not generally leave negative reviews and I always try to handle things with the company first but I had purchased the P5 bed and it was the worst experience of my life. The first few nights of having, it I was in pain. When calling customer service โ€œSleep Specialistโ€ they recommended changing the way I sleep because โ€œthis bed is designed for back sleepersโ€ and to try the bed for 30 days. I did what they said and it only got worse to the point of seeing a chiropractor for the first time in my life.Now the fun part trying to return the bed. I called customer service and ask were to send the bed. They tell me that they will not take the bed and I have to have it picked up. It will be a pick up fee of $200 and I have to take more time off to wait for their delivery. This is the first I was told of a return fee and was told it was a โ€œfree 100 night trialโ€. How can you call it a free trial and then charge to take it back? I asked why it is $200 when I am willing to take it to their distribution center myself. The reply was that is the fee is in the terms and conditions and that is the only way that they will take it back. I then offered to ship it on my dime or bring it to a store so I donโ€™t have to take time off of work to wait around for them to come out and I was again told that was not an option. I asked if they would waive the fee considering the situation of me being in pain from sleeping on this bed and never being told about the $200 return fee before buying, and even a case manager Kristy at ext. 675 said no. So I got to pay $200 for the worst sleep of my life, a trip to a chiropractor, and taking off of work to return an awful bed. DONโ€™T BUY A SLEEP NUMBER! One thing I would say is this store is not the problem as this store is much better than other Sleep Number stores. The real issue is Select Comfort as a company.

We had an amazing time with the sales associates! They truly listened to our needs, informed us on the benefits of the products they had and sold us a bed that fit in our budget. They were amazing and i would 100% recommend going to get a bed from here!
