May Ling the manager there is rude ! Can’t even make eye contact when speaking. I went in to do some shopping. The CC machine doesn’t work or she doesn’t know how to work it on her end. I did Apple Pay and then tried with my card I was charge on BOTH ways total of $200 and some change, but on her end it she claim the transaction didn’t go through I asked for a receipt that said void or anything she said she couldn’t give me one . She stated she’s been having the same issue since yesterday. Told her why has she not call corporate or the company that is used for card purchases since she shaving issues processing transactions. She started to yell at me that I accuse her of stealing my money when I said it’s the machine she kept staring at the window rolling her eyes as I speak . Kept talking over me when all I wanted was a receipt since I been charged twice and walked out empty handed . She said just wait 3 days you’ll get you’re money back . She should learn how to handle situations better since she is a manager there . But I wasn’t surprised based on the past reviews.
Employees were extremely rude and when I asked a question about one of their sales going on in the store, one of them replied back with a snarky I dont know. Bad attitude.
The asian woman in the store was pretty nice and brutally honest
The staff has a huge lack of respect for customers. First time in the store and I asked one question and they screamed at me cant you see the sign?!. Constantly giving customers attitude if they asked one thing and rolled their eyes. I will not be returning to this store. This store does not even deserve 1 star.
Really didnt like the layout of the store. Its narrow and has no flow. It felt like everything sort of blended together. Sometimes you can find items just by their iconic packaging. I didnt find that here at this store.I knew what I was looking and found it on a sad looking shelf near the back. Great sale prices but,I just wasnt in the mood to look up high or stoop low to find items obscured by the narrow aisles. Especially the ones in the glass counters near the registers. Plus the sales persons werent very interested in helping any one who wasnt caucasian. I have years of high end customer service and have assessed The Cosmetics Company employees performance in my own opinion as pathetic. I will add the store wasnt busy and it was well after the new year.
I love the discounts this store has and always find some great stuff. The customer service is either really good or really bad. I dont know the ladies name but shes an older asain lady with a stronger accent, shes always pushy and follows you around the store like Im going to steal. I walked in on the phone one day and she kept trying to talk to me and I couldnt believe she didnt realize it was rude. I just called the store to ask if they had a product in stock and she said she was alone and i needed to call back later when more staff came in.......
Honestly you would think working in the sales/retail industry the people would be focus on customer service. Nope not this store. The sales associates working were really focused on their own gossip. Not once did they offer help, when checking out they almost seemed mad that their conversation was being interrupted. Good deals yes customer service no .

Worst attention.If you speak Spanish take care because the two women who were attending really are not very kind if you dont speak perfect English.Today I visited the store at 12:07 p.m. and they did not attend me well maybe they already have all the sales made corresponding to the month of October because the attention was very bad.I am a customer of this store whenever I come to the mall I like to buy cosmetics in this place most of the time i buy but no always I find people with kind faces.I think that the management of this company or the administrative part of this store should pay attention to that part because when you go to a place to buy or with the expectation to do it you want to relax and enjoy.You never go to a place to leave your money and that they treat you badly.October 10, 2.019
As a big makeup junkie, I was overwhelmed at all of the great products they had at this store for pretty decent prices. However, it lacked a welcoming atmosphere. The two times Ive been here- recently and a couple of years ago- Ive felt that the employees are careless/indifferent towards their customers. The last time I went the employee told me their items were non-refundable and that I was only able to get in-store credit- all of which she said after going through with the transaction. Overall, pretty good place to buy makeup/high-end products at decent prices. But customer service is key and thats all thats missing to make this place a makeup heaven.
Staff is unhelpful and seemed bothered that I was there shopping so I left.
We love The Cosmetics Company at Johnson Creek outlets mostly because of the friendliness of their employees, so thought we would shop at the Pleasant Prairie location. What a difference...not a good one! When we entered the store there were no customers. No one said hello, just walked around. I finally asked if they carried a certain brand. The employee said WHAAA? I repeated, again WHAT? and thankfully the other employee said no, we dont. Ok...so we look around, no offer to help at all. Not like they were busy with no customers! We were there 10 minutes and didnt hear either of them welcome future customers. The ONLY reason I didnt give them 1 star is they have great products at affordable prices. But their customer service is a joke. Ill stick with Johnson Creek from now on.
Products selection was so-so, but the sales staff DIDNT SAY A SINGLE WORD TO US! My daughter and I were the only 2 people in there.
I was greeted promptly when I walked in by the women gossiping around the cash register. Outside of that and the stares, there was zero offer to help. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I didnt know if the product on the floor were all testers as they looked like they had been used, but didnt bother to ask as the welcoming wasnt very warm. Good luck staying in business.

All these reviews about customer service is making my brain itch!They are not sales associates. I dont want to call them go-fers, but thats literally what theyre there to do.You browse, carouse, test if you want & pick your item.All tubes/compacts/fragrances/lotion, etc. that are out ARE TESTERS.If a brand-new-in-box is not with the testers, THATS when you bring the tester item to the counter & they go & grab a BNIB -for you-, thats what the girls do.Ive been going to this outlet for over 17 YEARS & thats how I know what to do.This is a store-front to off-load Artemis brand cosmetic lines that are 2-4mos after release & you can pick up favorites, limited ed., online sell outs & discontinued colors here AT MINIMUM 20%-40% their counter prices. I go there for my MAC, Bumble & Bumble, Tom Ford, LaMer.I was just up there April 2018 & on top of the standard discount, they had additional 40% Off $100 & 50% Off $150! I got MAC eyeshadow & mascaras for $6.80. Tom Fords Cream/Powder eye that $60, I picked up for $33. Ridiculously good.I feel LUCKY that we have this store between CHI/MIL

Im not a fan of Estee Lauder since they test on animals (& this store only carries Estee Lauder prodicts), but Ive been in here a few times. Good selection of luxury cosmetics, hair care & fragrance brands, but the staff a little snarky sometimes.
