Lady was very helpful she took the time to go thru all the different options that are available from Samsonite and why other places had some Samsonite that were cheaper . I feel I made a very educated decision while choosing my luggage and I are very happy that we stopped when we did.

Great store. You can even take your luggage that is still under warranty there and they will ship it in to be fixed.

I had purchased a suitcase from the Samsonite website and when I went to return it, was told I would have to pay $80 for return shipping. The Samsonite customer service was awful and on appeal to this store the manager was so nice and actually took care of it for me. Went out of his way to helpful.

When we were in need of a few suitcases for an upcoming travel, we went here to buy some. Now that we have had them for more than 5 years now, they are reliable and great.
