I stopped by because I need some luggage for a trip to Europe in about a month my wife and I will be traveling on united airlines to the Netherlands for about a week. I needed one large hard sided suitcase and one small carry-on bag. I was very disappointed in the prices of luggage made of polypropylene not even a polycarbonate! I decided to compare the products at Samsonite around the corner since they are one of the leading brands of luggage I expected to pay more for better quality. To my surprise I found a polycarbonate bag carry-on that has a phone charger port and eight wheels! The last carry-on i had broke in Amsterdam a few years ago on the cobblestone streets so durability is top on my list. BUT I paid less for better quality I just cant believe it. I suggest shopping around for anything and everything!

Wow! I love this store especially when they are having their 50%off sales on select items. Tumi is a luxury luggage brand owned by Samsonite. To a new buyer Tumi may appear expensive however, Ive learned that buying cheap luggage you tend to end up buying twice or more. Ive purchased several Tumi products over the years and it has lasted me. I recently purchased a new carry on roller bag, roll top traveler backpack, a Higgins sling backpack, split open travel bag, and a new travel backpack for my wife. Only thing I wish Tumi would do is advertise their products offered in their outlet stores on their website. Would make it more convenient and dangerous for those late night internet purchases. Highly recommend their products if you are a business traveler or travel just for pleasure!

They charged me twice for the same purchase saying that the system got frozen and the first payment would disappear from my account in couple of days. 10 days later the payment was still posted on my account, so I contacted the store and spoke to the manager and they said that I was only charged once and they couldnt find the other payment. The manager said that he contacted the headquarters and they also couldnt find the payment! So I disputed the payment and got my money back and then 2 weeks later, Tumi disputed my dispute and charged me twice again for the same purchase!! I wouldnt recommend dealing with this store, otherwise theyll steal your money. Was a truly frustrating experience.

Love it or hate it if you travel you need the right size luggage.Are there less expensive luggage options? Of course. But Ive been traveling for over 35 years. My first experience was with a green duffle bag that I had to carry on my back...lolThen afterwards I started purchasing regular luggage that was inexpensive but didnt really last long, quality and workmanship. It wasnt until 5 years ago I discovered Tumi and there products. I went to a regular store, not the Outlet store and was pleased with the purchase I had made. Then I discovered the savings at the Outlet store and was able to get more bang for my bucks.Their RFID system is great. My girlfriend had her credit card scanned while we were at a rest stop a few years ago so we went and upgraded her wallet with the RFID protection and so far she hasnt had her credit cards scanned.We purchased their internal luggage systems for packing clothes and when discovered the easy of packing more clothes in a suitcase.Clothes are less wrinkled, you can put the bag into a hotel drawer with no direct contact on the surface of the drawer, who knows what some put in there.Bottom line, its worth the investment in the Tumi products. Plus the sales at the Outlet stores saves you more money.
