These folks are a well oiled machine. From the people you see behind the counter, the estimaters and the craftsman. The are what you would hope to find when youve just had your car bashed in and are looking for help with it. These folks are really really good. Went here out of the insurance recommendations after an accident I was in. By far the most professional environment Ive seen. They were extremely kind the moment I walked in. They gave me a quote for the repair, and a time frame on how long it would take. During the repair process they kept me up to date on everything going on with my car. They actually even finished early which was a big plus. Everything from start to finish was amazing. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs to get a body shop.

They would have received a full five stars if they would’ve paid attention to details and customer service. The work they did looks really good. I had to rent a car while my repairs are being done. The shop rented me the car on behalf of the car rental company, they were unable to give me any pricing information or any information about insurance covering it. Then they told me the deposit was $50 and I was surprised to see that there was $109 hold on my card instead of 50. Then when I came to pick up my car which was a day early and I do appreciate that nobody walked around the vehicle to show me the work that had been done. My paperwork wasn’t ready and they just expected me to pay take my keys and go on my merry way. They seem like a really nice here and the work looks really good. I just expect a little bit more when it comes to the details. If you’re going to rent a vehicle to a customer you should know every detail involved in the contract. And whether an insurance company or an individual spending thousands of dollars of repair work The person handling my car should be doing the walk around before I talk to anybody about paperwork or payments. I would only recommend them if you are down for babysitting every move that they make. They didn’t even review the rental contract when I picked up my car. I have no idea what I’m paying for the rental car but I guess I’ll find out when my card is charged**Update**I’ve had to return here for more work to be done after being rear ended and the service is good kino is always willing to go above and beyond in the name of great customer service.

Despite a packed room when I dropped off my car, they processed everybody quickly and did great work with my car. They set expectations well and did a great job explaining the necessary care over the upcoming weeks. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality and timeliness of their work.

This place did an AMAZING job on my car! Originally I had a new bumper put on somewhere else & was not happy with the results.. (new bumper wasn’t lined up, paint didn’t match the pearl & my check engine light came right back on). Then I was recommended to Diablo auto body shop in Pleasanton where we spoke with Robby. He was very helpful & Pleasant! They took my car & had a nice rental ready. They also took the necessary steps to get to the root of the problem with my check engine light. He kept me in the loop the entire time they had my car & the ladies who work at the front desk are super nice too. I’m sooo happy with my car & it looks like the day it did when I drove it off of the lot. They take such pride in their work! They also didn’t have my car for very long either. I HIGHLY recommend even if you aren’t local. Thank you guys!!!

They do a very good job getting your vehicle back to previous condition, but just to repair small dent and replace bracket was over 2k in cost. I suppose auto body is similar to hospital stays... expensive.

The people at Diablo are super friendly, they answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. They did amazing work on my car and I love my lifetime warranty on the parts and work they did. They matched the paint perfectly, replaced zip ties with real bolts and nuts and made all the body damage disappear. They even cleaned my fogged up headlights so I can see when I drive and cleaned the interior and it is spotless! I was one of those annoying customers who kept calling and checking on the car but the guys there kept their cool and didnt get mad at my continual pestering! Thank you guys for making my car look so great! I really appreciate it and I will make sure to recommend my friends!

Great costumer service! They did an amazing job in my car and it was quick.

Repaired my car under my insurance company. Went to pick up my vehicle and the engine gravel shield was left off, when I brought it up they acted as if I was out of my mind. Upon further inspection found multiple damaged clips and panels when I called they acted like they couldnt be bothered said they would call me back. No call back, not even worth my time to deal with them, I would rather pay another shop to correct their mistakes or do it myself.

This place is a joke. The do not follow up and have horrible service. I was dealing with a guy named Justin and he was something else. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Save the hassle and headache.

Brought my daughters car here as it was recommended by my insurance. They went through her car and hung a bra on the rear view mirror. Who knows what else they stole.

I had my car repair their, they did an ok job on it but they lack customer service the man that did the estimate lack customer service it seem maybe he had a bad day or something, the job was estimated to take a few days and it took them 6 days in the mean time they never call me to give me the status on my car they tell me they dont know yet but would call me that same after noon and never did, had to keep calling them and would get no answers the only person that was interested in my concerns had been on vacation or out, he came when i had been to the shop to find out what was goin if my car was fix, unfortunately he came too late, and i guess they could not get a hold of the insureace company to aprove some items but it would have been nice if they would have said anything to me so i can help them inted of making me wait i did get a hold of the insurance to have this items approve but by they i had already been waiting trying to find out why it was taking so long .I was very disappointed with the expirience too bad i didnt have the same expirience as the person that recommend this placeOn the one hand they did do the job a lot chiper then the ather estimates but the recondition some of the parts inted of replacing them witch is good for the insurance but not for me i hope other people have a veter expirience then the one i did
