My repairs were minor, but when it came to pick up my truck it looked just as it did when it was brand new. This shop and their employees are highly skilled and trained in their craft. Will recommend this shop especially to Tesla owners (Ive been here before but way back for our BMW but this is for our Tesla repair experience). Brought our Tesla Model X here as they are one of the accredited shop who can work on Tesla cars. We had great experience and Keenan and Mark helped us and explained about our repairs and how the process works. Keenan even helped with another replacement part that was not identified initially during the estimate and made sure our insurance covers it. Another good thing is that since our car can be driven, they advised us to wait for the parts to arrive before bringing our car back as sometimes Tesla parts are not in stock. We had that experience with Tesla SC in one of our warranty work. Overall great experience and will surely come back to this shop for our other Tesla car work. Highly recommend to our eastbay Tesla owners. When you call do not forget to look for Keenan and/or Mark, they will help you.

I needed some help removing TCP (Limousone) numbers from my Lincoln bumpers. As I dont have a hair dryer or hot air gun I called a few local body shops. I am so very pleased with the help Alfred and Renee gave me today. They assessed the problem and were able to arrive at the perfect solution in a very short time. Their expertise and experience was obvious. A very minor accident left my trunk latch misaligned and it rattled and wouldnt close properly/completely. I was also unable to get the car washed- the water would get inside. I absolutely recommend this business to anyone with auto body troubles.

Top notch certified BMW repair. My fully loaded 740e looks and drives like new after pretty extensive body damage in an area that has a lot of expensive electronics. Took it to another BMW repair shop in Concord who could not give me much specifics on any out of pocket expenses that USAA wouldnt cover without the risk of extensive storage and labor fees if I decided the out of pocket was to expensive after a tear down estimate. B & S told me that the most out of pocket I would need to pay would be my insurance deductible which is what I paid. Great communication on supply chain delays on parts from Germany. Long time family run business and it shows. All employees were friendly, organized, and showed a sense of carring about their job. Thank you for the great service!

My car was rear ended at a red light that the whole back needed to be repaired/replaced. B&S Hacienda was recommended by my family for repairs and I actually came across their flier at my dealership while getting it serviced a long time before this accident happened. The staff were great especially Jesse my consultant. He was very humble friendly and courteous. The shop itself was very up to standard during this time. Very clean and well maintained. Jesse had followed up with me when needed if there were any concerns or changes in regards to my vehicle. When my car was ready for pickup, Jesse took care of returning my rental for me. Everything worked out as planned. It turned out great and I could not be happier with the result in their work when I got back my car. It was like the accident never happened. They did a fantastic job. With their years of experience and knowledge in working with luxury vehicles, the end result truly shows how they value the work they do. I would highly extend the recommendation to anyone I know that would need repairs. This shop is awesome in my opinion. Absolutely perfect! Accidentally backed up into my beautiful BMW M4 and damaged the nose. I was referred by BMW and was received by April at the dealership and she guided me through the whole process from estimation to dropping my car off to delivery. My car looks absolutely flawless the paint match was perfect they replaced the nose of my car with an oem nose from BMW so everything is original equipment. They clean the inside of my car they washed the outside even put tire dressing on my tires before I came to pick up my car which was done in one and a half days. I would highly recommend them to anybody. And I could not have been more reassured through the process with the professionalism and knowledge that April showed during the whole process. As always, I had a great experience at B&S. I dropped by to get a quote to fix paint damage on my car. Jesse was positive and friendly, assessed it quickly, brought in Caesar, one of the lead paint specialists, and wrote up a quote and we scheduled time later the same day. They repaired it perfectly in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

We’ve been bringing our car to B&S for years when things come up. On a previous bumper repair they did an awesome job. On this most recent visit I hit an object on the freeway punching a hole in 2 rims. Claudia and Evelia were assigned to my car and kept me updated constantly. Ended up being no body or suspension damage just needed to fix the wheels and tires. Even though this job didn’t make them much they did everything they could to help me save money after I withdrew my claim with insurance. Very honest and professional shop.

Brought my car here for a bumper repair and it turned out great. The white metallic paint was a perfect match with the rest of the car. Theyre also one of the few authorized Tesla repair shops in the area.

Weve had several cars worked on at B&S Hacienda Dublin and Pleasanton. Each time we were treated with respect and care. They even asked if everyone was ok in the car. Who else does that? The damage to our truck was significant that it took at least a month. The whole right side from bumper to bumper was severely damaged and it needed a rear axle and a new rear end. Knowing the behind the scenes paperwork and phone calls to the insurance that needed to be done, we werent in a real hurry to get it back. We just wanted it done right and with original parts. Not after market parts. When our vehicles were done they looked brand new. I wouldnt take my car or truck anywhere but B&S Hacienda. 😊
