I sold a car through Specialty Sales Classics. Their communication was horrendous. After 1 year of dropping the price from what they said should be the selling price, it finally sold. Then they committed to pay within 20 days of close. They did not and are dragging the process out. Worse, the manager Joseph does not return calls or emails. The owner Ken ignores you. The team says that it is out of their hands and even they do not get a response from Ken.

I just purchased a classic car from Specialty Sales Classics at the Fairfield location. I couldnt be happier with the way I was treated and the whole buying experience here!! Lisa Bueno was my sales consultant and she is a true gem!! Lisa was very welcoming and informative on the telephone during my initial contact. She also sent me pics, videos or descriptions immediately upon request. I live in Florida and asked her about a company that could do a pre-purchase inspection. She referred me to Brendan Ryan at B.I.S. Appraisals, who was VERY thorough and a pleasure to work with!! When other buyers for this car came on the scene, Lisa held the car for me until the inspection on a Saturday so I could make an informed purchase decision. If you see a car you like here, ask for Lisa at the Fairfield location, youll be glad you did!!!

I purchased a car through Specialty Sales and it has been a nightmare since. They were supposed to title and register. Still waiting 8 months later. I get stories and no follow up. Please stay away. .

Selection is great, tons of beautiful classics and enough turnover that there’s usually something new whenever I stop by. That said, I’ve been in this shop at least ten times and I don’t think I’ve ever gotten even a single word of greeting. =(

A ball to walk around. Some real nice iron in there. Stock rotates frequently so never really know what will be sitting in the showroom. Grab one and go to a show or two. Guys seem to really know their stuff too.

I cant speak too much about this business, because I wasnt a customer, rather just an interested car enthusiast who couldnt afford much under that roof. Great selection, and good layout. The sales folk were very friendly and very accommodating for just a voyeur like me. They were very knowledgeable as well, which is key in their line of work.

The automobiles present well and run well. Some may need detailed work on small imperfections, but most of the cars are nicely detailed. The two show rooms are not large and there is a bigger selection in Fairfield and also some in Benicia.

This is a great place to see some old school cars and even some newer model cars as well. Most of these cars are sold on consignment.

Stay away from this dealership - purchased a car, and didnt register with the lienholder, couldnt find or deliver current year tags - I had to go to DMV to straighten everything out which in my opinion should qualify for pain and suffering damages. But it goes deeper, when I asked to have the car inspected - they came up with all kinds of stories that the owner didnt want the car to be driving from Benica to Walnut Creek. Since the car was rather rare - it turned out that the car was in fact serviced at the facility for years so I could get more information. When I asked if the car was ever serviced at the facility in Walnut Creek, These guys are the same slimy kind of sales folks that ruin the car collection experience. When I went to the dealership to ask if they could expedite the registration - they told me that the registration which was already issued would take up to 90 days to issue - which might be true if I didt already have the registration card ! What IDIOTS - BEWARE
