Called and arranged multiple appointments. They did not show up.Talked to Alex 4 different times. He is a liarDo use this company!!!!!They do not even deserve one star

Answered the phone at 5.50pm and promptly hung up on me obviously wanting to get out the door and ignored my following calls.When they answered the following morning they arranged for a 12-2pm window. They never came. I called at 3 and the person who answered told me that the parts were delayed. They called me on the Monday to say that they had the part and arranged to repair at 4pm. Needless to say that they never showed up. I have no idea how these guys are still in business. HUGE waste of my time.
