Excellent customer service! We had a screw in one of our tires and needed a quick repair before end of day. Brendin and Mike came through and were able to repair it right away, even though we didn’t have an appointment.

Im finally getting around to review an experience from a couple years ago. This place was recommended by a co-worker. We were getting ready to go on a long road trip, so I wanted to get our wheels balanced and rotated. It wasnt riding smoothly. Also, our check engine light was on, which was a faulty sensor.My wife took the vehicle in with the list of things I wanted done. They called me after diagnosing the CE issue, and gave me a quote for everything. I approved the quote and they proceeded.They called me a few hours later, and said the housing stripped when they were trying to remove the sensor, so theyd have to replace the whole thing. They gave me a new quote which was several hundred dollars more. I approved it (didnt have much choice at that point).I go to pick up the vehicle, and the guy tells me were going to need new tires very soon, and hands me a report showing that our tires are almost out of tread. I know this is bogus, because Im mechanically inclined, have my own tread depth gauge, and checked them myself when I got home. I also knew one of the tires was only a few months old, because we replaced it due to losing air. Nearly full tread, and theyre saying its got 4/32nds left. BS.Now the worst part, we rush to pack, go on our week long road trip, and the car shakes the whole trip. Im beyond angry. When I got back home, I look at the receipt more carefully, and they ONLY fixed the check engine light issue. NONE of the work that was originally quoted and authorized had been done.I would never return to this shop, very deceptive and dishonest.

You guys are doing a great job. It was nice to see you open on a Sunday.My car had a starting problem and I had gotten the battery checked twice at another place and it wasnt clear if it was the battery or the alternator that was the problem.The technician here (who I believe was also the manager) was great. He figured the problem by just starting the car and without much tools. I believe great experience is second to none!The battery was replaced and I was zooming again! Thanks for the great work guys!!

Brandon and the crew at Tire Choice offer the most valuable and recently found to be the most rare service in all of businesses today: the Personal Touch! When I called I did NOT have to go through 3 menus! When I arrived I was greeted as someone already known and treated like a regular guy. Their service was fast and personal. I cannot recommend more highly this tire center! Some businesses forget the best advertising is word of mouth. I will highly recommend this shop to all of my friends and acquaintances! Bravo!

Bad experience with this one. They had me waiting for 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change. I had an appointment too. At the end, two of them couldn’t figure out how to turn on ‘maintenance required’ sign off on my Prius for 15 minutes. I have done the same thing myself with a quick google search couple of years ago. I had to google and show the article to them. Staff wasn’t friendly neither.I just moved to Dublin and don’t know the businesses around here yet. This one I am not going back.

This tire 265/70/R16 off of an ‘03 Sierra popped on the 580 Highway near Dublin California on the night of 8/5. Evan (Manager), Carlos, and Moe at TireChoice Auto Service Center helped me out the next morning with my spare tire that had a leak on the rim. These guy’s are great! They took my spare in, inspected both rim and tire, fixed the issue, and had me back on the road in less than 20min! Whenever you need fast, reliable, and respectable people, this is the place to go to. I appreciate these guy’s for helping me out.

Brandon was incredibly sweet and definitely knows the value of good customer service. Ive been trying to get my oil changed for a few weeks now without waiting 2+ hours. I was able to walk in and they had me in and out in an hour! There was a $15 off coupon, and Brandon walked me through my tire tread and let me know I would need an alignment and new tires in about 6 months. Theyre patching the bits of baldness I do have -- for free! I dont know much about cars, so Im always wary of people taking advantage and pushing sales/services... But I definitely felt like I was being taken care of here!For anyone considering it, definitely come here. Plus theres a great little shopping center to help you pass the time. I had work to do so they leant me their wifi and I wasted no time at all. 10/10 would recommend!

Brandon and the guys were friendly and efficient. I came in for an oil change and Brandon showed me a few things that needed attention on my car. I felt no pressure to purchase anything; it was pretty factual. I appreciated that. I will be using them again.

If I can I would give a zero stars. 45 minutes prior to closure, we cane with a flat tire that takes 15 minutes. They refusedThough they had no other customersThey said no come back in the morning! What a shame…Walmart nextdoor was more tyan happy to help us.

Got a screw in my tire while out shopping and went directly to the dealership. Unfortunately they told me they were too busy to fix a flat or even change to my full-size spare. Fortunately, they did recommend I go to this place where the service was GREAT! They took a look at it, took it back right away, and patched my very expensive truck tire instead of having to have it replaced. I will recommend this place to everyone I meet!

I had the most amazing experience with these guys. I was in a pinch and needed my tire replaced within a hour or two before a spur of the moment road trip. Brandin got me in, found me several different options in my price range and could fast track them for me. He personally got my tire off inspected it and found out it was repairable. By far the most professional and helpful tire company I’ve ever been too. Will be coming back here for every tire related need. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I called on a Monday and spoke to Rick. I explained everything I needed done (oil change, new tires, my brakes checked, and replacement tail lights). He and I worked on the product code for my tires, as well, because in the past the size of tire I need has caused an issue. Rick was efficient, patient, and excellent in terms of what I needed.When I showed up the following day at 8AM I was greeted by Evan. Evan let me recount exactly what I needed done and ensured everything would be taken care of. I asked him to call me with all price points, aside from the tires, so that I would be prepared to sign my final bill. Evan called around noon and walked me through some changes in plans (the tires, of course, werent the right size because the product code on my previous receipt was out of date). He handled the ordering of the tires, walked me through the savings because of the tire change, explained the costs of all other services, and had my car ready for pick up by 6PM same day.I was impressed not only with the efficiency that I received in this list of needs, but also the thorough communication and professionalism presented to me. I will absolutely be coming back to get my oil changes here.Thank you Evan and Rick!

I pulled in to get some new battery terminal connectors installed. Within 10 minutes, Brandon unfastened my current connectors, cleaned the battery posts, refastened the connectors at NO CHARGE and now my car starts just fine. Thanks Brandon!

I visited during wee hours of an approaching weekend with a tire puncture and was greeted by Sanjeev. He didnt just inspect the punctured tire, but every other one. As a concerned peer, he recommended replacement, but one wasnt available readily. Considering my long and time sensitive journey ahead, I requested a quick fix instead for waiting on a replacement. And he was on to it like it was his own car. Consistent follow-up ensured I get to know whether tire is repairable in next 5 mins. And post that in 10 mins, I was out on the road. The repair cost to my surprise was bare minimum that I never hoped for. Drove quite a few hundred miles the same day without having to even look at the tire. Way to do business keeping customer requirements first and making sure they are met hands down.

At last I’ve found a company that I can trust to take care of my car. They were efficient, thorough and honest. Nicholas is knowledgeable, reassuring and efficient. As was Evan on my previous appointment. I give Tire Choice a five star rating!

Very thankful for an awesome experience at Tire Choice!My car broke down and needed to be towed. I have AAA so they towed my car to AAA auto shop. Bad idea! They had no idea what was wrong with my car. They did a diagnostic test on my car and found nothing but charged me half of the diagnostic test anyway. The diagnostic test was $156. They guessed as to what was wrong, so they put a new starter in, for well over $500 for the part and labor. I drove my car off the lot and just a few miles away my car broke down again! I called the own of that shop and he said bring it back and we will TRY to find out what was wrong. Try! How much more was that going to cost, for them to learn on my car. I then called around to see what it would cost to have a new starter put into my car a long with a diagnostic test done on my car. As I suspected I was charged an excessive amount! Tire Choice would have charged me $100 less for the part and labor and nothing for the diagnostic test if the work is done there! I would have saved $178 if I had gone to Tire Choice in the first place!!!! Furthermore they told me that they would not have recommended that I have a new starter put in, in the first place, according to the problem that I was having!!! So frustrating! I wouldn’t trust a shop just because it was a AAA shop again. Do the research on the shop and don’t just trust their ratings.I had been to Tire Choice for a set of tires a few months ago and was treated very well by the then manage Evan. Not treated like a female that doesn’t know anything about cars. I recommend my Mom to go there when she needed an oil change. She too was treated very well. So when my car broke down just after it was released from the other shop, I contacted Tire Choice to see if they could help me. Nicolas the manager was happy to help. They seem to hired very good people. It was a difficult case but they stayed with it until they could find out what was wrong!!! They replaced a part that they thought was wrong but unfortunately my car broke down again. I called Nicolas and he said to bring it back and he would make it right. Unfortunately the problem persisted. Nicolas didn’t give up. He contacted me each and every way through the process. They didn’t give up, they continued working on it until my car was fixed!!!! Nicolas’s didnt want to give my car back until it was fixed! It was a wire that was bare and very difficult to find but thanks to Peggy they found the problem!!!! You go girl!!! You rock!!! Girl power!! Thank you Nicolas for your persistence and Mo for all your work and to Peggy for the final correct answer and everyone’s hard work!! Thank you to everyone else that worked on my car. Thank you for not giving up!!!! I will be using Tire Choice for anything they can do to help with my car in the future. I will be letting everyone I know about Tire Choice especially the single women. They will have somewhere to go to get help with their car and feel safe and not to be made to feel stupid. They should be your first choice when choosing an auto shop! I appreciated all the hard work and dedication to successfully out come for my car. It’s rare to find honest people in business these days!!

Walked in on Aug 07th around 12 pm to get a quote for my car, instead of giving a quote. Employee offered me that he can beat bmw quote by 20$. I understand he thinks that he gave me a good offer but, I would go to BMW instead of saving 20$. I would appreciate if they give the quote first so that as a customer I can evaluate where to go. Given 1 star for ignoring my request.

The manager actually did my tire repair himself because he wanted to honor the time estimate that was given to me earlier in the day before they got busy. I am very disappointed with customer service and work performance. They are over priced and the repairs are not done properly. I took my car in for a brake job. When I picked up my car, the brakes felt like they were sticking. I took it back to the shop and was told there was nothing wrong with the brakes. To this day I am still experiencing the same thing with the brakes.

Got to the shop less than an hour before closing due to a flat tire. Christy gladly accommodated me. Unfortunately the tire was not repairable and needed to be replaced with a tire they did not have. Another employee Chris worked to get a suitable replacement approved for my company car 5 minutes before closing. Along with a manager who insisted on giving his employees all the credit it was an awesome team effort. Thanks again.

Very unprofessional. I took an appointment and they emailed me to reschedule it to an earlier time slot. I agreed to it and called them to confirm the same. I had to reschedule my other programs to get this done. And when I got there for appointment, they just didnt take it. They said they are not free today and have to wait till tomorrow. Then what is the whole point of appointment and all these confirmation. Worst service ever!!!!!

I had limited time and a very flat tire. They were affordable, professional and very efficient.
