Brought my Co. Truck in for new tires, asked about getting a higher profile tire 265 to a 285 size was told by Carey it that it couldnt be done! Come to find out 5 of my coworkers had it done to their co trucks with no problem. Would have been nice if he would have at least checked. I drove from San Antonio to have the work done here I Pleasanton wont be doing that again

Overall very satisfied. I brought my car in for brake inspection and they truly put the customer first. They informed me the details in a way I could understand since I am not a car guru. Furthermore they briefed me what was wrong, my options and what it would cost with no pressure on which option to choose. This shop is by far my most preferred one in Pleasanton.

Dropped off flat tire for repair, wasted 2 hours waiting around just for the technician to take one look at it and tell me that the tire is not repairable! I try to stay out of San Antonio but ended up going to Discount Tires, got the tire replaced for free and 2 new ones mounted in 45 minutes on a busy Friday afternoon. Beasleys, Im all about small town service but your Customer Service sucks and your front desk folks have ZERO common sense!

My favorite go to place for oil changes and tire changes. I dont trust anyone other than these guys when handling my vehicles.

Great help in an emergency, they didnt have a replacement tire for the ruined flat we had on the start of summer vacation, but they pointed us in the right direction. Also, they did not charge us anything for looking at the tire. Great people.

Not the cheapest mechanic work Ive ever had done, but it was done in a timely manner, and they seemed honest enough.

Went to the most expensive tire shop in town to get my rim scratched up. If you have nice rims do not go to this tire shop.
