Very high price and only high end furnitures

Leaving this review here because there is no other place to leave a review. I ordered a bedroom set in July, 2020. The store associate assured me that the pieces would ship independently when they were available, and not wait until the whole order was ready. That was wrong. It was scheduled to arrive originally in August, then after two delays because the larger piece in the set wasnt ready to ship, the order finally arrived in October. However, when it arrived one of the pieces they delivered was 1) Broken, and 2) the wrong piece anyways. And heres the kicker, it was the piece that delayed the whole order! So they order a replacement - scheduled to arrive in November. That gets delayed, twice, and finally ships in January 2021. So 6 months total. I had several talks with customer service, all of which were inconsistent in what they would offer to help remedy the situation. Never ever ordering from Pottery Barn again.

Basically just browsing the store. I find their prices a little excessive.

Pottery Barn never fails to amuse me with all their wonderful decorations and furnishings. I have gone to Pottery Barn ever since I was young and have enjoyed it every time.

Honestly worst customer service experience I have ever received. There was two older ladies that made remarks that made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Its a great store. Very friendly and beautiful items. I just need a bigger pocket book to shop there.

They showed product available that could only be purchased in store, but product didnt exist in stores showing availability. If your going to make a product not available for shipping, make sure the website availability matches so people dont unnecessarily spend time and waist fuel driving out to stores.

Large selection of pottery barn items. The customer service here however isnt very good. No one ever greets us and I shop a lot at Pottery Barn. Very disappointed everytime I come here that no one says hello or asks can I help you find anything?

Pottery Barn has a lot of interesting accessories and good furniture however it is a little bit on the expensive side but I guess you get what you pay for. The staff is very friendly and professional.
