Not impressed. Asked for a pair of shoes in size 11 for my son, apparently they only have size 9… $115 shoes and they have one size available? Worker seemed uninterested in helping or making a sale, so we left and I bought them direct from Nike.

Sad foot locker. Very little merchandize. A lot of employees wandering around. Not sure how much longer this location will be able to hold out.

The one worker that was there didnt even acknowledge my existence until I asked if they had my size.She then walked in the back to look for my size and 15 minutes later she came out with one two sizes down and said this is all we haveThis shoe was part of a whole line of shoes with 20ish variations, so youd think they would carry some sort of it in my size, in a shoe store, but after about 40 collective minutes of her looking for my size in that entire line of shoes, she said they had none.And well this is more of a side note, but they didnt have any socks for me to try shoes on and that sort of pissed me off too.

Just had the worst experience of shopping.Walked in to get a couple pair of snickersNobody come to me to offer a help or to find anything even the store wasnt busy at allthey were just standing around and hanging thereNot even caring or offering a customer serviceAsked a lady UGO to get me a right size which is 10.5 waited and waited about 20-25 minutes passed, walked to the back of the store to ask her if she found the size. With big surprise on her face told me that they dont have it. Which is a lie cause she totally forgot about me. Gave here different snickers to find me a 10.5 size, waited again about 10 minutes later comes back with the snickers that i gave her the wrong size. Asked her did you find it? She said ooh I thought you left i was like really i was standing at same place and waiting for here Not CoolHorrible and terrible service. Why this kind of people are even getting hired to serve customers!? Im sure when they getting interviewed to get a job they put a big smile on a face and say I HAVE A EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and seems like all this reviews on Yelp are a big proof that CUSTOMER SERVICE is Terrible in this store!! How come HQ of foot locker not doing anything about it ?

Worst customer service ever. No-one even said hello and bothered to ask if we needed help. When I did ask for my size one of the girls just looked at me and walked away to get it. Didnt seem to happy to get the shoes I wanted. The other two guys just sat on the register doing nothing.

Terrible customer service. No greeting at all and nobody even asked if we needed help. One of the employees, Angelica, just stood there and was super rude. She just came out and said that they didnt have my size but didnt suggest ordering online. They just dont care at all. Dont buy anything here because they clearly dont care about seeking anything anyway. Stay away from Angelica... actually she will avoid you!

Worst store ever! Needed to return something and because its from lady footlocker, since they are now combined at the stoneridge mall she said i couldnt return it there, i thought they are all the same business. The girl was rude and i stood there waiting forever to even be helped. Just rude and upsetting.
