Store is great first off Shelia was freaking awesome. Jesus was very nice in directing me to the purses and too which ones were the popular ones. If I dont know go to the source that are selling these items daily and online. They know which products are moving and which people are digging which particular item.Shelia was very insightful and guiding me on the items that would be most satisfying. She was very friendly and not pushy at all which was awesome. Im in new territory so it is good be comfortable in a store especially if I dont know to much in bags and what to look out for.They both have knowledge and can inform you on what to look out for if your buying product from not authorized retailer. These few tips can help you from a costly mistake. I have told friends that you shouldnt buy thing like these on online sites or apps that if you cant tell if they are legit. Dont be the one that get a knock off item. Especially if you worked hard for that money. Just go to the outlet or go to the mall to get the item you want.Thank you Shelia and Jesus for a good shopping experience.

Got to store at 10am, store doors open but bar still closed. No on inside store. On website store hours 10 am, store doesnt open until 11am. Update your stors hours

Travelled 16 miles to get to this store at 10AM to find the lights still out. An employee showed up at 10AM, and stood with me outside the door. Jesus showed up at 10:07. They didn’t let me in until 10:15, which made me late for my own business. If your hours say you open at 10AM don’t have customers waiting outside the store until 10:15. Poor customer service and discredit to the Michael Kors brand. Respect other people’s time.

Horrible customer service. The lady there is not trained well to communicate with different people or maybe just likes to discriminate between people based on their looks. She was unsure about the return policy and started to judge me because I returned something twice. I recommend paying $10 more for shipping and purchasing online rather than dealing with these disrespectful ladies.

The ladies here have rude behavior and bad attitudes towards their customer. Poor quality of service. Outlets have a much better service than talking to these judgy women here.

Be careful buying these products. My wife bought my daughter a Michael Kors watch in Denver. Went into this store and tried to get it sized. They would not do it because the watch had not been purchased there and they did not sell that model. Suggested I go back to the store I bought it from.Be wary of a brand that does not back its own product. I have bought bags, purses, wallets and watches from this company. They do not seem to back their products. Serious buyer beware.

I wish I can put 0 stars in here. Terrible customer service! Bought a watch from Michael Kors Pallazo three days ago and they gave us a defective product not working after a few hours but didn’t have time to return it since we were going back home to the Bay Area. The lady said, they cannot accept it since we had it resized ...but the product was not working at all! This is terrible, it’s just sad. Not buying Michael Kors for presents for people I cared about anymore, never again! I always buy Michael Kors products for occasions just to be given always as presents. Not very happy regular customer. This Michael Kors store in Stoneridge Mall, Pleasanton is just terrible.
