Good selection but lacking my size (medium)

TELL YOUR CASHIERS TO REMOVE THE SECURITY TAGS. It’s such a pain to try to take it off yourself because one part of the tag is full of neon orange ink so you have to be extra careful not to break the plastic.. if you can even find a way to break it at all. I thought I was the only one but there are other reviews from people who’ve had the same issue. Never had this problem at any other retail stores my whole life. Your cashiers should know they need to check denim, etc. for security tags.. so disappointing.

Good choices. I like to get my under clothing items here for sweat wicking and/or heated layers, depending on the season. However, the mall was crowded and the line was very long. Also they were out of bags so you had to buy a reusable one.

Wasnt feeling there today, the sales people seemed unfriendly and suspicious of customers. Almost like discriminating against fellow asians.

This review is based on two separate return experiences with the store over the last year. On both occasions, the purchase receipt showed a different last 4-digit credit card number and not the which the same as on the credit card you used. This not a problem unless you try to return an item on that receipt. When you try to return, they will ask you to produce the credit card with that random last 4-digits shown on the receipt, which of course you dont have. Then theyll offer a store credit instead of refund back to your card despite your protests. This is a scam, if not fraud.

Great selection of clothing, they provide try on clothing with each size with their displays which provides an easy experience.One downside is that almost every time we go into it, its warm in there, too warm when trying on clothes constantly. The other side, checkout process was slow. They seem to have up to date technology (NFC), but it doesnt work well and the apple/android pay only supports a few cards.

Always clean store, always friendly service. Lines are quick even when full. Only issue is that not all sizes correspond. E.g., one style jacket size L fits fine but another style Id need an XL. With that in mind they should keep more XL or even XXL sizes in the store.

Good displays, priced right with lots of new items. Like their basics with a playful twist. Good for teens to older adults, little kids and for men too.

The cashier didn’t remove the tag from the Jean I purchased, n the bell didn’t ring when I existed the door. I didn’t notice until I got home, n my daughter asked me if I stole the pants 👖! This is so ridiculous!

This is one great store. It’s a popular Japanese brand. Their down jackets and travel pants are a must buy.

I shopped two shirts here and the cashier forgot to take the magnetic pins off. I saw it the next day on just one shirt so I took it to the store again with my receipt and got it removed, until I saw another one on the week after. I can’t believe the cashier did such a horrible job, who has the time to visit them again and again to get these removed? I’m never shopping at this Uniqlo again, because I don’t have time to make three trips for just one mistake.

Always a good sale

People that works there are all friendly and nice. Store looks tidy and organized. My only nickpick is that the dressing room floors were a bit dusty.

Several times now, me and those close to me have had negative experiences with one employee in particular. She has made shopping at this specific store undesirable with her unfriendly attitude and off-putting demeanor. Each time interacting with her, whether it be for a purchase or return, she has always made me feel that I was inconveniencing her by making her work... what is she even getting paid for then? And today was by far the worst experience with her. My friend wanted to buy a shirt and the line was extremely long. The employee who weve previously had bad experiences with was calling out for customers paying with cash to go to the front of the line. My friend raised his hand and she motioned us to the front of the line. However, another customer who was not even waiting in line cut in front of my friend and walked up to the employee as we were walking up to the checkout area from near the back of the line. Without even considering the fact we had just left the line BECAUSE she had motioned us up, she rung up that customer. So we waited to be rung up next, BUT she proceeded to close the cash only register and open a new register and take the next customer in line without any regard to the fact that we had been waiting to be served next. It was astounding that she could treat loyal customers with so little regard. We left, fed up without buying anything because of the treatment by this employee. She has created a hostile shopping environment at this particular Uniqlo store and her customer service is unacceptable. I will not be returning given the number of negative experiences Ive had with this employee.

This location is great. Hella clean, very friendly salespeople, plenty of room to wander around with a great variety of clothes, and as always, awesome prices. Everyone is always hard at work keeping the store in top shape.

It like any other Uniqlo, i use to be fan of Uniqlo, but all my pants and t-shirts I purchase does not last more than few months it before they strink or have fuzz balls. I hope they change becasue I like there style but not material. the puff jackets are good thoo.
