The service was good and Crystal was helpful. Overall the online return was fairly easy. I was able to find a replacement pair of shoes and would definitely return to this location again to purchase another pair of shoes. They had a good selection and were not pushy or high pressure in their sales. I walked around 4 miles and worked a five hour shift in my new shoes with inserts and the new shoes did great! Sept 2017 update: I ended up having to return the Emma Shoes, they did not hold up. The leather on the toe came off and they stretched out. I contacted Dansko directly and they replaced them no problem. I exchanged them for Pepper Clogs with the AMPA seal of approval. No inserts needed. I am not sure if the walking company carries them or not.

Have shopped here many times. Love the shoes. Went in for a simple exchange. One person working. . . .2 customers trying on shoes when I arrived. I waited for her to finish up with one of the customers. I had an appointment I needed to get to, so I finally after patiently waitng for 30 minutes I gave up with 4 people behind me waiting for help, or to make a purchase. Very disappointing customer service.

Recently developed a problem with walking on concrete surfaces. Walking Store made some good recommendations for exercises I could do to minimize the problem and also what to look for in a work shoe. Bought two pairs of Rockports and now all is right in the world

Ergonomic footwear but not a lot of choice in designs. However, great for feet.
