Convenient and quick high quality shopping destination

Great spot for finding that certain type of clothing. Reminds me of Barcelona! Merchandise priced well, I think. Next time in NoCal, will definitely stop there.

The fitting room is closed so I have to purchase the dresses and try them on in the shopping malls bathroom and return to the store to refund the unfit dress. Very inconvenience.

Best fit and relatively low prices, taking the quality into account. The store personel will always be there to help. And they dont keep bugging you with questions. Very professional. Thumbs up!

Well people here are not very friendly, the store is a mess, they don’t have fitting rooms and everything is very unorganized.Im never coming back again

Customer service is sooooo poor here 🤮🤮in Stoneridge mall shopping center, Zara. The sales person was a girl and she was sooo impolite. I like purchasing here but with this sales girl, I would say I never ever spend my penny here again. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Not bad if you stick to sale stuff

I went in to do an online return. I was shocked to see that the line was stretched almost to the entrance of the store. I figured Id stick around for a couple of minutes to see how/if the line would move. I was shocked again when less than 10 minutes later, it was my turn!! They really have it together at this location!! The store was spotless, clean plexiglass dividers at the cashiers. They are all very friendly, professional and extremely efficient!!

Horrible experience. The employees are incapable and not helpful. Didn’t even remember to take the security tag off my clothes.

OMG. Zara was a great store. The only thing is clothing runs alittle small even the X-Larges and that was the largest size they had.... 😥😢😭

Follow or update the store hours on Google. Went at 10am to pickup an item to avoid crowd later, and the store is closed at Stoneridge mall, Pleasanton location and a note on the door says store opens at 11am 🙄

Great customer service. But first....the clothing is urban chic mixed with classic but with a never boring flava. If you want stand out, quality, mid-affordable, great dressy urban and casual clothing...Zaras is a great shopping option.

I love it here! Theres a large variety of in style clothing and everything is reasonably priced. Most of the items look much more expensive than they are. Very on trend and fun.

I have always liked the store, although they have little variety or styles unlike other countries. The bad thing is the customer service and the method of exchange or return of the products; That is to say, they cannot be carved there you have to take it home and then to the store because not always everything is as one thinks, it is double time, double spending of gasoline, so that they put obstacles for the change .. thats why I give it only 3 stars 🌟

Excellent clothing store and very attentive staff especially Karla speaks Spanish and very helpful. The store is very clean and tidy. The clothes are first class and the cost is not very expensive compared to other brands. My favorite store since Mexico for more than 20 years.
