Great drinks… very consistent with other Starbucks I’ve been to… unfortunately no dragonfruit bits when I went but hopefully next time.

One of my favorites. Convenient location and spacious. Easy parking, both at the front and back. Drive through for folks in a hurry. Restrooms available. Be careful of the ever-present grouchy homeless guy, happily tolerated by management.

Nice clean place. Big queue for drive through, but in-store order was fast and no issues. We will visit again.

Its amazing that they stay open for customers during COVID, so we can still enjoy our coffee. So, I wanna know does everyone think like me? Ita a Starbucks and they can make my same coffee that I always get right? Wrong!!!! I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino, tall, no whip. This drink looked so pale barely any caramel and it tasted like iced milk.I gave them 3 stars because the guy at the counter was very pleasant and quick to receive orders. However, the woman handing out the drinks was not very personable. She kept saying my name wrong and I replied with the correct pronunciation and she looked at me and still said it incorrectly and walked away. How rude!They had about 12 people waiting in drinks and I wasLike wow! Never seen this much customers waiting to get drinks vs. customers in line. Anywho... on to the next!

Really nice Starbucks. Modified hours are that they close at 5pm for now. So get there early!

This was one of the better tasting drinks ive had from a Starbucks in quite a while i only gave 4 stars because they were out of Carmel drizzle and that they no longer make very berry hibiscus and each store has different excuses why

✈Was waiting for my son to come home from Germany, didnt want to drive into SFO. He came thru on BART.🚉 Got a drink at this location in the later evening Sept 12, 2019...great staff all around! I always place a mobile order ten to fifteen minutes ahead of time, and every time I head in for it, it’s not ready. The other constant is the eye contact avoidance of four baristas (currently here) to call out or acknowledge customers with mobile orders. There were five orders sitting there and a group of us waiting. Every single time I’m in there, no one says anything to me when I walk in, so I end up “interrupting” while they’re busy with drive-thru. Only depend on this place when you’re ok with running late no matter how early you place an order.

Great location, I thought. But theres no signage whatsoever in the entrance if theyre open, closed, drive thru only. The door was locked, but there were staff inside the store. Are we mind readers?

Really strange entrances to the drive up line. Its immediately to the right as you go in with no sign period so I went in the wrong way without actually going by the ordering window period try to give me the wrong order . Then it figured out that it wasnt mine and what had happened and were really really nice about just giving me my order without pre-ordering it the other position. Very nice place

Screwed up our drinks twice! Finally left because we didnt have time for them to mess up a third try. Employees were all rude and slow. Music too loud. Several customers commented on it but they didnt turn it down. Made it really hard to communicate with staff. Surprisingly bad service for a Starbucks.

This location is one of the most lousiest Starbucks out there. The people are not very friendly and the drinks lack consistency.

They dont always have online ordering for pick up so having to order in person is kinda inconvenient because they are not always fully staffed.Just another ordinary Starbucks experience.

Came here for a coffee through the drive through and the female barista starts chatting with the driver in the car ahead of us for 10 mins straight. Laughing giggling and sharing phone numbers all while we wait. How delightful! First time at this starbucks since they replaced arbys. Its huge! So much space which was cool. What wasnt that cool was the mentally checked out staff, maybe they were tired? Cashier stayed zoned out through our transaction and both drinks i ordered came out wrong, lacking an ingredient in one and added too much of an ingredient in the other drink.

Workers werent friendly when they misheard the order. Seemed irritated and when we asked for hot sauce he basically just threw it and all but one fell outside the car. Plus drinks not good. Step it up.

This place is good to hang out with friends. It has lot of open space around thi store. Any way Starbucks is standard every where. Enjoy..👍

Worst service.I mobile ordered, came in and only one customer ahead of me. First customer left then the barista who helped him went and started stocking the pastry case. About 4 more people showed up behind me and after over 5 minutes of making direct eye contact with the 4+ baristas behind the counter, no one stopped to help the people waiting for mobile orders. A man at the end of the line finally went and grabbed the guy stocking the pastry case who had the excuse Im just doing my job, man and finally came to helpMy drink had been sitting on the counter the whole time and every barista saw all the customers waiting and did nothing. This team clearly has the mindset of someone elses problem.Wont come back to this location and Im not even sure why I keep choosing Starbucks (sigh, convenience). Peets would never do me like this.2 stars for making my drink correctly

Quiet and very clean! Good or bad?

Came here to get a drink and get some work done. Nice big open space, so lots of areas to set up shop and work out of the office. Staff was very friendly and got my drinks right! Great example of a great starbucks location!

New age starbucks

This is a nice and new Starbucks. There is good number of tables for customers to sit and enjoy their time. The atmosphere is like most of the coffee shops and service is friendly. Bathrooms are unisex but needed some attention.

Super fast, no wait in line for walk-in.

I had a mobile order that took 30mins and there were people there longer than that. I think they take preference to the drive thru a little to much. Employees there were plenty they were not under staffed.

It is pricy but they brew good coffee.

Very good latte, on time for me to pick up. The place wasnt as spotless as usual, probably because of the rain. So Im not complaining, just a comment with understanding. Yes, I will be coming back, since I work close by.

Nice place with plenty of seating. Ive been studying with a group of friends here almost daily.Very nice and friendly baristas. One of them even brought our coffee to our table.I wish it stayed later than 9pm though.

There seems to be an inconsistency with how my drinks are made and this is the slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. I gave an extra star because the baristas that work here are friendly at least.

Convenient, the customer service was ok, I dont think one barista smiled or made friendly eye contact. Thats just something I like to see at coffee shops and feel like Im appreciated there.

Ive only gone here 3x and each time I see employees waring mask but not fully covering their nose and mouth didnt wanna drink my drink anymore bc I saw a African american young man making my drink but still breathing all over it!!!! Wont come here again if employees can not be responsible and this was today!

Very slow service, always having to wait more than 15 minutes literally to get my drink. Dont go in the morning. Drive thru creates major traffic into the parking lot, which I never use.

I’ve been to this Starbucks three times and it’s been horrible each time. The first time I went my drink was disgusting but I didn’t realize until I had already driven away. I figured maybe someone had an off day and didn’t worry about it. The second time I went my Frappuccino was so liquidity and there was sauce and whip cream all over the cup(really...you didn’t notice that before handing me the cup). My husband convinced me to try this location one last time. We went, my drink was disgusting and tasted like it had been made with water instead of almond milk. Once again my cup was covered in sauce and whip cream, and this time the lid wasn’t even on. Guess who got Frappuccino all over them! I will never go back to this location. If you are looking for a consistently good Starbucks go to the one on Dublin next to Whole Foods, or the one on Alcosta and village pky. Even the one on Alcosta and San Ramon is good. Just don’t go to this one. You will be disappointed and most likely will have to go home and change your clothes.

Line 4 deep. Staff (6) too busy socializing with customers. Service slow. Had to get back in line to get pastries. They were never put out. Most likely will not return.

After New Years dinner, stopped for coffee and coffee crumb cake... and off to the theater to watch Ford vs Ferrari...a great evening!

Somehow the arrangement of desks and seats does not make me feel comfortable. Dont feel good to study here. Service is good though.

Updated Review (08.01.2020)wish i could give 0 rating for this outlet, totally rude and unfriendly service. i guess one of the character they look for to work at this outlet is to be rude to the customer. and always blame it on the app for messing the order and never take responsibility be it the manager of the store or the employee all are the same. i guess its not worth going to this store hereafter.-------Used to be one of the Best Starbucks I ever visited with good service and friendly staff but recently for past 4 visits they end up messing up the order, giving excuses and looks like theyre under staff. Hope they work on bringing back the old charm back.

Drive through and in person services are fast and good as they have good people at this starbucks location.

I went there this morning I order two coffees. When ask if that would be all. Playfully I suggest a smile would be nice. Her reply that it is inappropriate to ask for a smile. Good place. Has more room than the average Starbucks, although their drive through is a little confusing if you are not entering from Owens Dr.Nice coffee as always.
