Wish I could give a zero star. They have a Dr. Scholl’s machine that does not work but do not ever get it fixed or put up a “not working “ sign. They also have a $5 off coupon which they didn’t let me use because it was expired, the coupon that they have up my the machine. Ca. Weights and measures law requires them to honor the coupon. However, the ops manager said they did not have to.This store consistently gives terry customer service.

Horrible pharmacy. I am a diabetic and needed a device to measure glucose. They sold me a faulty device and told me they don’t take returns. They had no issue taking my money. Expensive and humiliating

I wish I could give zero star rating... that is what this store deserves with Gabriela the cashier she is so rude and disrespectful. I got in there today and she checked me out, made a mistake with my bill, underpaid me and as soon as I pointed it out she never apologized instead she started with the horrible attitude interruting me and even spoke vernacular to some people in the store while attending to me. She has the worst customer service I have ever seen! Do something about her

A pretty average CVS, but the employees here are pretty fast when doing my returns with no problem.

Usually i came here to have my prescription, definitely people its very nice even Stephanie helped me to look for a discount in my prescription. Thanks a lot!

One person who provided prescription is really rude. He always speaks rudely. Only that person not provides supply for liquid medication. Other persons are good.

They people working there should suffer nightmare every night.

The pharmacy here sucks. The girl with red hair and glasses has no heart or compassion. Wouldnt ask the manager to wait 1 minute to give me a prescription. I hope she gets sick and cant get a script filled and has to suffer like she made my dog suffer.

This place is located very conveniently for me, but I will not return. The staff here is absolutely horrible, my first visit here I gave them benefit of doubt. Maybe the lady stocking the isles had a bad day. She bumps into me while stock and asks me to move... no hi or hello, forget an apology. Get to the counter and run into another one with similar attitude.(they are doing you a big favor).Won’t mention my other visits, but today the lady recommends me to go drive 8 miles away for a prescription stating the cvs in san Ramon has a pharmacy that’s open 24 hours. Called all cvs pharmacy and they are all open at 10:00 am on Sunday’s, go back in confirm with her and her response is... “well, they should be” asks another person working there, who doesn’t bother looking me in the eye, no hi hello continuing with his aisle stocking states, “if it’s not 24, then opens at 10.. I don’t know”.Avoid this place at all cost.. if you got a loved one that’s not doing well, don’t expect much assistance from this place or even general questions. They just want you gone.

I was sitting in my RV minding my own business when a police officer rapped on my window. He told me CVS had called and reported me for using their outlet to charge your cell phone. How embarrassing!! I not only was NOT using their outlet; I hadnt even been in or near their store. They just ASSUMED it was the person in the RV. They didnt bother to verify the identity of the person before calling the police!! HARASSMENT!!

Sitting outside, the sign on the door says they are open until 8. Its 6:15. The employees are just standing there. Yet, the door will not open.

Visited today for my wifes Passport Photos for Canada and was highly impressed by the courtesy and great attitude of the employee who helped us. Forgot his name, but he was amazing !! Similarly, the lady at the cash counter was equally nice and courteous!! Highly recommend!!!Prem Lakhanpal

Great new store except took out of redbox.

Went to get a flu shot this place is more like a bunch of Keystone cops very poor service almost zero. Waited for close to an hour nothing I had to leave without my flu shot.
