I just used this car wash and paid for a deluxe hand wash inside and out.They finished in record time.Drove home and saw that the back seat was not cleaned or vacuumed, still dirty.The trunk was also not vacuumed or cleaned.The outside of the car and front seats were clean.They charge a lot for service that they don’t deliver on.I will avoid using them again.If you plan on using them, check your car to see if they actually cleaned or did a superficial job.

I asked For hand wash and the guy didn’t ask me if i want Sponge or broom. My car has ceramic coating and probably they ruined it by using broom. Will not come here again. Avoid this place.

This was my first time here. I was greeted very well. The people here are very kind and assisting. I was skeptical at first but with a few questions in and answered they were so kind and nice. I had someone thoroughly go through how everything works and show me that everything is done by hand. Thank you so much for the kind service I appreciate it so much. I can’t wait to drive my clean car!!!

Absolutely the worst car wash Ive been to. Was ridiculously overpriced and horrible quality. See the pictures, which I took IMMEDIATELY after leaving, where they didnt even bother to vacuum my carpets. Complete waste of money I would never return or suggest anyone come here.

I have came here so much and this never happened. Horrible service the locked up the car and had to open with another car key. Vacuum is terrible. And it costs 40 for this horrible stuff

If you want high prices and a medium to low effort car wash, this is the place for you. I stopped coming because they just dont do a good job.Autopia in Dublin is cheaper and they do a better job, so Ive learned my lesson after trying both.

DO NOT GO HERE. This was absolutely the worst car wash experience of my life. Absolute trash human beings and managers on staff. I’ve had two cars that were blatantly damaged by the staff - a one year old car that the back window “smashed” prior to even going through the car wash while they were vacuuming. And then I CAUGHT them super gluing my mirror back on - which of course, was my fault? I went back four days in a row when they SAID the manager would be there... weird how every single time slot they gave me the manager just somehow, was never there. So strange! Learn from my mistakes, do not give them a second chance. They are absolutely bad people and do not deserve one single penny from you. I’m still waiting for your calls, FRANCESCO AND JOSE.

They treated all cars are same they didn’t how to clean the leather seats. they do the vacuum on leather seats. Would not recommend at alll..

The owner seems to offer special services to Maserati owners. I pulled in before the Maserati and after sitting here for 25 minutes my car is still not even washed. When asked how I could jump the line too... I was just ignored. Unless you have time to burn, go elsewhere.

So Sorry but SAVE YOUR $30.99. First time in my life I did not leave a tip...:-( I was extremely disappointed. I felt as if I should have asked for my money back. Not sure what else to say. I went here on early on a Sunday morning and needed to get external and internal detailing done. I talked with a nice young man named Sahel who gave me their rate sheet. I then politely asked if there would be a discount if I got both the external and internal detailing done at the same time. Sahel told me that his manager would need to decide on any discount. Quite by coincidence, his manager happened to walk by when we were talking, and Sahel directed me to him. Even before I could utter a word, the manager shouted, Im busy right now! and walked away. This is very rude and discourteous. I immediately left. Im going to look for another place, price not withstanding, there is no reason for me to patronize a business that doesnt know how to talk to its customers.

I am disabled and could do a better job. $40 is highway robbery. Corwood in Dublin is $17 and does a way better job and has a 4.1 rating as opposed to Pleasanton’s 2.5 rating.

Boy........ This place has fallen from grace. Prices raised to +$30.00 for a basic car wash and today it took over 40 minutes to get me car washed. I was told they were shorthanded, but there seemed to be a lot of people standing around. SLOW, SLOW, SLOW..... You cant charge a premium price and then waste peoples time. My last visit to this car wash..... can go elsewhere close for $20.00 and get a wash in 1/2 the time......

They clearly scratched my wifes car hood and didnt take responsibility for it. They were disrespectful with her.

Except for the clean, spacious, and enclosed waiting area, this place is a total rip off. They charge too much for what they deliver. The staff isnt very friendly as well. Once, I reached 5 minutes before their closing time and I was turned away and they didnt have any concern.

This place sucks. I asked the guy nicely if they could shine the dash board. N he tried to charge me $200 for it. He said we have to detail the car and apply conditioner. Prices are to high. $40 for a damn wash and vacume.

This is far the worst car wash I have ever been!they broke my seat adjustment (and said they did not! They told me that the car was old! The car was also not clean! It took 40 minutes in a weekday! They probably tried to fix what they broke at the back!they definitely should be out of business!

They dont offer an exterior only wash. Most hand washes dont use the bristle brushes on the front bumper, hood, and fenders - they do here... Slight swirls from this wash. Otherwise did a very good job on vacuum, dashboard, complete interior and exterior.

The mouth breathers here almost crashed my car into a wall. Yes, you read that correctly. The attendant turned the car on, put it in gear and froze when it started moving toward the wall they share with Avis. I had to run after it yelling at him to hit the brakes, people driving into the lot had to dodge my car and he only managed to stop it a few feet from disaster. Obviously I will never come back. Shame on Google for not allowing me to give this house of idiocy zero stars.

After bringing my car in, I was charged a $10 extra fee for my car being excessively dirty. I can understand charging a little bit more but I wouldnt say my vehicle was extremely dirty. Spoke with the manager and he argued with me about my car. I wasnt looking for any refund or anything,just simply trying to tell him that $43 for a car wash was WAY too expensive. I tried to walk away, he would follow me to argue more. Tried to take my car out of the wash line and told me to leave. Then on top of all this, he cussed me out in front of all the other customers! All because I was trying to give him constructive criticism. WILL NEVER BE BACK. And I would advise everyone to do the same.

It took one hour for my car to get cleaned. I watched the process, and it took 15 minutes for them to start vacuuming my car. After that, it took 30 mins until it went through the wash, and. The last part was the hand detail which was nothing great. In fact, I had to wipe down some spots they missed. The price wasnt even competitive. Skip this place.

Not happy at all. My truck had water spots all over, no scent, and they put the slick black dressing on my step bars (truck) which made it very slippery and caused a slip and fall. Not even close to being worth $35+ dollars. STAY AWAY

They are supposed to be open until 6pm, but when I showed up at 4:45pm they were apparently closed... though it took a long time to find someone to tell me that.

Ive been taking my pickup here for almost two years (approx 10 times). Its the only car wash in the area with which my truck fits. About 2 washes ago the manager starts yelling (yes I mean yelling) about my vehicle not fitting and he would not be responsible for any damage. I asked you are not actually raising your voice at me are you? He walked away. This time the same manager tells me hes charging an extra $15 on top of an already inflated car wash price to remove the dirt stuck from driving through a shallow creek in the High Sierras. Not much dirt, no more than coming for a wash after a rainy day. Which I tried to explain to him but for his interrupting me mid stream (no pun intended) with a dismissing wave of his hand.Now do they do a good job-its ok. Not great. The last wash they left the inside of my windshield untouched and the inside of the rear camper shell window untouched as well. There are many small areas usually missed. Thats not a great wash just an ok one. Except they charge far more than others.Now if they have an issue cleaning cars and trucks with dirt on them I think it would be obliged if they posted their ridiculous policy of upcharging so we all can have a good laugh.Good by Pleasanton Hand Car Wash and back to Auto Pride near where I work, who, if anyone from this operation is reading, does not charge extra for cleaning dirt of my truck.

So, expensive carwash and horrible service, no fragance was sprayed, and mirrors were put to the side to wash, but when clean em they fortgot, well so many little deatails to mentioned, Just no Worth Ur money.

Though they are open until 6pm, they turned me away at 5:40pm stating they could not accept any more cars. I did eventually come back another day, but they did not do a great job with vacuuming and wiping down my dash as I still noticed crumbs and dust. Not worth the value. I dont mind paying over $30 for a wash but it needs to come with results and service.

I have been coming here for years and of course I have had a couple of complaints. I took them to management and they have alway made it right. Instead of complaining on social media why not communicate with management and give them a chance to make it right.

This place is very expensive ($35). They dont pay attention to the details. They do a very poor job of cleaning the outside and inside of the car. Dirty windshield still full of dead bugs. The side mirrors, the fenders, the rims, and the hood were still dirty when I got home.

They damaged my brand new truck and then threatened to sue me for their mistake. I offered to show the the video that I recorded showing the guy hitting my car with the latter but refused and told me to get a lawyer.

Waited for 45 minutes thinking that my car was almost done because they told me it would take 30 minutes. Then someone comes to tell me my car is too low to go through the wash. AFTER waiting almost an hour. very frustrated and I still have a dirty car

Just got my SUV cleaned, after half an hr, inside still dusty, handles still have finger prints, console looks untouched for $50, not worth the price.

I paid $35 but extremely disappointing. Bad service and rude behavior. Never recommend to anyone. My car still needs to clean from inside.

This place is expensive. Saw some of the cars pulling out of the lot. Not impressed.

Been there twice both times somethings gone missing. Insignificant in value but its just the principal of them throwing things out. Especially of places the have no business being. I have a single cab truck ...there is no need to go through the back of my seats.
