It was great! They had every item I went for!! There were no lines. It was in need of some general cleaning. The floors and shelves were in dis array.

Good deals, specifically on certain types essentials ($1 for a 2.5l bottle of soda is great for parties). They have good selections of seasonal items through the year as well, like decorations, party favors, etc for all manner of holidays.

Everything for a dollar. You can buy hallmark cards two for one dollar. Stock up on holiday decorations supplies or stuff for the school for the kids. Get art supplies in bulk for those Sunday rainy days for kids to get busy. They even have a sale some of the days to clear stock

A bit messy but they had everything I wanted and the person who rang me up was very nice and speedy. Will visit again.

Pretty messy it was so much so I walked by candles 4 times before I saw them, thats kinda sad on either my part or messy part but either way sad

The staff here are always nice but it always seems like they should have more people working. The lines are ALWAYS long and there ALWAYS unopened boxes in the aisles reflecting that maybe someone had to run to work the cashiers side in opposition to putting things away. Maybe it is whomever governs the dollar tree stores for Dublin and Pleasanton because the other Dollar Tree across town is the same way (long lines and boxes). However, the Dollar Tree off First St. In Livermore is phenomenal; Clean, airy short lines and no boxes in the aisle.

We discovered Dollar Tree by accident. Since we had to wait over 40 minutes for a table at a restaurant nearby, we ventured to a store we never been before. The store sells all the items at $1. There is a wide selection for everything around the home, as well as food. For some items, we were surprise how they can sell it for $1. A 1000 piece puzzle costs $10 at Target whereas it cost $1 here. I can find some good deals here each time I stop by.

I wanted to buy 5 balloons for my sons 11th birthday &Everytime I chose a balloon they didnt have it. Finally I had the clerk open the drawer just to find 5 balloons that would be ok for a boy. It was the clerks 2nd day & she was very friendly & helpful but I had to wait for her to help me because the the associate that had already been there for a while helped the 5 people that were in line after me before me. I would think that they would help the people as they stood in line but the associate that was experienced didnt seem to care about who was next. The new girl was awesome considering what she had to work with

Great place to stop off after work! Never crowded, great customer service and most of all very clean and organized.

Cashier (was not wearing a name tag) she did not greet me when approaching to pay, did not speak to me, I had to bag my own purchased items, didnt say thank you when I left, called to share my experience with the manager, was told the manager was too busy to talk to me, called back 5-mins later, phone was busy, called back every 5-mins for an hour, phone was still busy, perhaps off the hook? Called the next morning, manager hadnt arrived yet, after giving a detailed description of the girl, asked her name, gentleman on the phone said there were many girls with the same description that worked there, asked if he could check who worked there that evening, was told he didnt know, so, OK, time to let Corporate know this location lacks customer service and time to share via Facebook. Will I return? Maybe...

This dollar tree is fairly small and it has a more limited stock than the Livermore or Dublin dollar tree.
